"Master bedroom" is spacious with both TV, walk-in closet and balcony with a breathtaking view of the pool area and the beautiful surroundings. There are two further double rooms with a shared balcony. The basement floor contains a wine cellar, a laundry room and a relaxing relaxation area with both a bathtub and a sauna. In a separate guest house there are three more bright bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and WC. Perfect if you are two families. Lovely heated pool of 50 square meters and 1.5 meters deep. Here you can bask in the sun in the deckchairs and just enjoy your time off. On the coast you will find Hovs Hallar, a magnificent nature experience. Feel free to visit the Birgit Nilsson museum. In 5 minutes by car you reach beautiful Torekov, with a nice harbor area and several small restaurants. From here a boat goes to beautiful Halland's Väderö. Along the coast there are beautiful nature reserves and small bathing coves. If you are interested in golf, you have no less than three good golf courses within a few minutes' drive. Not far from Sweden's southernmost vantage point in Smygehuk, this charming house is located in a cluster of typical cut for Skåne. In the middle of Smygehamn's small center, a couple of steps (75 m) from the beach. The beautiful south coast extends in both directions where you will find several of Skåne's beautiful bathing spots. From the courtyard with several other surrounding houses there is its own parking space. From the paved patio, next to the entrance, among fig trees and shrubs, the evening sun is best captured. The spacious and comfortably adapted house is perfect for a family with room for up to 5 people and 1 child. The 3 bright bedrooms are located upstairs, where 2 rooms have double beds and the third a single bed and a cot. There is also a fresh bathroom with WC and walk-in shower. In the open floor plan on the lower floor opens a large living room with a sofa, TV and a wood burning stove for cozy evenings. The spacious and rustic kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher and a generous bar counter. From the dining area for 6 people you have supervision over the whole family. An extra room furnished with sofa and armchairs serves as a library and games room. Outside you have a virtually private patio with large wooden deck, outdoor furniture and barbecue with surrounding lawn, climbing plants and fruit trees. The lovely garden has plenty of space for the children to play and there's a comfortable, covered terrace where you can relax in the shade. A little path leads you through the pretty beech woods to the lake and your private dock. Here you will find the rowing boat that is included in the rent. If you enjoy fishing, you can get a fishing license for 100 SEK/week. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a pellet stove and an electric cooker. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, and a wood burning stove. The spacious living room opens onto the comfortable roofed terrace with it's outdoor furniture. Welcome to this charming two-storey cottage, situated on a forest plot in between Osby and Vittsjö, in beautiful Skåne. The holiday home has a kitchen with a functioning wood stove as well as an electric stove/oven. The kitchen has the basic amenities, a dining table, and a baby chair. Next to the kitchen, there's a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the living room, there's a dining table, a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and a double sofa bed. The living room also features armchairs, a TV, and a DVD-player. A steep set of stairs will take you to the upper floor, where you will find an interesting piece of furniture: an old “beggar's bench”. In the olden days people would place such a bench outside of their homes to signal that homeless beggars, who often travelled around the countryside, were welcome to knock on the door, for a bite to eat and a bed for the night. The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom (without a door) with two single beds. There is also a loft with a single bed. A path leads from the garden to the river Vieån. There are lanterns in the house in case you want to bring them down to the river after dark, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the evening. Fishing possibilities. The walking/ hiking trail Skåneleden passes by the house. The small town of Osby is 20 kilometres away, offering some shops and the Brio toy museum. The child-friendly beach, with shallow water and a bathing dock, is only 3.5 kilometres away. Golfers will enjoy the 18-hole golf course at Vittsjö GK, 4 kilometres away. The cave Tygarpsgrottan is about 30 kilometres away and also worth a visit. You will find a binder in the house, with information about interesting sights and activities in the area. Welcome!

Welcome to this lovely holiday home set in the charming town of Tjörnarp, in Skåne. The small house is situated in a holiday home area with a beautiful communal swimming pool. Your house is set in a small valley, and surrounded by vegetation, which makes it private and secluded. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a light and airy living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove and a dining table. The living room opens onto the comfortable, furnished terrace. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. If you need a drying cabinet, there's one in the shed. The area is surrounded by a beautiful walking/running/cycling path. There's also a boule court and a playground nearby. You can't swim in the closest lake but lake Tjörnarpssjön is only 4 kilometres away, and is excellent for swimming and fishing. Bosjökloster offers a lovely golfing course. Skåne Zoo, only six kilometres away, is another attraction. And don't miss the interesting Tygarp caves, located in between Hässleholm and Kristianstad. This lovely holiday home is situated in the small village of Lur in Skåne. It is set in scenic surroundings, has a private sauna, and a beautiful view of the surrounding fields. The cottage has a small kitchen with all of the basic amenities, and if you need a larger freezer, there's one in the annex. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a TV, and a VCR-player. There's also a sofa bed in the bedroom and another one in the annex. In the bathroom, there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. The house also features a delightful furnished conservatory, perfect for dining or having a cup of coffee whilst admiring the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is set on a large, natural garden plot with trees. There is also a small annex with a smaller freezer. There are two ways to get to the nearby beach. You can take the small walking path (500 metres) or you can drive (800 m). By the beach you will find a dock and the boat that is included in your rent. There are four life jackets in the house. There's a public beach in Hästveda, about 7 kilometres from your cottage. The nearest grocery store is also in Hästveda, and it has a god assortment of exotic meat. Another nearby town is Osby, where you will find the Brio Toy Museum, with a model railway, a Barbie collection, and Santa's workshop. If you would like to make a day trip, there are several nice towns within driving distance. One example is Kristianstad, where there are shops, restaurants, music events in the park, and a railway museum. Please note that you don't have a view of the lake from the cottage.
