A very pleasant holiday home located in a small cottage area without a thoroughfare and with the sea within easy reach. The area is quiet and peaceful. The cottage is recently renovated inside and has a large plot. You are close to beach meadows and nature reserves as well as Träslövsläge with its picturesque harbor and nice beach. In the heart of the house, there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating and TV as well as a sofa bed for two people. There is broadband and free wifi. Bring a boxer card, and you have several channels. The two bedrooms each have two single beds. The bathroom comes with a shower and washing machine, as well as a tumble dryer. The kitchen has all the required and a dining area. The patio is partly covered and there are several outdoor furniture and barbecue. The spacious plot is perfect for all family activities. Only a short walk will take you to a lovely nature reserve and the foaming waves of the Kattegat. There is a smaller bathing area quite close by and just a walk or bike ride away there is a larger public bathing area. The owner has three bikes in the garage, which you can use free of charge. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, street kitchen, mini golf and the very well-visited ice cream parlor Tre Toppar where people are happy to queue to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice swimming beach. Just south of there is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a multitude of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbour and is visible from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, following along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the beautiful summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. There is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the World Heritage Site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk, the western course.

A very pleasant holiday home on the outskirts of the community. The cottage is located by the beautiful Krokån. Enjoy the view of the river and the serene feeling of rippling water from the terrace. From the cottage you have several lovely walking paths in the area and a number of small bathing areas. A very good starting point for excursions to all the area's destinations. The cottage has a well-preserved, charming interior of "retro style". From the entrance hall in the small hall there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A smaller bedroom has a single bed. Storstugan has large windows overlooking the roaring waters of the river. It includes comfortable seating areas and a modern TV. There are two more bedrooms. One with a bubble bed and one with two single beds. The kitchen is open and includes a dining area. The terrace is partially overbuilt and gives you a magical view of the water. Krokån is quite shallow and rocky. A heated outdoor swimming pool is located within a short distance of Flammabadet. At the campsite there is also a place for canoes and barbecue area as well as wind shelters. Rent canoes and paddle along Lagan and out to the beautiful Hjörneredssjöarna. In the immediate vicinity is Kvarnen, a popular destination with a summer café and exciting swimming area. Note: The house is not for rent to youth groups. The nature around Knäred offers nice mushroom places and berry fields andmany nice destinations and nature experiences. Make a visit to Vippentorpet, a high-loft cottage from the late 1600s. To Laholm it is only a short journey. There is a nice trade and a drawing museum. A bit from Laholm you will find the long sandy beaches of Mellbystrand.To the north you have Halmstad, which is a lovely summer town. Tylösand's white beaches and salty baths attract many bathers. The plot includes everything you see around the cottage and there is also a smaller pond. Beyond the cottage, a small forest path leads down to the small Lövsjön. The forest is rich in wild game. I'm sure you'll see both elk and deer. In the forest there is also rich supply of mushrooms. The area has a unique nature consisting of both forests, mountains and lakes. Here you live close to the sea, nature and attractions such as Tjolöholm Castle, A short drive from the cottage is Äskhults village, a living cultural heritage. There is also a lovely café. Fjärås Bräcka is a powerful ice strip formation that rises 60 meters above sea level. Here attracts a fantastic view, walks, swimming and fishing. Visit Li's burial ground, Halland's largest, with over 100 bautastenar from the Iron Age. At naturum, which is open all year round, you can see an exhibition about Fjärås Bräcka's education and the popular café serves homemade, organic and locally grown. Also visit Kungsbacka and Hede Fashion Outlet. Gottskär has a picturesque harbour with several cozy restaurants. Insjöbad can be found both in the large Navsjön at Björketorp and in lake Lyngern. If you want to go and shop you can take a trip to Ullared which is approximately 33km away and shop in the famous Ge-kås or other shops which has large selections of goods. Welcome to this fresh cottage renovated in 2010 with furnishings in lovely colors. Located right outside Unnaryd Village. The lively community by the Lake Unnen offers excellent fishing opportunities in the lake abundant with pike and perch. When you enter the cottage, you enter the hall with its beautifully painted doors and a practical tiled floor. In the living room is the kitchen area with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a sink. A nice, old iron stove is located between the kitchen and living room. The living room also has a tiled stove that provides great warmth. There are also two beds placed together as a double bed. The bathroom is modern with a shower. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping loft with low ceiling height about 140 cm and a double bed. You live on the same farm as the property owner and share the large plot of 4000 square meters. On the farm, there are also a number of free-range hens. There is an electric motor to rent on site from the homeowner for a fee. In Unnaryd there is a nice bathing place with jetties.
