The house is a year-round villa built with white limestone. If you are tired of the sea and sand, you can walk 3 km towards Restaurant Delfinen. Here there is a simple outdoor pool, simple food, outdoor activities. Entry is paid on site. Further on you reach the center of Mellbystrand with shops and a grocery store. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. The cottage is located on a corner plot and is enclosed with a fence that feels safe for the family with children. The cottage area is surrounded by beautiful green forest with many walking paths. In the cottage there is a lovely modern and well-equipped open kitchen and a living room with comfortable seating. The sofa bed has room for two people. Modern TV with Swedish channels and chromecast. There is free wifi in the house. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and small TV. From the master bedroom there is an exit to a smaller terrace.
