From the entrance at the back of the farmhouse via the beautiful garden you enter an open, tasteful and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room has lovely seating furniture and a large modern TV and a warming wood stove. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. The house has free wifi. Your part of the lush, lovely garden has a patio in the gazebo and a larger part with lawn that is suitable for all your activities. You have access to a lovely outdoor pool in consultation with the owner. The pool is heated from week 20 and throughout the month of August. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. Ängelholm's Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, resting and eating areas here. For those interested in fishing, there is a wide variety of sport fishing in Rönne å and Västersjön. Fishing license required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Bjäre golf club. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As a guest, you have access to the pool every morning until 1:00 p.m. and every other afternoon. On the afternoons that you do not have access to the pool, the homeowner will use it. The homeowner lives on another part of the plot. Your garden is separated from theirs and is located on the other side of the house, which means that you will not see or be disturbed by each other.

The living room has comfortable seating and modern TV with Netflix. The glazed conservatory facing the small garden is spacious and bright. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bath. There is internet and free wifi. A short walk takes you to Sweden's most visited beach and the beautiful cold bath house. The beach is shallow, child-friendly and bustles with activities during the summer. Here is also Båstad's harbor area with a large selection of cafés and restaurants. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and excursion destinations. There are nice cycle paths on the entire Bjäre Peninsula. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. To Laholm you only have a short drive. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Fishing license required. In winter, you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smith, its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all golf courses. Your nearest golf course is Båstads Golfklubb.
