The house itself is a delight, it is simply but pleasantly and colorfully decorated, each room is painted in bright colors. The house consists of a living room, kitchen and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two and a regular sofa as well as a table and chairs in an alcove and an open fireplace if it is a chilly evening. In the bedroom there is a bunk bed and a cot. A large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and grill if you want to cook outside. That part is under cover with a long table for cozy gatherings, perfect for long bright summer evenings. The other part is open. On the plot there is an annex with a sofa bed for two. The house has an outdoor toilet and outdoor shower. There is a lot to see and do in Sörmland, visit Tom Tits experiment with experiences for young and old, take a trip out into the countryside and have a coffee or have lunch at a castle; there are many in the area. If you want to go into Stockholm, it only takes 45 minutes by commuter train from Södertälje.

Parking is available at the house. The house is located far out on Värmdö near Boda, where boats go further out into the archipelago for nice day trips. There is a lot to experience on Värmdö in the summer; restaurants, ice cream parlors and many nice hiking trails. If you want to experience Stockholm, there is a bus all the way and the bus stop is only 200 meters from the house.
