Welcome to this lovely cottage in Levide on South Gotland with an attached guest cottage and a glazed conservatory on a beautiful green plot! Here you live comfortably with proximity to one of Gotland's most beautiful stretches of coast - the Ekstakusten! The cottage is very nice with high ceilings and a cozy sleeping loft that creates an airy and homely feeling. The large windows let in beautiful daylight and offer a relaxing view of the green garden next to the dining table. Comfortable bedroom with double bed and in the sleeping loft there are two more beds in the form of a double bed. Fresh bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The guest cottage offers additional sleeping places, which makes the accommodation perfect for families or smaller groups who want access to secluded accommodation. The guest cottage has its own lovely patio with beautiful greenery. Between these cottages there is a glazed conservatory with seating, a kitchen counter with water and an extra fridge – perfect for long breakfasts, lazy afternoons or late summer evenings regardless of the weather! A very nice and hospitable owner lives in his house next door and offers you access to an extra bathroom in his basement with its own entrance from the outside. The accommodation is on the owner's large plot, but you have your own secluded, generous plot to dispose of. Remember that youth groups are not allowed. It is possible to charge your electric car using the owner's charging station; this is available upon request and payment to the owner on site The surroundings offer fabulous nature and lots of different activities and attractions. Welcome to this idyllic cottage on southern Gotland with incredibly beautiful natural surroundings! Here you live comfortably in a nice cottage with a large terrace overlooking the lush garden. Rural and scenic surroundings close to Gotland's pearl; Eksta Kusten and many other places not to be missed! Feel the peace at the cottage or take an excursion to Klintehamn or the Karlsöarna, or why not enjoy a luxurious lunch at the attractive Djupvik Resort! A nice walkway leads you to the cottage where you reach the entrance via the terrace which extends from one long side of the house to one short side. In the cottage you are welcomed by an open social floor plan with dining area and living room in one. From here you reach the kitchen with access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has good work surfaces and it is equipped with fridge / freezer, stove, oven, kitchen fan, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the entrance level there is also the toilet with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin and small top-loading washing machine. Upstairs you reach all beds, the upper floor is divided into two bedrooms.
