Welcome to the genuine village of Lima only 9 minutes south of Kläppen and with Sälenfjällen's offer within half an hour by car. Here you can fish in rivers and lakes, pick berries according to the season and enjoy a typical holiday in Dalarna. The cottage is on two levels and on the entrance level there is a nice porch to enjoy the coffee cup on. The hall is airy and welcoming with kitchen on the left and living room on the right with nice dining area, cozy sofas and TV. On the entrance level there are two of the bedrooms, each with its own double bed (180cm). The house's bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is also upstairs. Downstairs there is a hall for the children who like to play with the house toys and inside a combined bedroom and living room with sofa as well as TV and ping pong table. There are two single beds (90 + 90cm). Inside the living room there is a smaller bedroom, each with a single bed (90 + 80cm). A total of 8 people can stay in the cottage. The cottage also has a drying cabinet, boot dryer and hair dryer so you can stay dry. Via a door from the hobby room you come out to the nice back with the large lovely lawn that goes almost all the way down to the river. Here is the opportunity for outdoor play for the children and rest for other family members. Nearby is Karelius where you can buy game that is found in the surrounding forests. Why not try their famous Lima sausage or the exclusive bear sausage or a piece of smoked moose. If you want to swim, there is Äråbadet with a 25 meter pool and a smaller pool for the little ones and if you are hungry for a dip in the river, there is also the possibility. Kläppen has a jumping tower and a sandy beach by the river, which is very popular. For the active holidaymaker, there is a bicycle park in both Sälen, Kläppen and Rörbäcksnäs. If you want to paddle a canoe, it is possible to rent in Sälen village. Do not forget to pay a visit to Vasaloppsarenen in Berga By and if you want to pack your backpack for a hiking trip for a few hours, we recommend a trip up to Njupeskär. Here in Lima is also Sixten Jernbergs Museum with Restaurant just 6 km from the cottage. Welcome to this spacious holiday home in beautiful Stöten, near Sälen! The house is well-equipped, featuring a sauna and a whirlpool, and set close to the scenic fells of Sälen. The interior of the house is light and airy with an open-plan kitchen and living room/dining room. The living room features a wood-burning stove and a TV with cable channels. There's also a second living room on the second floor, with a TV and a sofa bed for two. There are three bedrooms in the house. The one on the bottom floor features a double bed. On the second floor there's one bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles. There are three bathrooms on the bottom floor, one of which features a whirlpool, a washing machine, a drying cabinet, and a sauna. The area is excellent for hiking and, in the wintertime, for skiing. Sälen is Sweden's most popular skiing resort and there's a ski run 50 metres, by car, from the house.Other popular places are JibbArena, The ski cross run, and BigAirBar with a very good lift system and ski runs for all levels. During the winter ski season, there's shops, restaurants, bars, and a bakery open in Stöten. During the summer the closest service town is Sälen, 35 kilometres away. The nearby streams and rivers are rife with fish. The lake Närsjön is 15 kilometres away and great for swimming and fishing. This newly-built and well-equipped cottage is set only 30 metres from the beautiful stream of Saldalsbäcken, in Dalarna. The lovely fells Hundfjället and Sälenfjällen är nearby and offer beautiful hiking paths. The cottage features a wood-fuelled sauna in a separate building. Inside of the cottage you will find an open-plan kitchen and living room. The tiled floors are easy to clean and have underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher and a wood-burning stove. The living room is equipped with about 40 TV-channels in Swedish and English. Vacation home located in Sälen/Lindvallen, one of Swedens largest ski-resorts. Even during summertime there’s a lot to do around the area. The house sits on a high point with several other cottages. Nice fishing possibilities in the rivers of Västerdalälven, Fuluälven and Görälvend. 15 km from the house you may go for a swim, or some fishing in Lake Närsjön. Inside the house you’ll have four bedrooms, one on the bottom floor and another one is a walk-through to the sauna. The bright kitchen seats four, and in the living room you’ll have an additional dining area for four more people. Here you may also enjoy the fire place or watch TV.

This cozy cottage is within walking distance from Kläppen Arena and only 20 km south of Sälen. Here you can enjoy the tranquility in scenic surroundings, take a walk along the embankment, fish in the Västerdalälven river, pick seasonal berries in the forest next to the cottage or take a dip at Kläppen Camping. Nearby is Gråhedsdammen, which is a pay & fish pond and a much appreciated activity for young and old. Bur it is strictly forbidden to fish in the little pond at the house. The cottage, which has two floors, has on the ground floor a welcoming outer hall with drying cabinets for wet swimwear after the day's adventure and an inner hall that leads on to the kitchen, bathroom and the stairs to the upper floor. The kitchen has a typical warming wood stove with a covered hood that is built with natural extraction of air in the old-fashioned way, and next to the wood stove is the regular stove. There is a dining table with chairs and fridge & freezer. NOTE: The dishwasher in the kitchen is very small and placed on the kitchen counter. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living room with tiled stove, dining area, sofa, armchairs, TV and Apple TV. The bathroom is located in the hall and has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. Upstairs there is a hall and the two bedrooms. The first with a double bed -180cm and TV with chromecast. The second bedroom has two extra wide walled bunk beds that are -110 cm. Here you will stay in a cozy cottage in Gesunda, only 3km from Sollerön and the lake Siljan's beautiful mirror only 300 meters from the cottage. Here you can take all the baths of the day or bring a fly rod and catch today's fish for dinner (fishing license required). The cottage, built -85 is in classic dala style with a large plot for the children to play on. A complete kitchen and living room with a cozy fireplace for slightly cooler summer evenings. TV with boxer card. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage. One of the rooms has a double bed - 160cm and the other room has a bunk bed - 90 / 90cm. On the site there is a smaller cottage with another double bed - 180cm and also here a bunk bed. In total you can sleep 8 people here. For the youngest family member there is a travel cot and a high chair. Please note that it's not allowed to charge the car with the household electricity. Within an hour's drive there are many of the Dalar and Siljans countryside's classic tourist destinations and attractions, such as the Dalah horse production in Nusnäs, Zorngården in Mora, Predator Park in Orsa Grönklitt, Copper Mine in Falun, Leksand Sommarland and Rättvik with summer tobogganing, the very long jetty "Långbryggan" and music in Dalhalla. In Mora about 17 km from the cottage you will find all service and well-stocked shops and restaurants of various kinds. Here you can taste something typical from the neighborhood in the form of both elk or bear meat. The pedestrian street in the middle of Mora has many attractions.
