Solvik offers a short walk of around 10 minutes to the swimming area at Almön. Here you can enjoy a large, lovely veranda with a dining area and lounge furniture as well as a hammock. A terrace with barbecue facilities, as well as a comfortable "cabana" for relaxation and sunbathing. In addition, there is a refreshing outdoor shower and a garden with space for play. Please note, however, that there is a pond on the property which is 1m deep, so non-swimming children cannot stay in the property for safety reasons! Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with wood stove, living room with TV and wifi via fiber, an office and a small bathroom with shower and wc. There is a bedroom upstairs with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90cm), and a hall with a bed that can become a double bed (2x80cm). A folding bed is available to make up if needed. As it is an older house, the ceiling height is lower, especially on the upper floor. Desks are available both in the office and upstairs. If you want to sit on the porch and use the Internet, it may be a good idea to move the modem, because the brickwork of the house can dampen the coverage somewhat. You park in the driveway. Pets are welcome and will thrive on the large green area. The grocery store Almö Livs, 100 meters from the house, is well stocked and has its own restaurant and pharmacy. A gym, ST1, and a health center are located next to the store, and it is only 50m from the house to the bus stop with good connections to Gothenburg. Welcome to Tjörn and Myggenäs and this super nice villa, centrally located within walking distance to both the harbor, grocery stores, playground and nice walking paths. Here you live in a well-planned single-storey villa with a large lovely terrace with lounge furniture, large parasol and sun loungers as well as tables and chairs for dinners or coffee breaks. Large lawn for play and relaxation and a guest cottage connected with two single beds (90/90cm). A large entrance hall with wardrobes for outerwear or storage during your stay and inside there is a spacious laundry room with washing machine, dryer and shower. Directly to the right you enter the house's meeting area where both dining table with 6 chairs are located and a cozy rest corner with pillows. Large lovely kitchen with bar counter in the middle, fridge and freezer, induction stove with 5 hobs, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and high chair for the little one who wants to participate in the kitchen chores during the holidays. Adjacent to the kitchen is one of the house's two living rooms with a nice sofa and two armchairs and TV. Here you are happy to sit and socialize with the food is going on in the kitchen. Via balcony door you come out on the other side of the house where in the evening you sit in the shade and enjoy if the sun has been out all day. There is outdoor furniture for 4 and you can easily bring chairs from the front so everyone can sit. The house has three bedrooms, two with a single bed each (90cm each) and the third a double bed (180cm). There are two bathrooms with wc and sink and one of the bathrooms has bathtubs that complement the shower found in the laundry room. Next to one of the bathrooms there is a walk in closet so you can easily hang up your clothes during your stay.
