The house is very fresh and was built a few years ago with a large furnished terrace in the best sun-facing position, offering a lovely view of the lake and greenery. Inside the house, there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a cozy sofa corner, as well as a kitchen area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a child's bed for children up to 50 kg. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and is also equipped with a washing machine. From the living room, there is a loft ladder leading up to a sleeping loft with two beds. This is not suitable for small children as the ladder is very steep. Right below the house, you have a private dock where you can swim, sunbathe, or simply sit and enjoy the view of the lake. Around Lake Båven, there are several hiking trails and nature reserves. Put on your hiking boots and go for a hike or rent a canoe in Skebokvarn and explore the lake. If you are a golfer, the beautiful Stjärnhov Golf Club is about a 20-minute drive from the cottage. Pets are welcome in this house, but please keep your dog on a leash as there are other dogs in the neighboring house.
