Falkenberg's cozy summer town is also within easy reach. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a larger villa and has its own entrance and patio. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. The open kitchen is well equipped and also has a dishwasher. In the living room there is a dining area, sofa group and TV with Chromecast. From the living room you come out to the lovely balcony. Here you can have your breakfast and relax with a cooling drink in the evening. You also have your own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Upon request, the owner can provide an extra bed. A short walk takes you to the center of Falkenberg. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. In the southern part of Skrea beach there is a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock bathing. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenbergs Gk. Through Falkenberg flows the Ätran, which has great nature experiences and walking paths. Ätran has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. To the north you quickly reach the fine summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.

Water is also collected from the service house. There is outdoor furniture and some playground equipment. Very close by is a grocery store and restaurant, open during the summer. At the Båtsmannen quarter begins a larger leisure area where there are excellent opportunities for walks and the like or to bring a picnic basket and sit among the rocks that are a little reminiscent of those found in Bohuslän. In the area there are also several kiosks, restaurants, indoor swimming pools, mini golf and tennis courts. It is about 3 km to the center of Falkenberg with its beautiful wooden houses, small shops and a bustling tourist life. Taking the bus or cycling is perfectly fine. The fine white beaches at Skrea beach quickly fill up with bathers on a hot summer day. A short drive away is Falkenberg's fine golf course at Skrea. For those interested in fishing, there is the opportunity in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran. A short walk takes you to a small picturesque marina and the popular and lovely sandy beach. There is both a summer shop and several restaurants here. The main building has a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with dining area and sofa. The kitchen is a little smaller but well equipped and the bathroom has a shower. A lovely glass-enclosed conservatory with a comfortable sofa group and TV, which can be opened up to the garden. Right next to it is the other small cabin, which has a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a small TV and a bathroom with a shower. Both cottages have free wifi. Outside the cottages there is a lovely patio, part of the owner's beautiful garden which is at your disposal. Here there is outdoor furniture, sun loungers made of barbecue. Olofsbo is a real summer paradise, with both shops and restaurants. The long sandy beach is very popular with families with children. In the southern part there are high sand dunes and at the small marina there are good crab fishing spots. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. The house is not rented out to youth groups. The area also invites you to nice walks or bike rides. Morups Tånge is a nature reserve with fantastic bird life and nice walking paths. A little further north is the small community of Glommen with its cozy fishing and marina. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg.
