Cute house with a wonderful rural location where you can enjoy the beautiful scenic view. Here you live close to nature on the fine farm "Lilla Svederna" near Hulta in Edsbruk. The big house is also rented out, but you have your own part of the garden. You have just under 9km to the coast, where you can enjoy swimming in Helgenäs. There is also a fantastically nice swimming area at Storsjön in Edsbruk. The house has a small patio with outdoor furniture.You also have the more secluded back of the house where you can enjoy the nice view over the fields and forest.There are nice walking areas where you can enjoy wonderful forest and nature. Berries and mushrooms are available in season. Here you can see plenty of cranes, birdlife, deer and hares. The house's living room is nicely furnished with a nice sofa in front of the TV and a nice dining area. The kitchen has most of what you might need. Note that it is not permitted to fire in the tiled stove or the wood stove. You have a smaller bathroom with toilet and sink under the stairs. Shower cubicle is in a small secluded part of the hall. Upstairs is a magically sweet bedroom with a double bed. Above the stairs is an open bedroom with two single beds. Popular archipelago communities such as Valdemarsvik, Loftahammar and Västervik lie like a string of pearls along the coast. Popular Loftahammar with boaters, restaurants, cafes and cooling baths by beaches and cliffs. Don't miss the summer town of Västervik with its picturesque town centre, its restaurants and many summertime events. Tour boats depart for the archipelago from both Loftahammar and Västervik. In Gamleby there is Hammarsbadet and the troll park Garpedansberget. The beautiful village of Vråka is also well worth a visit, here there is glassblowing, a flea market and an ice cream café. For the youngest, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular. Or why not Kolmårdens Djurpark with an ice cream stop in wonderful Söderköping on the way. Virum's moose park is also nice for both children and adults. The popular Tindered country kitchen is only 10 km away. At Café Kårtorp 15 km away you can enjoy a lunch or coffee.

Wonderful holiday home in beautiful Helgenäs, close to both the river and the bay. Here you get to experience genuine Swedish, old-fashioned holiday feelings at its best. The house has an older charm and beautiful style that must be experienced. Preparing meals in the older preserved kitchen and then sitting down together in the fine dining room is a joy. Also out in the large garden is a simpler outdoor kitchen with a sink with running water, a work surface and a charcoal grill and gas stove. Here there is a patio deck with outdoor furniture that connects the main house and the sleeping annex. In the garden there is also a trampoline and swing set for the children. In the main house, there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, a large one with a double bed and a beautiful old-fashioned wood-burning stove that cannot be used. Two smaller bedrooms/cat lofts, each with a single bed. The fourth beautiful bedroom, which has access to one of the smaller bedrooms, has a nice view of the bay and can also serve as a family room with armchairs, a sofa bed and a tiled stove. In the beautifully furnished annex without electricity, you sleep undisturbed. Note that in colder seasons it can be chilly here as there is no heating. However, there are extra beds in the main house in the form of the sofa in the living room and the extra bed in the sofa bed upstairs if needed. In the living room there are armchairs, a sofa and a tiled stove (bring firewood). TV with Swedish channels. Smart TV is available if you connect to your own network. Note that the house only has one bathroom, located on the lower floor, here you have WC, sink, shower, and a washing machine. Not allowed to charge electric cars at the house. Not rented out to youth groups or for parties. Discover the beautiful bay and river with the included rowing boat (Bring your own life jackets). If you want to bring your own boat, there is a boat berth approx. 300 meters from the house in the river. The swimming area with beach, jetty and bathing ladder is 480m away, here you can enjoy nice, lazy days in the sun. There is also a beach volleyball court, boules court and a nice outdoor gym.
