The small town idyll of Sölvesborg is easy to get to on foot or by bike, only 5 km via Europe's longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge.

The nearest sea bathing is in Nättraby a quarter of a drive south. From here you can also take the archipelago traffic boats out among the islands and to the naval town of Karlskrona center. In Karlskrona, the Marine Museum is an experience for both children and adults. An excursion to Barnensgård with a water slide, games and outdoor activities is recommended for families with children.
