The house has a newly renovated bedroom with a double bed, a new bathroom with toilet and shower, a cozy kitchen with a dining area with large windows overlooking the nature reserve that is adjacent to the nature reserve that spreads out below the house. Here you can see both moose and deer that come out at dusk. Here horses also graze in their pastures, a real nature experience. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two. On the terrace there is plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill for lovely summer dinners outside. The house shares a plot with cottage 64764, so if you are several who want to travel together but live separately you can rent both houses. The large house has a pool and hot tub. There are nice hiking trails in the area. A short walk from the house is a well-known art gallery; Artipelag, which has a café and restaurant. There is a lot to do on Ingarö and Värmdö in the summer. You can take an archipelago boat from Gustavsberg to Stockholm, experience Gustavsberg's porcelain factory, visit farm shops and much more.

Welcome to a lovely house on Ingarö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is on two floors, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a toilet on the upper floor, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a living room and a modern open-plan kitchen and a modern bathroom with a washing machine. In front of the living room there is a nice outdoor room with access to the pool and hot tub. The pool is heated and the hot tub can be heated with wood. There is also a small trampoline on the lawn. The house is located high with a large plot that extends towards the nature reserve and the beach. There is both a jetty, cliffs and a beach. In the nature reserve there are nice paths for cozy hikes, from the house you can see both moose and deer in the morning and at dusk. The plot is shared with house 64765 which is located a bit below, which is also rented out, so if you are many you can rent the two houses together. If you walk about 10 minutes through the forest, you will find the famous art gallery Artipelag, which has both a café and a restaurant, both of which are good. From there you can also take the bus into Stockholm. Ingarö and Värmdö are real summer gems with a lot to experience. Restaurants, cafés, farm shops, lovely beaches and swimming areas, archipelago boats to get further out into the archipelago and nice hiking trails.

The house is located near Björkvik's own riviera; Stora and Lilla sand with shallow beaches and rocks to sunbathe on. In the area there is a popular bistro with good food if you want to eat out. Visit Säby farm and buy local goods, a nice excursion. There is a bus all the way to Stockholm's city center, the nearest grocery store and gas station are in Brunn, and in Gustavsberg there are system companies and a larger selection of stores.

The house is located high on a natural plot of 7000 m2 with very little visibility. A short walk from the house is Fiskmyran, a nice swimming lake, where there is also a rowing boat that is included in the rent. In winter, it is lovely for ice skating. It is 2 km to the Baltic Sea if you want to swim in the sea. On Ingarö there is a wonderful seaside resort with long sandy beaches, it is 3.5 km away and well worth a visit. There is also a restaurant and kiosk here. In the area around the house there are many nice walking paths, mushroom and berry forests. A grocery store is 3.5 km from the house and more shops are in Gustavsberg. There are buses into Stockholm if you want to leave the car at home, it is 3 km to the bus stop.
