At the largest there is also a shared sauna that can be booked for an extra cost. In Adriansnäs there are nice coastal hiking trails and paths in a wonderful seaside environment. If you wish to rent a rowing boat, it is possible to rent one from the house owner for an extra cost. Contact the office to get in touch with the house owner. It is sometimes also possible to book a guided archipelago tour by motorboat by arrangement. A staircase leads up to the house's entrance and terrace. The house has an open living room with a modern kitchen, dining area and living area. There is a beautiful stove here that may not be lit without agreement with the owner of the house. House with a rural location in Södby on Öland's eastern side where you are close to the sea. The house shares the large plot with another house, but you have your own outdoor furniture and can feel free to use the garden as you wish. A walking path across the meadows takes you 450m down to the sea. Even down here by the sea there is outdoor furniture you can use. The area is very popular for bird watching. The sea is only 200m away, but a little more difficult to access here. The house is pleasant with a simpler standard. You have a kitchen with a dining area, benchtop stove with two plates, fridge, freezer, microwave coffee maker, etc. In the living room there is a sofa and TV as well as a lot of brochures to tell you about many of the activities and sights that are on Öland. You sleep in a two-bedroom. The one bedroom with two single beds is on the entrance floor. The second cozy bedroom is upstairs with two fine beds. Then there is another walk-through room where you have a simpler single bed. There are two additional extra beds on the upper floor, which the guests themselves take out and put back after themselves when in use. There are many possibilities for swimming along the coast, but if you want larger bathing areas, there are Sandvik, Sandbybadet, Böda or Köpingsvik. In Södvik, there is Södviks Bakery & Servicehandel, which bakes freshly baked bread and coffee bread. Wood oven-baked pizza and Öland body cakes are also served here. Along Södviken are some of the landscape's most beautiful and valuable seashore meadows created through millennia of grazing. The area is a bird locality of international class.

The large house has pleasant social areas with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed for two. There is a kitchen with a dining area. On the farm there are horses, cows and a dog. To Gösjön, which has a really nice swimming area with piers, a large diving tower and a kiosk with a service, you have 4km. If you walk or cycle through the forest, it is even closer. You also have a lake at Elsabo Herrgård. On the way to the house you can enjoy the view of beautiful Highland Cattle cows grazing in the pastures. The Jonas Stolts Kyrkväg hiking trail leads past the house for those who want to get some exercise and enjoy nature. In Berga there is the popular Café Tre Århundrade with its homemade fika bread and an antique shop that many travel long distances to visit. There is also a newly opened café at Elsabo Herrgård. There is also a grocery store here. Popular fishing is in Hällesjöarna and Emån where you can buy a fishing license. There are restaurants in Högsby. You are close to Oskarshamn and the coast. You are also close to the Kingdom of Crystal, Kalmar, Öland and Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World.

Welcome to a wonderful house at Solliden/Borgholm, located in the cozy idyllic Borgehage where you only have a 1200m walk down to the nice swimming area with a jetty. Here you can really enjoy the peace and quiet while having Borgholm and Köpingsvik close by. To Borgholm (4.5km) there is a smaller road via Solliden and Borgholm Castle Ruins. In the large, pleasant garden you have several nice patios. So why not enjoy the morning sun in the secluded patio at the front, have lunch under the large pear tree. Seek afternoon shade on the patio by the lilac arbor and enjoy the evening sun on the magically beautiful patio made of Öland stone. There are also sun loungers where you can lean back and enjoy the day. You have an open kitchen with a nice dining area where you can prepare your meals. In the beautiful living room, the ceiling is open up to the eaves, which gives a lovely space and airiness. Here you will find a comfortable sofa and armchairs in front of the TV. In the main house there is a beautiful bedroom where you sleep in a comfortable double bed. There is also a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed one floor up.
