Welcome to this newly built, homely and family-friendly cottage with generous balcony areas. The accommodation has a very good standard and a perfect location for the sea and swimming, from the front of the cabin you can see a glimpse of the nearby mile-long Gullmarsfjord, Sweden's only threshold fjord. The cottage with its large, generous balcony areas is sunny and peaceful in a smaller cottage area bordering the sea, fields and meadows. Walk the few meters down to the nice swimming area, here there are jetties, rocks and sandy beach, a nice place to eat, swim, fish for crabs and hang out, the area is also known for its great diving opportunities in deep oxygen-rich underwater environments. The area has an active cottage association that carries out many pleasant activities during the summer period, in the immediate area there is a soccer field, boules court, tennis court, pay & play golf course, mini golf and great opportunities for walking on coastal paths and roads. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for exploring fishing villages, the archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursion destinations in central Bohuslän. From the car park you come to the cabin's entrance and further into the hall, which leads further into an open floor plan with a lovely view of the area. In the large bright open area you will find a well-equipped kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher, dining area and living room with a warming wood stove, TV and a comfortable sofa group, three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a 105 x 200 single bed and one with a sofa bed. The bathroom has underfloor heating and is equipped with a shower as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The plot is child-friendly and generous, large garden with lawn, furnished balconies on both the front and back of the cottage where you can follow the sun's path in the sky, rest in the shade or bask in the sun in a sun lounger, enjoy good meals and pleasant conversations. Stågenisset with the main town of Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea band at the mouth of the Gullmarsfjord. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives at Stångehuvud's nature reserve with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. A pleasure for the children is to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea. Welcome to this family-friendly and cozy cottage close to Brofjorden's surging sea and salty baths. Here you live very comfortably in a scenic and quiet environment, from the cottage it is also close to Lysekil and Brastad with the surrounding beaches, golf courses and other excursion destinations worth visiting. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for those who want to practice outdoor life, popular in the area is to challenge the mountains in the form of rock climbing, it is not far to some of Bohuslän's best mountains or to explore the sea environment outside both from above and below the surface, feel free to bring or rent a kayak. In the immediate area there are several nice walking paths, including the popular coastal path that passes outside where you can hike and maybe meet one of the forest's animals or pick your own mushrooms or just enjoy the view of the sea and the nature close to the sea. The cottage is beautifully situated surrounded by large generous grass areas and a nice garden. With its proximity to sea bathing, it is perfect to take a morning or an evening walk down to the sea and then sit on one of the balconies to rest or eat. Via one of the balconies you reach the cabin's entrance, once inside you are greeted by a hall from which you enter the cabin's open kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. From the kitchen area you enter the cabin's living room with sofa bed and TV. From the living room, a small staircase leads down to the large glazed conservatory with an opening glass section to the entrance area's covered patio area. The cottage has a bedroom with single beds. The cottage's toilet and bathroom with shower and washing machine are located in a separate building a few meters from the cottage and are accessed via the cottage's back door from the kitchen. In the cabin's hall there is a sink that simplifies morning and evening chores. Next to the cabin there is a terrace with summer furniture, parasol and grill, a perfect place for grilling and enjoying meals, discussing the day's adventures or play games on the large lawn outside. Immediately upon entering the plot, you are greeted by the first annex. Here there is a cozy small space with a bunk bed. At the other end of the building, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower just one step from annex number two. There is a small kitchen where you can prepare your morning coffee and today's lunch. Perfect for the small family who want to take care of themselves as there is a double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom. In addition to the cottage and annex, the deep garden offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. There are grassy areas where children can play and adults can relax.
