The holiday home is close to beach, which is shallow and a little muddy, or you can walk about 200m to some fine cliffs where you can bathe. There is also here the boat which can be rented lays docked. Otherwise is the fine bathing spot of Rossö located 1km away, here you can find bathing ladder and a diving tower among other. Take the opportunity to hike in the nature reserve of Rossö, where there are several fine areas where you can stroll around in meadows and pastures. The water is perfect if you would like to fish, since there are plenty of mackerel and trout. You can discover the archipelago and the fishing communities around Orust or take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. If you are interested in shopping you can go and visit the town of Göksäter where you can find the department store of Arvid Eriksson, only a short car ride away. There is free access to the bathing barrel which is booked on site with the owner. the boat can be booked from June to August. The owner cares for the guests' safety and therefore, the boat can only be booked in June, July and August, as a safety precaution for the unruly sea. Welcome to live in a family-friendly large villa on two levels with large generous areas both indoors and outdoors in the fishing and boating community of Heestrand. Here you live peacefully and close to nature in harmony with hares and deer and the occasional squirrel. From the villa, you have a certain view of the sea from the large conservatory on the second floor, and on the plot there is a well-sized lawn made for all kinds of games and play. Here you really have the chance to realize the "good life" because within a stone's throw there is the sea with salty swimming, boating and walking paths to neighboring coastal communities with a view of the sea's "highway" where thousands of boats pass in summer. The cabin's location provides excellent opportunities for those of you who want to go out and explore the magnificent archipelago outside, please bring your own kayak. In the area there are several fine beaches and there is also the possibility to buy seafood directly from local fishing boats. The community also has an outdoor stage "Scen på Bönn" which during the summer has several different events in music and children's theatre. From Hamburgsund, a car ferry goes over to neighboring Hamburgö with more nice bathing spots and coastal paths with fantastic views of the surroundings and the archipelago's many islands. The accommodation has a very good standard and a perfect location for the sea and swimming, from the front of the cabin you can see a glimpse of the nearby mile-long Gullmarsfjord, Sweden's only threshold fjord. The cottage with its large, generous balcony areas is sunny and peaceful in a smaller cottage area bordering the sea, fields and meadows. Walk the few meters down to the nice swimming area, here there are jetties, rocks and sandy beach, a nice place to eat, swim, fish for crabs and hang out, the area is also known for its great diving opportunities in deep oxygen-rich underwater environments. The area has an active cottage association that carries out many pleasant activities during the summer period, in the immediate area there is a soccer field, boules court, tennis court, pay & play golf course, mini golf and great opportunities for walking on coastal paths and roads.
