The cottage is close to nice, lovely baths from the beach or from smooth granite rocks. Kolleröd's child-friendly swimming area with toilet is popular with both the local population and holidaymakers. In the cozy harbor there are boathouses and jetties, perfect for crab fishing for the children. Basteviks Bar and Café, is about 2 km away, which may be well worth a visit. At the cottage there is a swing set for children, a small lawn and nice flowering flower beds. The cottage has a good geographic location for day trips to both the north and the south. Visit the cozy archipelago resorts with charming architecture that can be found along the entire Bohuslän coast. The cabin consists of an airy and nice living room with nice furniture, sofa bed, TV and a warming wood stove, this feels extra cozy with its slightly lower ceiling height of approx. 1.95. Comfortable kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. In the kitchen there is also a kitchen table and chairs and access to a high chair. A lovely double bed can be found in the bedroom next door. Spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, wc and washing machine. From the hall, a staircase leads up to a sleeping loft, the ceiling height of the loft is 1.65 and is a very popular sleeping and socializing area for children, experienced as both exciting and bunk-like. At the entrance is a large, beautifully glazed conservatory with outdoor furniture and barbecue, an obvious place to hang out after the nice and refreshing swim in the sea or after an excursion in Bohuslän. Perhaps you are enjoying the delicacies of the sea such as fresh mackerel, juicy good crayfish, prawns or a well-filled crab with something good to drink. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a kayak and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's sea shacks and captain's villas. For those interested in golf, the club can be swung on Holma's fine 18-hole course.

With a wonderful view of the North Sea and its horizon is this nice holiday home, which consists of two houses, where you have a total of six bedrooms. One of Norra Bohuslän's few sandy beaches is located just under 100 meters from the house, where both small and large swimming enthusiasts thrive. A short walk over the cliffs for those who like it or you take the road down to the beach. Crab fishing from the pier or rod fishing from the pier, all within walking distance. In high season there is a restaurant down by the guest harbor which is about 15 minutes walk from the house, where there is also a mini golf course and in high season there are many evenings with live music. The two houses are connected by a large terrace and there is plenty of space to enjoy sunny days and barbecue dinners. For slightly windy days, there is a glazed part on the terrace with dining table and chairs. Outdoors there is plenty of space for play and games on the lawn below the terrace. There are many places to visit in the immediate area. Inside Lysekil, Havets Hus is well worth a visit, both entertaining and learning about life in the North Sea. Smögen and Kungshamn are less than an hour away by car and if you are interested in Nordic animals, there is the appreciated and described Nordic Ark about 30 minutes from the house. Warm welcome!
