On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a family room with a kitchen sofa and dining table for seven, also a comfortable sofa group in front of the smart TV. Bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. A smaller, slightly steep staircase leads up to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with three single beds. The ceiling height in the stairs is somewhat limited, so some guests should be prepared to crouch. The apartment has its own furnished terrace with sun from lunchtime to late evening and a barbecue for lovely summer evenings. You also have access to parts of the garden with a sandbox and swing, perfect for the children. The surroundings offer fantastic walking paths and proximity to several favourite spots. In the old days, when you went to church, school or the shop, you walked on a path that was exactly where the plot is now. To this day, the tradition lives on, and occasionally hikers pass by following these historic trails. Put on your backpack and go on a wonderful trip! Swimming area with rocks and bathing ladder is only 1 km away. For a dinner at a restaurant, Brygghuset in Fiskebäckskil (14 km) or Fröken Trulls in Morlanda (7 km) are recommended. For day trips, Havets Hus in Lysekil and Nordens Ark are popular destinations. You can find a grocery store in Ellös, about 9 km away, and don't miss stopping at the Fish Market at Ellös Kaj for the day's fresh catch. The apartment is located on a plot where the owner lives and where a dog and cat also roam freely in the garden. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, but not in furniture or beds. It is easy to get to the accommodation by ferry. The ferry runs frequently, is free and is available from both sides of the island. The spacious plot borders forests and meadows where small game and moose like to look past. Around the house is a large lovely wooden terrace where you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. The house is perfect for the larger family or group who want to live in an unobstructed location with proximity to the sea and many attractions. Here the whole family will enjoy themselves! The house has a bright kitchen with dining area and all amenities, living room with large sofa group that serves as an extra bed suitable for children, and TV corner. Many nice hiking trails and walking areas in the area with rich berries and mushroom fields. On the plot there is also a small nice pond. (It is important that smaller children are kept under supervision). To Strömsholm's nice swimming area with sandy beach you have about 5 km. Experience the archipelago and the fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to Käringön or Gullholmen, visit charming Mollösund and Hälleviksstrand. Also do not miss a trip to Malö and Flatön via free car ferry. Here you will find the famous Handelsman Flink with restaurant & café. 9 km to all services in Ellös which also has a very nice swimming area. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly called "Little Ullared" and is only 5 km from your home. Nöjesstaden Göteborg 70 km. At Orust there are opportunities for many activities - kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful nature.
