Welcome to Östergötland, a house with a beautiful lake view and lake plot right next to Svinstadsjön. The house is beautifully situated with scenic surroundings, very peaceful and quiet. From the residential building, it is 25 meters to the beach below the house, a staircase that leads you down and right next to the beach is the annex with a terrace out into the water and a small lounge area for cozy moments. The annex has a large glass section with sliding doors that open up and you are greeted by a lovely view, there is lounge furniture and a sauna with a shower. Here you can sit under the roof of the house and look out over the still waters of the lake and enjoy the silence. The beach has a lawn and a jetty, you either take a dip from the jetty or land, it is a bit rocky next to the beach so bring swimming shoes for those who wish. The garden is built on different floor levels and there are several places for socializing and relaxing. Dining groups, deckchairs and terraces in several places, the large terrace belonging to the main house has good seating, barbecue and fireplace, the terrace is under cover. At the entrance there is a sitting area with a nice sunny position. The house has Wifi and our four-legged friends are very welcome. There are two floors, a living room with a fireplace, a small kitchen with a dining area right next to it, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom on the entrance floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A smaller common room with sofa and TV, a good area for those who want to watch TV in peace and quiet. There is a lake view from two bedrooms and living room, a patio door leads you out onto the terrace. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf clubs in Linköping and the surrounding area, 20 minutes' drive to Linköping City where you can experience shopping and good food with several restaurants after Stångån, for those interested in culture a visit to the beautiful quarters by the cathedral and Linköping's castle & cathedral museum is a must. In the middle of the city, there is also the garden association, a city park with ponds and sports facilities as well as a greenhouse with a garden shop and a restaurant. Also visit Gamla Linköping, which is one of Östergötland's biggest tourist destinations. Here, history comes alive and you can experience the city, countryside and forest as it was a hundred years ago, also visit their cozy shops and cafes. Kolmården's zoo is 65 kilometers north and Astrid Lindgren's world is 100 kilometers south of Linköping. On the same day, you can visit Villa Villekulla, Katthult, and Törnrosdalen, several theater performances and lots of other fun for the children. Popular tourist attraction Bergs slussar, Göta Kanal's largest lock staircase. You come here to see boats going through the locks, eat good ice cream or rent a bicycle or take a cooling bath. On the way home, you can visit the air force museum, a modern, cultural history museum. Here you and your friends or family can enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by scenic surroundings and amenities.

Here you live centrally in a very nice townhouse with personal and mixed style. The house is beautifully located in Linköping and 400 meters away from Old Linköping which is one of Östergötland's largest tourist destinations. Here the story comes alive, and you can experience the city, country and forest as a hundred years ago. Also visit their cozy shops and cafes. You are welcomed to a cozy area with good distance to most things. The house is well planned, on the entrance level there is a kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with washing machine and a shower, living room with TV and exit to the terrace with roof and a fantastic lush garden in a lush environment. If you prefer to sit in the garden, there is garden furniture and a grill available. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and balcony facing the garden, the second bedroom has a single bed and next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with a wonderful bathtub and WC. Take a walk to Linköping city, about 15 minutes’ walk, and experience shopping and good food with several restaurants along Stångån. For those interested in culture is a visit to the beautiful neighborhoods by the cathedral and Linköping Castle & Cathedral Museum a must. In the middle of the city there is also the garden association, a city park with ponds and sports facilities as well as a greenhouse with a garden store and a restaurant. If you want to take a dip near the garden association, you should visit Tinni's outdoor bath with their outdoor pools. For younger visitors there are shallower pools for play and splashing. In the opposite direction from your accommodation and walking distance beyond Old Linköping, is the city district Valla farm and valla forest. Here you will find Linköping's largest playground, Lill-valla with mini golf courses, greet all the animals and take a ride on the tough-tough train that runs between Old Linköping and Valla. A little further away is the hangar which has a skate park and climbing walls. 10 km northwest of Linköping is the water lock area called Bergs slussar, Göta canal's largest water lock staircase. You come here to see boats that lock, eat good ice cream or rent a bike and take a cooling bath. On the way home you can visit the Air Force Museum, a modern, cultural history museum. For those interested in golf, Linköping Golf Club is 2 kilometers away with an 18-hole course. Kolmården Zoo is 70 km north and Astrid Lindgren's world is 90 km south of Linköping.
