Welcome to a cozy house on a nice natural plot with a location close to the sea on Svärdsö in Nynäshamn municipality. Here you come far out into the sea belt, with only 200 m to the sea no matter which direction you go, here the water is clear and beautiful. In one direction you will find a lovely beach and rocks, in the other direction tables and chairs down by the water. There you can take a basket of food with you and enjoy the fantastic sunset and take a dip in the sea. The house has one bedroom with a family bunk bed, separated by curtains. Sofa bed for two is in the living room. In the living room there is also the dining table and a smart TV. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet, sink and shower. The small kitchen has access to the balcony, where you will find a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Parking for cars is available below the house. There is a gate down by the road that you get a key to drive the car up to the house. You share a plot with the nice owners, but have plenty of your own plot space and no visibility. Nynäshamn is a cozy summer town, the bus there goes just below the house. On Torö, which Svärdsö is close to, there are cozy summer cafes and restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself.

Here in Malmsjöberg, Fållökna, you have a real holiday paradise only 300 meters from a lovely swimming area with jetties down by lake Nedingen. The cottage is situated high up, surrounded by lawn and lovely flower beds. The cottage has been renovated in stages and is fresh and cosy. You enter a hall that is adjacent to the family room where you have seating areas and a cozy wood burning stove, firewood is available in the house. There is a TV in the living room with Swedish channels. The kitchen is open plan and has a nice dining area by the window and is fully equipped, but you wash the dishes by hand. There are two bedrooms in the house, one of which has a double bed and the other has a single bed that converts into a double bed, which provides a comfortable bed for two people. The biggest asset is the wonderful terrace that is under a roof where you can enjoy nature both morning and evening, an outer part of the terrace is without a roof which might suit you who are sun worshippers. Grilling belongs to the summer and here is a charcoal grill ready and waiting. May we suggest that you have your afternoon coffee on the patio, which is located on a height where you have a lovely view of the lake. The area around Nedingen provides space for more than sun and swimming. There are several nature reserves around the lake and you can easily connect to the Sörmlandsleden where Malmköping has a stage that is 10 km and it goes through the nature reserve in Malma and over Plevnahöjden, very beautiful to see and well marked trail with good maintenance. Malmköping is approx. 6 km from the cabin and here you can stock up and stroll around the small town which during the summer comes alive with numerous markets and events. Stockholm is within reach, approx. 1.5 hours by car.

A holiday home in the heart of Sörmland that is secluded and a few hundred meters from Lake Öljaren, yet close to amenities and many excursion destinations. The cabin has been newly renovated while maintaining the old style and has two floors where the lower floor has a kitchen with a dining area where the old iron stove has been preserved. A spacious living room equipped with both a sofa group and dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs are the house's two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a bunk bed, here there is a storage room with toys that can be borrowed during the time you spend in the house. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains as the summer nights in Sweden are bright. In the leafy garden there are two different patios to choose from. Cushions for chairs are stored inside the house when not in use and can be found in one of the storage rooms, the smaller bedroom upstairs. If you have plans for a trip to the lake or perhaps to pick berries and mushrooms, there are baskets to borrow for the purpose. Vingåker offers everything needed in the way of shopping, everything from pharmacies to an outlet with clothes and restaurants. A visit to Julita Gård can be recommended, here there are wonderful park environments and also a restaurant and cafe. Final cleaning is included when you rent this house, but you must bring your own sheets and towels and put away and wash the dishes before departure.

Welcome to Läppe! Here you stay in a cabin with a simpler standard and older furnishings and perhaps it suits you who are looking for a relaxing holiday with closeness to nature, wonderful swimming and fishing opportunities. The cottage is located in a small cottage area on a road with no through traffic. Around the cottage it is lush and green during the summer and you have grassy areas on the grounds with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Inside, you have an entrance hall with space for outerwear and further into the cabin you have a bathroom with shower/wc and there are three separate bedrooms plus a bed in a walk-through room. The kitchen is functional with a small dining area and an exit to the balcony at the back of the house, where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the forest at the back of the house. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa group and here you can sit and cozy up with a fire crackling in the stove and at the same time admire the view of the forest and the meadows behind through the panoramic window. A walk of just under 20 minutes and you reach a fantastic swimming area with a sandy beach down by Hjälmaregården, here in summer there is both the serving of simpler dishes and a kiosk. For those interested in fishing, Hjälmaren has a rich selection of fish and is famous for the Hjälmargösen. In 10 minutes by car, you reach Vingåkers Golf Club, which is beautifully located by the lake Kolsnaren. In Vingåker you have a larger selection of shops and also a pharmacy and perhaps you want to make a trip to Brevens Bruk, which with its well-preserved mill environment is picturesque. Please clean the house before you leave and bring your own bed linen and towels.

Welcome to beautiful Ornö, one of the largest islands in Stockholm's southern archipelago. In this house you live high up among mountain peaks and pines, with proximity to the beautiful waters of the Baltic Sea. Here there is a bedroom with two beds; one 90 cm and one 120 cm and two with a single bed in each. A family room with a dining table and access to a small balcony with a view of the mountain and the forest. If you walk down through the forest, you come to the water, there is also a cozy walking path along the water. A guest cabin with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a sofa and a small terrace outside. Ornö has a lot to experience, farms that sell organic vegetables and fresh eggs. On the island there are restaurants and cafes and a grocery store. You can get to Ornö by car ferry from the Dalarö hotel dock, the boat trip takes about half an hour and needs to be booked online. Warm welcome!

Out in the popular Kalkudden holiday home area in Mariefred is this charming cottage. The cottage is located high on the plot with a view of meadows and forest. You enter the cottage via a cozy glass veranda which is furnished with a small dining table and chairs, a perfect place for morning coffee. There are two bedrooms in the house, one of which has a bed that converts into a double bed and the other room has a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped and you have a dining area in the living room, where there is also a cozy sofa group and a fireplace that can increase the cozy factor of an evening. A large terrace where you have a cozy lounge corner and a large dining table that can accommodate many people. There are several bathing spots around Kalkudden Mariefred with small sandy beaches and piers. Inside Mariefred, you have 8 minutes by car, there are cozy neighborhoods, small shops and restaurants and take the opportunity to visit Gripsholm Castle if you have time.

Welcome to beautiful Torö, an island with bridge connection in Stockholm's southern archipelago, to a lovely house with both a sauna and a pool. Large balconies made for cozy summer days, the whole family will enjoy themselves here. There are two houses on the plot, a larger one and an associated smaller annex, which is perfect for two families who want to holiday together and live in their own houses. The large house has spacious areas where everyone can socialize, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Note that the water comes from a well and may be cloudy, but it is drinkable. One bedroom has a double bed and a cot and the other bedroom has two single beds. Bathroom with wc and shower. The smaller house has a double bed and a bunk bed which is suitable for smaller children or teenagers, as it is narrower and shorter than regular beds. There is also a sofa bed here. There is both a kitchen and WC but no shower. There is a shower in the main house or in the sauna house, and also an outdoor shower by the pool. Remember to save water, Stockholm's archipelago is sensitive in summer and has water shortages from time to time. The pool is 130 cm deep and has a roof that is easily pulled over to avoid leaves and other natural debris. On the large pool deck, there are sun loungers and dining tables in two places, so there is plenty of space both outside and inside. It is private by the pool, you have the forest that starts at the plot, nice for a forest walk. Torö has one of Sweden's best surfing beaches at the Ören nature reserve, here you can also find unique plants, mushrooms and a long cobblestone beach. On Torö there is the possibility of nice hikes. On the island there is a country store, cafes and a sourdough bakery. If you want a bigger place, it is close to Nynäshamn, a nice summer town but restaurants down by the harbor. Welcome to a wonderful place to create great holiday memories!

A croft in Sörmland's forests overlooking a peaceful lake, maybe that's what you're looking for for a relaxing holiday? Here you live in two cottages where the old cottages from the early 1900s have been renovated taking into account the house's origins. Torpstugan consists of two rooms a small hall. A chamber with two single beds, a stove that you can fire in a chilly evening and also an extra bed for a child. In the second room, which is the original kitchen where the old iron fireplace remains, there is a seating area. In the second cottage next door you have a kitchen with dining area and a fresh tiled bathroom. This cottage is built in recent years but in the old style and fits well into the courtyard image. Between the cottages there is a lovely patio with barbecue. Down by the lake there is a jetty with a bathing ladder and it is an excellent swimming lake, if you want to go out on the lake you have access to a rowing boat. The house does not rent to companies. In Sörmland there are countless castles and manor houses where many offer guided tours. If you want to hike along a trail or just go out into the forest, the choices are many. If you travel with children, Eskilstuna Zoo can be attractive, where you have about 30 minutes to travel. If you want to go to Stockholm, it takes about 1.5 hours. Welcome!

Here you stay comfortably in a nice cabin situated high up only a few hundred meters from bathing and a perfect starting point for everything you could possibly need. This is place offers a holiday combined with peace and quiet but also with proximity to big city life, culture, shopping, good dining etc. in Stockholm City if desired. The house has two entrances. Either you enter directly into the kitchen, with stove and wood stove, or you take the door into the master bedroom. In the living room there you will find the dining area and sofa group with a sofa bed for two people. Feel free to light the fire on cooler evenings and enjoy the warmth. From the living room you come out to the partly glazed terrace with a roof, here you can enjoy lovely dinners. The view from here is just as nice as from inside the house. Below the balcony is a barbecue area. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. Currently, there is a bathtub in the bathroom, but the homeowner plans to put in a shower cabin. In the guest house, which is just below, there is a bunk bed. On the side of the house, you can take a flight of stairs up to a small vantage point and watch the evening sun in the hammock. When you want to swim, you walk across the street and follow the green fence down to a lovely natural beach. If you go in the other direction, you will arrive at Trinntorpsbadet with a sandy beach and jetty. There is also a restaurant here, which is also usually open in the evenings with entertainment. Right next to the bath, you can take Vaxholm's boat out into the archipelago for even more experiences. In the immediate area there are many fine nature areas for hiking, including the Telegrafberget and Klövberget nature reserves. At the top of Telegrafberget there is a lookout tower with a view of Stockholm, Dalarö and Gustavsberg and here you can hike, experience a rich wildlife with rare vegetation and pick berries and mushrooms. Likewise in the Klövberget nature reserve, where there are also caves to visit. Tyresöslott from 1633 is a nice excursion destination and here you can visit the castle's museum, wander through the English park or enjoy a good meal at the Castle Inn or the Borggårdscaféet. Enjoy your holiday in this cozy cottage that feels rural but is still close to Stockholm with a bus stop just below the site. Go out into Stockholm's archipelago and find just your go-to places or explore everything Stockholm has to offer! The choices are many with this accommodation as a starting point.

If Kolmårdens Djurpark is part of your holiday plans or just relax in nature, then this little cottage could be something for you. The cabin, which is of a simpler standard, is part of a smaller collection of cabins managed and owned by an IOGT association since 1947. Among other things, a midsummer celebration is organized in the area, which is usually very much appreciated by all visitors. There are both swings and a small slide in the area for the youngest. The cottage is on two levels where the lower level has a spacious kitchen with fridge and small freezer, a good dining area and also a high chair for the youngest. In the living room there is a sofa group and another dining area. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot and a room, which is a walk-through room, with three separate beds. The bathroom is not in the house but is in a separate building next door, there is also a disabled toilet with a changing table. The bathroom is not private but can be used by any visitor from the association. In front of the cottage, which is partially fenced with some bushes, there is a lovely patio with garden furniture in the best sun position, but the coziest place is down by the small lake where there is a large common jetty with tables and chairs and a bathing ladder for those who want to take a dip. The rowing boats are also located here and in the storage room on the jetty there are life jackets to borrow for those who rent the cabin. There are plenty of fish in the small lake for those interested in fishing. In the Kolmårdsskogarna there are many wonderful hiking trails and paths. The Sörmlandsleden has a stage that starts in Stavsjö and there are moderate to difficult hikes in the area, which also has plenty of small forest lakes, so it might be a good idea to pack swimming trunks in your backpack. It only takes 29 minutes, about 8km, to drive to Kolmården Zoo and once there you have a lot to explore around Bråviken. The IOGT association works actively for a sober existence and appreciates that guests in the cabin respect that.
