Lovely house with sea views in beautiful Grankullavik. Here you can enjoy the peace and the wonderful seaside environment. The large garden is private and protected from view. Here you can walk down to the sea and enjoy a refreshing swim from the bathing jetty. It is also close to the beautiful sandy beach of Garnkullaviks Stugby. It is also not far from the wonderful beaches of Böda. There are two patios where you can enjoy. Lean back in the comfortable sun loungers for a restful rest. The house has a kitchen with a nice dining room. In the beautiful living room there is a larger dining area and comfortable armchairs. Here the roof is open up to the ridge, which gives a lovely space. There are patio doors out to the back patio where you can enjoy the fantastic seaview and Öland's North Lighthouse. You sleep in the house's three bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with two single beds, the other two bedrooms are equipped with two built-in bunk beds each. Please note that these bunk beds are only 190cm long. There is a toilet with a sink and a newly renovated shower room. Not for rent to youth groups or parties. Maximum number of people is 6. It is not allowed to park a camper van, which means that there will be more people staying in the house. Not allowed to charge electric cars. There is a guesthouse in Grankullavik that serves food. At the cottage village there is a playground, rafts, docks and rental of bicycles, rowing boats and a tennis court. Here you will live perfectly for just taking it easy but also for exploring Öland. Here are Öland's finest sand and pebble beaches. Don't miss cozy Byxelkrok where you can stroll around among the small shops in the lake cottages in the harbor. There are plenty of fine restaurants and ice cream cafes. Trollskogen is close by for those who want to hike in exciting nature that brings to mind the world of fairy tales. Byrum's raukar and beautiful beaches are also well worth a visit. A grocery store that also carries Apoteket and Systembolaget is located in Byxelkrok.

The entire Bödabukten bay with its rolling white sandy beaches is close by. You have a nice screened paved patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy. The house has a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a large dining area. The beautiful living room with sofa and TV is bright and nice with a patio door to the patio. There is a steep staircase up to the open loft with a comfortable double bed and a bedroom with a door where there are two single beds. There is also a simple extra bed that can be folded out if needed. The bathroom with sink, toilet and shower is on the entrance floor. The house is located in the owners' house, but you have your own part of the garden and a screened patio. Parking is to the left of the house. Here on North Öland you have a lot to see and experience. Here are Öland's finest sandy and pebble beaches.
