A modern, bright and pleasant annex in a really good location in Åsa. The cottage is on its own part of the large plot. A short walk takes you to a smaller swimming area with both rock bathing and a sandy beach. Nearby is the community center with all services. A perfect accommodation for the smaller family. At the entrance on the front of the house is the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room and the well-equipped kitchen are in an open plan. Here there is a dining table, armchairs and a lovely wood stove for the slightly cooler evenings. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a single bed. There is a sleeping loft with an extra bed in the form of a mattress on the floor. Exciting for an older child. At the back of the cottage there is a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. In the living room there is a small TV and there is free wifi. The house has a lovely ceiling height that provides extra light and space. The house is accessible. Very close by is a small swimming area that is used by the residents. A little further away there is a larger public bathing beach with jetty, toilets and barbecue area. Here, the beach fills up quickly on a hot summer day. Rent a SUP and paddle around the bay. In the surrounding areas there are nice shops with everything from gift items, ice cream café and home bakery and last but not least Hvita Sand which is a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can eat good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer. From Gottskär you can watch the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen. Near the cottage is the beautiful nature reserve Ölmanäs where you can walk and read about the area. Don't forget to make a trip to Tjolöholm Castle where you get guided tours and pleasant experiences. Lovely places to visit are also Fjärås Bräcka and Äskhults village.

Welcome to this cozy cottage located near the sea in beautiful Åsa. Cottage with several balconies, lawn for play and games and a separate conservatory. From here you can reach both Gothenburg's city life with Liseberg or Ullared for the shopping oven within 60 minutes. Large areas both outdoors and inside make the house feel very airy and lovely. The interior is in a modern and robust style. Beautiful large hall with a crystal chandelier that welcomes. Guest toilet with bath and toilet is adjacent to the entrance. A large and spacious well-equipped kitchen with both wine cooler, coffee machine and dining area. Large laundry room inside the kitchen with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Living room with sofas, large TV and cozy armchairs in front of the wood burning stove. Another living room is available, decorated in English style, with its own bar counter and warming wood burning stove with club armchairs. Here you enjoy a glass together before dinner after all the day's activities. Here you also come out to a wind-protected terrace with a glazed conservatory decorated with wicker furniture for evening coziness. At the front of the house there are several patios with lounge furniture, dining area and breakfast table in both sun and shade. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed - 180cm. Inside there is a private bathroom with corner bath (without bubbles), shower & toilet and sauna for 4 people. The second bedroom has a double bed that is 210 cm. This room also has a rollaway bed (child). In the last bedroom there is a double bed that is 160cm. Adjacent outside the bedrooms is another bathroom with toilet and shower. In the hall there is a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a double bed by pulling out the bed. The owner has 2 additional tent beds. In total, there are 6 regular beds and two more beds in the double sofa bed and 2 extra beds = 10 sleeping places. There are two portable weber grills and a muurikka frying oan that runs on gas. NOTE: be sure to turn it off after each use!
