Experience the fantastically beautiful Stensjögården in Stensjöhyltan, where you can enjoy a wonderful lake plot with a sandy beach and jetty. At the beach there is a patio deck with outdoor furniture and deck chairs for lovely days with sun and swimming. Here you live in a cute, well-preserved house that has a nice balcony with outdoor furniture where you can watch the children swing on the swings outside and see the lake sparkling beautifully. You have a spacious kitchen with most of what you might need. The pleasant living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people. In the bedroom, you sleep well in each bed. Bathroom with wc, sink and shower. In the neighborhood there are nice hiking trails in the beautiful nature reserve Hornsö. You have access to an oak tree, so you can explore the lake and a canoe for paddling trips in the beautiful Alsterån, which the plot also borders. You can also enjoy the fine fishing in both the lake and the river. You have only 15 km to the coast and close to the glass kingdom with its glass cabins. There is also an outlet and an elk park here. Since it is our own well, it is important to manage the water. Burning in the stove/wood stove is not permitted. No smoking/charging of electric cars.

Nice house near the sea with an associated newly built guest cottage in scenic Fågelsudd where you follow the path directly from the house down to the sea to enjoy a refreshing dip or a walk. You live in a nice cottage area where there are two swimming beaches with jetty and swimming raft as well as an outdoor gym, 3 km exercise track, tennis court and boules court. In the garden there is a terrace with a dining area and sun loungers where you can see the sea glistening between the trees. The large house has an open living room with kitchen and partially new fresh kitchen equipment, dining area and living area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. In the newly built beautiful guest house there are two rooms. An open with a pull-out day bed that can be made into a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a 120 cm bed. Both houses are equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. You have a smaller sandy beach directly below the house, then there is also a larger swimming beach in the area. Please note that pets are not allowed due to severe allergy/asthma. In case of violation, allergy remediation will be charged. Not for rent to youth groups or for parties. Charging of electric cars is not permitted. There is also a practical recycling bin. Here you have 30 km to Kalmar where you can enjoy the wide range of restaurants, shopping, events and culture. Don't miss visiting beautiful Kalmar castle. Feel free to take a day trip to the island of sun and winds, Öland. Öland's zoo or Skälby Gård are usually popular with children. In picturesque Pataholm you can enjoy the atmosphere and a coffee at café Förlig vind. In Timmernabben you have a caramel factory. Here you can also find Nabbens Rökeri & Fisk, where you can enjoy good fish and seafood in the restaurant or buy with you from the shop.

Here you have a lovely back garden and terrace with a completely private location and scenic surroundings with a view of the forest, the open field and the river that so beautifully surrounds the plot in two directions. Here is also the pool where you can cool off. There is a lovely glazed conservatory you can enjoy well into the evenings. The house has an open floor plan with a kitchen where you have a combined oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and a small dishwasher. You have a beautiful dining area with a view of the pool. The bedroom is truly something out of the ordinary with privacy-protected glass sections on both sides of the bed and a patio door. You have a nice bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle and a combined washing machine/dryer. Upstairs is the small living room with a low ceiling where you have a comfortable sofa that can be made into a 120cm bed and a large TV with chromecast. The plot is fenced, which means you can let your dogs free if you so wish. Cats not welcome. The pool is not heated. You have only 10 km to the coast with a string of lovely bathing beaches. Kalmar has a large range of culture, restaurants, events and shopping. Here is the beautiful Kalmar Castle that you must not miss. Also a day trip across the bridge to the island of sun and winds Öland is highly recommended. Good fishing can be found in Snärjebäcken's fishing waters 5.6 km away, where you can buy a fishing license to fish for rainbow salmon, roach, perch and pike. Also enjoy the wonderful nature, there are plenty of walking paths.
