The house has a wonderful view of the lake and comes with its own boat dock, complete with a small rowing boat. There are opportunities to go fishing as well, though a fishing license is required, further information can be found within the house. The large, roofed terrace offers a lovely view of the lake. This is the perfect place to relax and grill dinner after a day of activities. Please feel free to use the grill! The house has a large living room area, including a TV, complete with Viasat channels. A perfect room for spending time together at the end of a day out on the lake, or in the local town of Osby. The holiday home comes with two bedrooms, the master bedroom is suitable for two people. There is a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. The kitchen is also spacious and comes with almost everything you could need. The single bathroom has a toilet, a wash basin, and a shower, renovated 2022. The basement,which includes a laundry room, can be accessed via staircase from the outside of the house. The garden is a great place for fun and games and of course is perfect for simply relaxing by the lake. For those interested in playing golf, Vittsjö Golfklubb is within reach, only 20 kilometres away. The red cottage, with its own private dock and rowboat equipped with life jackets, offers a perfect place for relaxation and adventure. Here, you can enjoy fishing without needing a license. The cottage accommodates up to four people and offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and magical lake views, as well as two single beds in an adjacent room. Downstairs, there is a spacious sofa bed for two in the living room, where a large dining table and a wood-burning stove contribute to cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has a door leading out to a charming conservatory with stunning views. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. If you need a bed for baby there is also that. This house is located in a glade amongst birch and pine with 300 meters to your next-door neighbor. No rental to commpanies. The living room ceiling measures high and gives a light and roomy feeling. Inside the living room you have a wood stove perfect for setting the mood with a warm, crackling fire. The location is child-friendly and suitable for children of all ages. There's both a crib and high chair in the house. The beautiful Lake Osbysjön offers a couple of nice beaches that are both sandy and shallow. The Brio Play-Museum is a fun experience for the entire family. Svarta Bergen - the Black Mountains, is another perfect attraction for anyone interested in the arts.
