From the kitchen, a patio door leads out to the cottage's magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic view. On the balcony there is also a hot tub that can be rented for an extra cost. To rent the hot tub, you contact the home owner and the home owner's number is in the guest folder in the cabin. To the right of the kitchen is a bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm and a bed of 120 cm. With an incredible view of the sea below, you can see the bathing area, jetty in a wonderfully quiet area. An accommodation perfect for the family who wants to be close to swimming, the sea, cozy excursions and pleasant moments. You are welcomed into a smaller hall where the living room on the right opens up. Everything is on three floors with plenty of pleasant social areas. Straight up the small stairs comes the kitchen with an incredible view of the sea. To the left there are also living areas with a sofa, armchairs and TV. Here you can go out to the balcony with a glazed conservatory. In the garden there is seating for the first floor to watch the sunset. To the left of the hall are two bedrooms. The one with a double bed 180 cm wide and the other with a bunk bed 80 cm wide. The bathroom is cleverly planned with two sinks, wc, bidet and shower cubicle. The stairs down lead you to the basement where it is cool on hot days. Here there is another nice family room with armchairs and a sofa. Adjacent is the house's third bedroom with two single beds. There is a charging post on the plot to charge your electric car. This is for a fee based on your consumption. The house is secluded up a small hill with large grassy areas perfect for playing. The house has a lovely glazed conservatory with plenty of seating for enjoying good meals. You are welcomed into a smaller hall. Kitchen and living room are integrated into one with an open and simple floor plan. To the right of the hall are two bedrooms. The first has a day bed where you can pull out the mattress, which becomes a comfortable bed of 160 cm. There are also toys for the children and board games. The other has a double bed of 180 cm with bright, pleasant furnishings. The bathroom is also bright with a shower cabin, wc and sink. In the living room, there is plenty of seating at the dining table or on the sofa. The sofa is also a sofa bed of 140 cm. Welcome to an incredibly beautiful cottage built in 2023 with very nice interior with only 500m down to the sea. The house is elevated in a quiet environment with trees and forest and other cottages around. The terrace goes pleasantly around the house where you can follow all the sun's positions. The lovely little seating area outside the entrance invites you to a cup of coffee and a nice morning. You are then welcomed into a bright house. The kitchen is directly to the left with lots of light and open up to the ceiling with spotlighting. Everything is very tasteful and pleasant. In the kitchen there is nothing missing and it is integrated with the living room. From here you also reach a patio door out the back but barbecue and outdoor furniture. Dining table for 4 people is provided along with a sofa and TV. Inside is the house's bathroom which is also bright with shower cabin, toilet and sink. Next door is one bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. Here, too, everything very pleasant. The stairs up are led by an oar as a stair railing, which says part of the wonderful sea feeling on the west coast. Then you are up in the sleeping loft with 180 in ceiling height. Up here are two comfortable beds 120 cm wide. Perfect for family or groups of 2-4 people who appreciate both the rural environment and the proximity to the sea. You live very idyllically in a scenic environment and on the slope down to the right there is a larger bathing area with jetties, rocks, grass and sand. A good accommodation for a family with children or an elderly couple. The house is renovated in 2021 where everything is bright and homely. There is a spacious glazed conservatory at the entrance and also a terrace where the sun is on. Outside you can hear birdsong and the whistling of the wind. You are welcomed into a hall with the kitchen directly to the right. Here there are tables with room for 4 people. There is also a high chair. The kitchen has an induction hob with 2 plates, a benchtop oven, microwave and coffee maker. Fridge with freezer and everything is new since 2021. Directly from the kitchen is the bathroom with shower cabin, sink, wc and washing machine. Perfect if you want to stay more than a week or if you are traveling with small children. The interior is warm and pleasant. To the left of the hall, slightly elevated, is the living room with a comfortable sofa. Pay a visit to the Cowboy pizza in the evening and enjoy large tasty pizzas. Lunch perhaps at Laxbutiken in Ljungskile with their large ice cream café next door. The happiness bridge with cold bath house and incredibly beautiful environment is also worth a trip. A must is Gustafsberg with the historic cold bath house and the Snäckan café. Next to this is Lanabadet with a pool area for those who want to exchange the sea for a pool.
