The inviting pool is a highlight for the whole family and is heated to 25–28°C from May through September. The pool enclosure makes every day a swimming day, regardless of the weather. Guests are responsible for some basic pool care and maintenance. An outdoor shower is also available. This is where you can enjoy long summer days of swimming and sunbathing, as well as warm evenings with barbecue dinners. A grill is provided. A short walk of just over one kilometer takes you to the idyllic beach in Ugglarp, a popular destination for families. The beach offers both sandy shores and sun-warmed rocks. The Ugglarp area is surrounded by beautiful nature with forests, meadows, and scenic cycling routes. At the northern end of Långasand beach, the Suseån river flows quietly into the sea. Here you will also find a nature reserve with several walking trails. Both the river and the Kattegat offer excellent fishing opportunities, although a fishing license is required. Several golf courses are located nearby, with Falkenberg Golf Club being the closest. It is also well worth visiting the charming village of Slöinge, home to a well-known bakery and café as well as a local ice cream factory with its own parlor. In Heberg, you will find the famous “Laxbutiken,” which offers both a restaurant and a shop with fantastic delicacies. Falkenberg is only a short drive away, with cozy restaurants, cafés, and shopping during the summer season, along with the long sandy Skrea beach. Further south lies Halmstad, another popular summer town with plenty of attractions, Tylösand’s white sandy beaches, and several well-visited golf courses. The well-known shopping destination Ullared can be reached in about 40 minutes by car and offers an extensive range of goods. The west coast is also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts all year round. Kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and other activities are popular along the beaches of Ugglarp and nearby stretches of coastline.
