The house is not suitable for small children, as the terrace is high up and has a railing but not around the entire perimeter. The house has three bedrooms, which have no doors but curtains that can be drawn. There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, and good work surfaces. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet in the hall. The house's patio wraps around the entire house, so you can follow the sun or shade, whichever you prefer. The property is a forest plot located high up with a view of a bird lake, where a pair of swans have lived for several years. Other bird species and wild animals can also be seen in the meadow. The house is located between Järna and Nykvarn in beautiful Sörmland. The house is secluded and quiet, offering a peaceful vacation in the countryside. If you want to experience more, there is plenty to do; the Sörmlandsleden trail is nearby if you like hiking, and Lake Yngeln is 5 km from the house, where there is both nudist and regular swimming. The beach is wonderful and shallow, with swings for the children. If you want to go to Stockholm, the easiest way is to park your car at Järna in the long-term parking lot and take the commuter train to the big city. Cycling in Sörmland is nice, there are many small roads in the countryside.

The house is located individually, in Brandalsund's nature reserve with a comfortable distance to lovely baths but also close to central Stockholm, Trosa and Sörmland. Downstairs of the house you enter a smaller hall. To the left is a spacious living room with lovely sofa group, beautifully mullioned windows and wood burning stove and to the right is the large kitchen with space for many. In the kitchen there is a countertop stove with two plates and associated oven. It is possible to make a fire in the wood stove. On this floor there is also the fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find the house's remaining rooms, a large living room with sofa bed for two people, and a junior bed. In the master bedroom located inside the living room there are two beds. Here there are window sections that create a beautiful view and contribute to a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The guest house located next door is also fresh and newly renovated and here there are two single beds. As a guest in this house, you arrange cleaning yourself. Via individual gravel road and road boom you reach this charming house located on Brandalslunds manor (privately owned castle) grounds with beautiful meadows and rural surroundings that include Brandalsund Nature Reserve. Just below the house you can swim by the beach and if you want to get to a sandy beach, you have walking distance to lovely sandy beaches with barbecue areas in the nature reserve. The rowing boat that you are welcome to borrow is located at the lake's edge below the house. In the garden outside the house there are nice outdoor furniturewith barbecue where you can enjoy lovely dinners. Enjoy nice walks in nature, take a trip to Trosa, only 30 minutes by car, a fantastic summer town with beautiful houses, nice shops and restaurants. Gripsholm Castle in cozy Mariefred is also a must! Other places to visit are Nynäs Castle with exhibitions, activities and café during the season and the Royal Palace Tullgarn, which you can reach in about half an hour. Around here there are many nice golf courses for those who want to play golf, closest are Kallfors Gk and Åda golf & country club in Trosa. It only takes about 35 minutes by car to central Stockholm.
