Welcome to one of Sweden's coastal gems in Bohuslän! Here on Koön, you’ll stay just a few kilometers from the activities in Arvidsvik and Marstrand, enjoying a beautiful view of the strait between Koön and Instön. The cottage, newly renovated, is situated on a slightly hilly plot. Just a few steps will take you down to the sea, where you can swim from the rocks—though it’s not the most child-friendly bathing spot. Outdoors, you’ll have access to garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying lovely summer evenings. Inside the cottage, there is an open-plan layout connecting the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and includes a dining table. In the living room, there’s a cozy seating area as well as a TV and a fireplace. There are two separate bedrooms, in one room there is a doublebed and a single bed 120cm and the other bedroom has a doublebed, as well as a bathroom with shower,washbasin and toilet (electric incinerator) and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. If you’re interested in kayaking or canoeing, the strait below offers excellent opportunities, as the water is usually calm and serene. If you’re traveling with a larger group and need additional space, there is another cottage located below this one with house number 59919.

In the northern part of Långasand beach, the beautiful Suseån River flows out. The nature reserve has several walking paths. The Suseån offers fine fishing. A fishing license is required. There are several fine golf courses in the vicinity. The closest is Falkenberg Golf Club. Take the opportunity to visit the small town of Slöinge. There is a famous home bakery and café, an ice cream factory and a restaurant. Falkenberg is only a short drive away. In the summer, there are plenty of cozy restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities. There is also Skrea beach, a long bathing beach. Halmstad's fine summer town is just south. Welcome to a luxurious three-level house that accommodates up to 6 people and offers generous areas for the entire traveling party. The house is right on the water and has its own jetty with two bathing ladders – ideal for swimming and relaxing. On the ground floor, there is a bright, open-plan layout with a kitchen and living room with access to a patio by the quayside. Here there are two bathing ladders from the own jetty for a cooling dip. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, wc, wash basin and washing machine. The second floor has three bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with single beds - and a bathroom with wc, wash basin and bathtub/shower. From the balcony you enjoy fresh sea air. Upstairs there is a cozy family room with a simple kitchenette, for preparing breakfast, for example. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are two balconies on this floor. The outdoor environment offers balconies in front and on the side of the house and an outdoor hot tub for up to 4 people - perfect for relaxation regardless of the season. A small sandy beach is 50 meters away and bathing ladders are available at the jetty. (Important not to swim out into the fairway from the jetty!) Charging posts for electric cars are 20 meters from the house. Next to the accommodation (approx. 100m) construction of a high-rise building is underway, which may periodically cause some disturbances. Restaurants such as Salt & Sill are within walking distance and the convenience store at Klädesholmen offers the essentials. You can easily make larger purchases in Skärhamn and then take the opportunity to check out the Nordic Watercolor Museum. In Pilane National Park there is a sculpture park. Welcome to stay in this small charming cottage. High situated with a panoramic view of the sea - Havstensfjorden. There is not much that can beat this view. The house is located in the heart of Bohuslän, close to everything you may need for a peaceful holiday. Behind the cottage is the forest, which makes you feel the peace. This accommodation is suitable for 2 people as you live on a relatively small area. Everything is very cleverly planned where every square meter counts. Outside there is a nice terrace where you can have your first meal of the day with a view of the sea. Inside the cottage there is a small kitchenette with two hotplates, coffee maker and coffee maker. There is also a dining table with room for 2 people and a sofa bed 140 cm wide. The bathroom on the right is more spacious than you think with a sink and toilet. Everything is homely, simple and with bright decor.
