Welcome to a nice and well-kept house with a magical view of Torsbyfjärden! The house was built in 2022 and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a sliding door between the bedrooms. A fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen has an open plan with the living room. The cottage has an air heat pump, please turn it off when you are away from home to save on electricity. There are large glass panels facing the balcony and the magical view, pull them away and have a morning coffee, or go down the stairs to your own jetty and take a morning swim. You share the plot with the owners, their house is close but the patios face in different directions. The balcony has glass railings, so there is nothing that obscures the view of the rocks or the water. The balcony has outdoor furniture and an outdoor kitchen. Next to the house is the sauna house that you have at your disposal, it can accommodate six people, it also has a sea view. At the back of the sauna house there is an outdoor shower. Just a ten-minute walk from the house is a large swimming area with a sandy beach, piers and a playground. The area has nice gravel roads for walks and you are welcome to bring your bikes. There is plenty of forest with mushrooms and berries that have nice hikes. A ten-minute drive from the house is Siggesta farm, with animals, mini golf, soccer golf, and an adventure course for children in the forest. They have a good restaurant, coffee shop and ice cream kiosk. There is a lot to experience on Värmdö, which comes alive in the summer due to its proximity to water everywhere. Take a trip to Gustavsberg and shop, take an archipelago boat from Stavsnäs to Sandhamn or other islands in the archipelago or why not into Stockholm, all are nice archipelago trips.

Down by the water there is a large jetty with a swimming ladder for a refreshing morning swim in the sun, or why not an evening swim? There is a small sandy beach next door if you prefer. A rowing boat is included in the rent, you can row out into the beautiful bay and pull up a couple of perch for dinner. Around the house there are several terraces with nice seating areas and as the house is high up it is protected from view. A large grassy area for playing and games is next to the house. There are two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and one with a 140 bed and a junior bed. There may be an additional single bed in the living room, but it is possible to sleep two in the larger beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom and a large kitchen with all the facilities you could need. The living room is large and has access to the terrace facing the water. Parking is available at the house. The house is located far out on Värmdö near Boda, where boats go further out into the archipelago for nice day trips. There is a lot to experience on Värmdö in the summer; restaurants, ice cream parlors and many nice hiking trails. If you want to experience Stockholm, there is a bus all the way and the bus stop is only 200 meters from the house.

The large house has a well-equipped kitchen and the smaller one has a small fridge, a cooking plate and water boiler, so two families can live in their own house but still be together. Large balconies surround the houses, with plenty of space for a wonderful summer life. On the balcony there is a hot tub and sun loungers. A large lawn is available for games and play, the entire plot is also fenced, good for small children. There is a barbecue on the balcony, but if you want to eat out, it is not far to lovely restaurants by the water. There is a direct bus into Stockholm, the stop is only 100 meters from the house. There is a lot to discover on Värmdö, plenty of flea markets, cafes, restaurants and archipelago boats, to discover the islands of the Stockholm archipelago. Not for rent to youth groups.

There is also a daybed in the spacious living room. The kitchen has a lot of character, there is a dining table for 4 if you prefer to sit inside and eat. It is a slightly different and smart solution for the shower and toilet, as there was no room for a bathroom; the shower cabin is in the hall and the electric toilet is in the small hall at the entrance. On Saltarö it is never far to the sea, about one km from the house there is a nice beach with a jetty, sandy beach and shallow water. A parking permit is required to park your car there, it is in the hall for you to borrow, don't forget to put it back when you go home, so the next guest gets the same benefit. There is a bus into Stockholm just 400m from the house. In the area around the cottage there are nice walking paths and lots of nature. Sometimes the moose come up to the plot and slurp the apple tree in the garden. It is quiet and restful here, as the house is located on a turning point, here you will have a nice holiday!
