The house has an open floor plan, with a large living room where you have a kitchen, dining area and living room in front of the TV. There is a pellet stove here that can be fired with your own pellets (not firewood). There is both Playstation and table football which can be fun for the whole family. You have three bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the other two with two single beds each. Out in the small annex at the back of the house are two more single beds (there is no heating here). The house has a large and delicious bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Along the coast there are many small, charming coastal villages such as Klintemåla. Just next to the cottage, the Ostkustleden runs for those who want to move and experience nature. At the right time of year, there are plenty of both berries and mushrooms. The nearest town is Oskarshamn (approx. 20 km) with many events during the summer. There is also a large selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes and nice bathing spots here. In summer, you can also take the ferry over to wonderful Byxelkrok on Öland. 50 km north of Figeholm lies the picturesque coastal town of Västervik, which is well worth a visit. For the younger ones, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby and the moose park in Wirum are also usually popular.
