Welcome to a very fresh and spacious house with a very good standard and a seafront location in Barkedal by the Gullmarsfjord, Sweden's only threshold fjord. The house is located sunny and peaceful in a small cottage area that borders the sea, fields and meadows. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nice swimming area with jetties, trampoline, rocks and sandy beach. A nice place to eat, swim and socialize. The area has an active cottage association that carries out many nice activities such as gym for those who want to exercise and football for the children. There is a tennis court, football pitch, boules court, play golf course, mini golf and great opportunities for walks on coastal paths and roads. Here you can also enjoy seeing horses and cows grazing in the pastures. The accommodation is also a perfect starting point for exploring fishing villages, the archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursion destinations in central Bohuslän. From the welcoming entrance you enter the hall which leads to an open plan with high ceilings and large glass areas facing south. In the large, bright open area you will find a well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining area and living room with TV and a warming wood-burning stove. Firewood can be purchased on site. On the entrance floor there are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and an open bedroom/sleeping loft/living room with a sofa bed that can be made into a 140cm wide bed. The plot is child-friendly and of a generous size with a lawn, furnished balconies on three sides of the cottage where you can follow the path of the sun in the sky, soak up the sun in a deck chair or enjoy the beautiful view over a good meal and drink. Charging of electric cars is available for an extra fee. Stångenäset with the main town Lysekil, which is popularly called "The City by the Sea", is located at the farthest point of the sea at the mouth of Gullmarsfjorden. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives at Stångehuvud nature reserve with fine smooth red granite cliffs that is unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts are offered with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. Several nice, nice shops with a range for different tastes. A pleasure for children is to ride the little train around Lysekil, during the trip you will also get a little history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th centuries. There's a spacious terrace to perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The owner lives 10-15 m from the house. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood where you have walking distance to all the entertainment and services in Rönnäng.

Lovely and rustic home in a former stable, with partial sea views and a peaceful location on the beautiful Rossö peninsula on Orust. Perfect for a family who wants to live in a rural environment with proximity to saltwater swimming and walking areas. The stable building is located on a former farm dating back to the 19th century, adjacent to both a nature reserve and bird watching sites. The home was completely renovated tastefully and personally in 2013, where old beams, wood, bricks, etc. were used. At the entrance you have a balcony with lovely evening sun where you have a view of the area and the Kalvöfjord. On the entrance floor is a hall and a bathroom with a shower cabin where the owner has decorated the ceiling with his old vinyl records. Half a flight of stairs down (low ceiling at the stairs) is the bar kitchen and bedroom in what was the former stable. Here much of the stable feel remains with stable stalls and untreated poured concrete floors in fine harmony with the personal interior details. The bar kitchen has a mini oven with two hotplates. Bright bedroom with open stable entrance (no door) and three single beds that function as sofas with pillows during the day. A perfect bedroom/living room for children and young people who want to live a little to themselves. Upstairs is the spacious, bright living room with high ceilings and exposed beams. There is plenty of room for the whole family in both the sofa area and around the dining table. In a cozy alcove screened off with a curtain there is a comfortable double bed. You live very idyllically with grazing cows and sheep in the pastures and walking distance to Rossö's beautiful swimming area with cliffs, jetty, swimming stairs and diving tower. Take the opportunity to hike in the nature reserve on Rossö. Here there are nice walking areas consisting of oak groves and pastures. The adjacent bay is a popular birdwatching spot with good chances of seeing both eagles and wading birds. There is also excellent fishing water for mackerel and trout, among others. Experience the archipelago and fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. If you are interested in shopping, don't miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, just a few minutes away by car. Summer on Orust offers many activities - festivals, kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the peace and quiet and the beautiful nature. The owner has a garage in part of the stable building that is accessed from the farm side. The residential part has no view from the other buildings on the farm. A wonderful holiday home with high standards and an amazing panoramic view over the ocean, located on the island Vindön. Start the day with an early morning swim from the private bridge, later you can sit down on the patio and admire the amazing view. This is a perfect holiday home for families or couples who got high standards, and would like to be able to relax and feel well during all the seasons of the year. The holiday home is build during the 40´s, and where later renovated in 2014 with many of the original details left intact. On the entry you can find a fully tiled bathroom with a beautiful ship door, the laundry room and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room is on the upper floor is equipped with a TV-corner and a inviting wood burning stove and has a exit to the lovely patio which goes around the house and where you will have an amazing view over the Hafstens fjord. There is also a modern kitchen on this level equipped with a gas cooker, followed with two bedrooms where one of them has two folding bunk beds.You can rent a rowing boat, a canoo or/and a motor to the boat. Due to the steep location, the house is not suitable for small children. There is only 40m to the private bridge which belongs to the property (which is sheared with the owner). If you want to go on some lovely bathing or fishing trips there is a boat docked at the bridge which you can rent from the owner. There is some outdoor furniture and a barbeque which you can use to enjoy the incredibly setting. There are several small beaches nearby; to Vindöns camping there is approximately 1 km, where you can bathe from the beach or the nearby cliffs, there is also the opportunity where you can rent a pedalo, there is also a playground and a convenience store where you can buy fresh bread for breakfast among other things. If you want to visit the Hafsten resort with spa, restaurant, sandy beach and waterslide, there is approximately a 7km car ride away or you can take the boat across the straits (about 1km). There is approximately 9 km to the central town of Henan where you can get all kinds of services, there are also many events organize here during the summer period. The closet supermarket lies in Rotviksbro and is about 5 km away. If you want you go shopping there is Torps shopping center just a few minutes car ride away from you holiday home, which has around 80 different kinds of shops. On Orust you can find many kinds of activities, there is kayaking, diving, fishing, golf or you can just enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature in the area. You can also visit the small charming fishing communities named Hälleviksstrand and Mollösund. The big city of Gothenburg is 80 km away. This incredibly attractive holiday home is set in Rönnäng on the island of Tjörn. It was built in 2013 and offers an amazing, panoramic view of the sea and Klädesholmen. It is hard to find a better location or a better view! It is just 700 metres to Kåreviks wonderful beach with it's bathing dock and diving tower! The high standard cottage is tastefully decorated. It features a comfortable family room with a sofa bed (160cm) and a TV (with 30-40 Swedish and English-speaking channels). There is a small kitchenette with two cooking hobs and a microwave oven. There is also a small dining area from which you can admire the view. Fully tiled bathroom with a WC, washbasin and shower cubicle. Free wireless WiFi. The hosue is winterised and has an underfloor water heating system. The landlord lives 10-15 metres away and you get your own part of the garden and the large wooden terrace. This lovely holiday home is situated in the archipelago of the west coast, in Ellös, on the beautiful island of Orust. The two-storey house is well-equipped and has a delightful view of the sea. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the child-friendly beach. The entrance floor features a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could need, including a dishwasher. The living room is light and airy, and features a sofa suite and a cosy wood-burning stove where you can light candles (no fire allowed). It opens onto the lovely conservatory with it's beautiful view of the sea. Next to the conservatory, you will find a furnished terrace. ATTENTION!! It is not allowed to grill on this balcony, if you want to grill, do this on the front of the house. The house has two bathrooms, both located on the bottom floor. Both of the bathrooms have a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. One of them is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You will find the sauna in the annex. On the second floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed and a beautiful view of the sea. The holiday home has a guest house with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is 80 cm wide and the lower bunk is 120 cm wide). The lovely public beach is only 400 metres from the house, featuring a sandy beach, a bathing dock, a trampoline, cliffs, a play ground, and beach volley possibilities. Ellös offers all sorts of services, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayak paddling, diving, fishing, crab fishing and golfing. There are many charming little seaside towns within driving distance, and you mustn't miss visiting the beautiful islands Gullholmen and Käringön. In the middle of Orust you will find the shopper's paradise, Göksäter, well worth a visit! The city of Göteborg is only 75 kilometres away.
