Welcome to a large, nice house close to the sea, only a stone's throw away. 350 m from your house is Sweden's longest swimming beach. Between sand hills and beach, you can enjoy yourself in this cozy cottage area. The cottage accommodates the larger group and is perfect for a family with children who want to be close to a long sandy beach and the waves of the sea. The house is bright and homely. The kitchen is open with kitchen area and dining area. Most of what you may need is available in the kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. In total, there are 3 toilets in the whole house, including a slightly larger one with a shower. The house has a larger glassed-in conservatory where you can enjoy the holidays with good dinners. If you are tired of the sandy beach, there is comfortable outdoor furniture on the sun deck and a garden that invites you to play. In the house, you have two larger bedrooms, each with a 180 cm wide double bed. There are also two smaller ones with a single bed 90 cm wide in each room. In the garden is a guest cottage with a family bed. 90 cm upper part and 120 cm lower. Perfect if you are traveling with older children/teenagers who want to be on their own. If you are tired of the sea and sand, you can walk 3 km towards Restaurant Delfinen. Here there is a simple outdoor pool, simple food, outdoor activities. Entry is paid on the spot. Further on you reach the center of Mellbystrand with shops and a grocery store. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. There is a shopping center nearby and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis, paddle and mini golf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. The cottage is located on a corner plot and is enclosed with a fence that feels safe for the family with children. The cottage area is surrounded by beautiful green forest with many walking paths. In the cottage there is a lovely modern and well-equipped open kitchen and a living room with comfortable seating. The sofa bed has room for two people. Modern TV with Swedish channels and chromecast. There is free wifi in the house. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and small TV. From the master bedroom there is an exit to a smaller terrace. It's nice here if the evenings get a little chilly or on rainy days. The spacious balcony has both a dining table, garden furniture and a barbecue. In the cottage there are three bedrooms, one with a 120cm bed, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and modern and has a spacious dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is free wifi in the house. The annex has two single beds. The plot has a patio in a sheltered position at the back of the cottage. There is outdoor furniture, deckchairs and a modern gas grill. You can enjoy your morning coffee at the front of the cabin.
