The house is spacious and well-planned, with a very large natural plot shared with the other cottage if it is also booked. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with single beds, a separate shower, and a toilet. Here there is a double bed and space for socializing in a furniture group. Paradise as this house is called is located in a quiet and lovely environment with nature on the doorstep. For example. Högasand nature reserve with sand dunes where more than 300 year old pine trees grow in the unique landscape is a recommended excursion. Along the coast are the flat islands of the Kristianopel archipelago which are often grazed by cattle on the beach meadows. With approximately the same distance to both Kalmar and Karlskrona there is a large selection of marine attractions, museums and shopping. Child-friendly beaches in Kristianopel and "Barnensgård" with heated pool and water slide just under half an hour's drive away.

Here you are first greeted by a wonderful patio with a roof of vines and other vegetation. This is the oldest house in Kristianopel, dating back to the 18th century, which has been carefully renovated with a contemporary interior. Visible ceiling beams make the house charming and cozy, although the ceiling height is slightly lower than normal on the ground floor. View from the entrance of the house towards the bay where the sandy beach with a jetty invites you to take a lovely dip. There is a lush garden with space for play and activities for those who want to. The road that goes past the house is very little trafficked as it is a dead end with only a few houses on it. The entrance of the house has a spacious hall with stairs to the upper floor. To the right is the dining room with a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Inside the kitchen and thus at the back of the house is a fresh bathroom with a bathtub and laundry room. From here there is also a front door to a furnished patio with morning sun to enjoy. A room on the gable facing the road with a sofa, table and chairs to gather around in front of the TV. The patio door from here leads out to the cozy furnished pergola where meals and recovery can be recommended. All sleeping places are on the upper floor which has a single bed in the hall with a window facing the sea. Here, as in the two bedrooms on each gable, however, the ceilings are high for fantastic space and with visible beams here too. A cot and high chair for smaller children are available in the house. "The dream" as the house is called is located in the countryside right by the entrance and the bridge that leads you into historic Kristianopel. Grocery store and several restaurants in the harbor area during the summer, only a short walk away. Blomlöfs fish smokehouse with restaurant about 10 minutes drive by car, is open all year round. Along the sea strip to the north are the flat islands of the Kristianopel archipelago. Here runs a beautiful stretch of the Blekinge Trail that ends at the sand dunes in the Högasand nature reserve. In the center there are shops with home furnishings, clothes and other nice things to shop for. More shopping and a wide range of culture and attractions are also available in both Kalmar and Karlskrona.

Grocery store open all year round. Musical entertainment some evenings a week next to the campsite and child-friendly sandy beaches with a pier and play equipment are also available here. Recommended excursion destinations nearby are Högasand sand dunes with 300-year-old pine trees to stroll around among. By car in just under half an hour you can get to "Barnensgård" which has a water park with a slide and farm activities. With about the same distance to both Kalmar and Karlskrona there is a large selection of marine attractions, museums and shopping.

Here you can enjoy good and well-cooked food, good coffee, live music and activities for children and adults all summer. Just outside Örkelljunga at the Woodland country club golf resort is Ingeborrarp's farm. There is a museum, farm shop and inn. Those interested in art must visit the art gallery in Hishult. Only a short drive by car you can reach both Mellbystrand's fine beaches and the summer town of Laholm. Here the Lagan winds its way, offering fine salmon fishing. You also have the fine summer towns of Halmstad and Båstad within easy reach. In winter, there is the Vallåsen ski resort on Hallandsåsen. For those interested in golf, Laholms Gk is the closest.

Suitable for several families or couples who want to vacation together On the ground floor of the house there are two bright, large living rooms with comfortable sofa groups, TV and wood-burning stove. Adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen is the dining room. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. Upstairs there are four beautiful bedrooms with two single beds each. From one bedroom there is access to a small balcony. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. All rooms have lovely light and a fantastic view of the open landscape. In the distance you can see the southern coast of the peninsula. In the basement of the house there is a well-equipped laundry room. On one short side of the house there is a large wooden deck and at the entrance a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The plot is spacious and beautifully embedded in lush bushes and trees. There is plenty of space here for both activities and quiet moments under a lilac bush. The owner has his business on the farm and the outbuildings are separated from the house. Discover the Bjäre peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the lovely tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbour area and visit the cold bathhouse. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbour is lined with many small restaurants. Ferries run from the harbour to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. Ängelholms Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, rest areas and eating areas. For those interested in fishing, there is a varied sport fishing in Rönne å and Västersjön. A fishing license is required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest being Åkaregårdens golf club.

Even though it’s only been a few minutes since leaving the E6 highway between Lund and Landskrona, you’ll immediately notice the calm and the sound of birds chirping from the surrounding pine forest. The cottage is located on a plot next to another cottage we also rent out (9774). This cottage, with the character of a mini-villa, features a large wooden deck perfect for barbecue dinners and enjoying sunsets. Beautiful bushes and plants decorate the exterior. Youth groups are not permitted! The cottage has been continuously renovated to a high modern standard (completed in 2025) and is furnished with a high-comfort double bed, a spacious dining area in the winter-insulated conservatory, and a living room with a small wood-burning stove. The kitchen is situated between the living room and the conservatory and is both tasteful and practical. The bathroom is of high quality and also spacious! From the cottage, it only takes a few minutes by bike or foot to reach the illuminated trail in Sandskogen’s recreational area, or to the nearby Lödde River for fishing or canoeing. You can cycle the 5 kilometers down to Barsebäckshamn by the sea for a swim or a fish lunch at the local harbor restaurant. Here you’ll also find a lovely shallow sandy beach, grassy areas, and a swimming pier next to Barsebäck's camping area. Just a stone’s throw away is one of southern Sweden’s finest golf courses, Barsebäck Golf & Country Club, with its 36 holes. If you want to explore the surroundings in western Skåne, you can visit the long sand dunes of Bjärred and Lomma, perfect for beach days, or the cultural city of Lund and Malmö a few miles further south. To the north lies the Järavallen nature reserve with beautiful beech forests, sheep pastures, and excellent barbecue areas by the Saxtorp lakes. The shopping center "Centrum Syd," with a wide selection of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, is conveniently located just a few minutes from the cottage. GOOD TO KNOW: Electricity is included up to SEK 500. If the cost exceeds this amount, the owner will charge extra. Currently, there are still renovation materials on the back lawn; entering this area is at your own risk. The basement is private and must not be accessed. Corporate bookings with more than 2 people are not allowed for this cottage. Bring your own bed linens. Guests must clean the cottage before departure.

Sun and swimming are associated with this island which is also called little Hawaii. The Hasslö festival and the Karlskrona archipelago party during the summer months are both events that offer a festive atmosphere. The two-storey house has its main entrance from the wooden deck on the upper floor. At the entrance there is outdoor furniture to sit on and with a view of the entire garden. The spacious hall has an entrance to the toilet and two bedrooms with a double bed each. Kitchen with all the possibilities for self-catering and a dining table to gather around. The living room with a large corner sofa in front of a smart TV that you can use with your own program selection. There is also access to a balcony with morning sun to enjoy. The downstairs is reached via an internal staircase but there is also an entrance from the outside. In the bedroom with a large light intake there are three single beds. Bathroom and laundry room in an adjacent space. At Hasslö there is a restaurant open in the summer in Garpahamnen from where daily boat trips can take you out among the islands. Another harbor is in Horn which is served by archipelago boats. Grocery store with export permit, restaurant and large playground within walking distance of the house.
