A warm welcome to a rural idyll near the sea in a quiet area called Bokenäs. Here you live in a lush garden in a sunny position with a walking distance of approx. 800 m down to salty baths with rocks, a sandy beach and a small patch of grass. The house is homely with mixed interior design from Swedish style during the 1970s and 1980s. It is bright and has a good layout with everything on one level. You are welcomed straight into the heart of the house, the kitchen with dining area and living room in one. The kitchen is in pine with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer. There are plenty of kitchen utensils for delicious dinners. In the living room there is a sofa with two armchairs. The fireplace is not working, but feel free to light some candles for a cozy feeling. The house has three bedrooms. One is with two single beds that are 90 cm wide. Adjacent is the second bedroom with a double bed 180 cm. Next to this is a room with a sofa if you want some time for yourself. The third bedroom is a built-in bed of 110 cm, perfect for the child. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and an electric toilet. See instructions on site. Outside the house, there are plenty of grassy areas for playing and relaxing. On the gable is a terrace where the chair rests with outdoor furniture. There is plenty of shade under the trees where there is even more garden furniture. The nearest bathing place is called Torseröd's bathing place. About 800 by walking and only 2 minutes by car. Otherwise, there are plenty of nice coves all along Bokenäs, the area in Jordfall or if you take a trip to Grundsund and Lysekil. The area is beautiful with cafes, farm shops that sell local produce. Here you will feel comfortable for a nice holiday. The accommodation is perfect for families or groups of 5 people.

Welcome to a wonderful panoramic view of the Hafstensfjord in this charming and very pleasant house which is surrounded by small houses and summer cabins with the sea just below. The area is quiet and perfect for you who are a family with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the pearls of the west coast. The large house is homely and bright. The house includes 2 guest cottages, which means that you can stay a total of 8 people. The entrance is on the side of the house and you come straight into a lovely living room. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a dining area for at least 6 people. The living room and dining area have an open, pleasant floor plan. Here there are comfortable sofas and armchairs with a TV corner. A small staircase leads you to the kitchen, which has everything you could need. Here, too, there is seating for 6 people. The hall down leads to the bathroom on the left. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower cabin, wc and sink. Straight ahead is the house's one bedroom. It is a very nice bedroom with a double bed. Via a small landing you get to the room below with another 2-3 beds. Here there is a bunk bed with a 90 cm upper part and a 120 cm wide lower part. From this bedroom there is a door to the balcony with the beautiful sea view. Outside the house there are small lampposts and lead you to two guest cabins. Both cabins have fridges and kettles. One cabin has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both guest houses have wonderful views. The cottage is located on sloping and hilly land that gives you this incredible view. The balcony of the main house invites you to lovely evenings and dinners. Between the house and your swimming area with a jetty to the sea, there is a busy road that you should pay attention to if you have children. Parking is just below the road or if you go behind the house when everything has to be packed. From the cabin, you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not Liseberg in Gothenburg, which is only about 60 minutes from here. You can easily reach the coastal communities such as Smögen, Kungshamn or Fjällbacka from the cabin. Take a shopping day at Torp Köpcentrum, Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park or a visit to Bohusläns Museum. Beautiful Archipelago boats stop at several places with picturesque places to visit that are well worth a visit.

The kitchen is open and bright with nice areas for dining. Nothing is missing here and you have two sinks, marble and substantial white goods. Everything is state-of-the-art, induction hob, fridge/freezer and more. The house offers a total of 8 beds. The large bedroom on the right has a double bed of 180 cm with a view of the sea. Adjacent is a large bathroom with two showers, sink and toilet. The house's second bedroom is a good room for you with slightly smaller children. Here is a double bed 180 cm and also a single bed 90 cm wide. The room can be screened off with a curtain. The house's third bedroom has two classic single beds. The house's fourth bedroom has a single bed of 120 cm with access to the balcony directly from the room. Next to this bedroom there is also a brand new laundry room with washing machine/dryer so the house can be booked with advantage for longer stays and all year round. Around the house, the rest of the grass areas are currently being laid, which will be ready in the spring/summer of 2023. On the balcony there will be plenty of lounge furniture, a barbecue and even a jacuzzi. There is parking below the house. There are also chargers for you with an electric car. If you want to charge your car, it's fine for a fee that you pay on site. The advantages of this house are many. The area is quiet and rural with several nice bathing spots nearby. Down by Jordfall there is a jetty where you can swim and fish for crabs. The area is called Bokenäs, where there is much to discover and you can easily reach several of the west coast's gems with a day trip to Lysekil, Grundsund and Fiskebäckskil by car. Welcome to a red croft in the country. Behind the house you can hear a waterfall that roars in time with the wind and the forest is right next door. The house is simple but charming and invites you to peace and tranquility in the Swedish nature. The road down leads you straight to the house, where you can park right next to it. The house is red with white knots and an older solid wooden door in blue. At the front there is seating under the tree and a slightly hilly lot, perfect for playing and lazy days. You are welcomed in via the back of the house. Then you come straight into the kitchen area. The kitchen is country style and the kitchen unit is IKEA. In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer compartment, wood stove, mini oven with two hotplates and a small table with seating for 2 people. There is no hot water in the tap, but it is boiled in the large vessel on the wood stove or via the hob. To the left is the bedroom, which was renovated in the summer of 2022. Here are two single beds 90 cm wide that can be moved together. The wallpaper is light, green and a homely room. In the bedroom there is a chest of drawers with a sink. To the right of the kitchen area is the living room. Here there is a small dining area for 2 people, a fireplace and an older sofa that can be converted into a bed. It will be 120 cm wide. On warm days, you can open the blue door out to the front garden. By the window there is a planting table/storage area which is perfect to have when you have a good dinner or a typical Swedish coffee outside. At the back of the house is the outdoor shower next to the pump house. Toilet is a separate room located in the building in front of the house. There is also a small chest of drawers with a tub for washing. Water is collected inside the house. If you go down the hill, you will soon come to a beautiful small waterfall. Follow the path and you will come above the waterfall where there is an opportunity to swim. Otherwise, the nearest bathing place is about 10 minutes by car from your house. Even though we don't have wifi, it works fine to work from the cabin via 4G. You will have a good time here. Welcome!

Welcome to the west coast where the sea is a stone's throw from your accommodation along with many nice excursion destinations. The property is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of beautiful Bohuslän. Here is this modern atterfallshus built in 2022, close to everything you may need for a nice holiday. Only 10 minutes by car you are by the sea and you are walking distance to Uddevalla center, which offers coffee, restaurants and shopping. This cozy accommodation is perfect for a couple or for the small family who wants to be close to salty baths and Bohuslän's beautiful cliffs and even city hangouts. Everything is cleverly planned and you enter a small hall. On the left is a double bed 140 cm wide and screened-off sleeping alcove with cozy lighting. The TV is set up on the wall so you can choose whether you want to lie in bed or sit on the comfortable sofa and watch. The sofa is great comfortable for lazy days that becomes bedable easily via a good and comfortable mattress that is behind the sofa. There is a small table for breakfast with two seats and high chair can be arranged if necessary. The stove is induction cooker, oven and coffee maker. Microwave, coffee maker stands cleverly placed in the nice dark cabinet. The bathroom is bright gray and fresh with sink and wc. Behind the house there is a terrace with sun position where barbecue and outdoor furniture are available as well as sun loungers. The house shares a plot with the homeowner who is welcomed and helpful. The promenade in Uddevalla can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Here there is a child-friendly beach, mini golf, incredible long and nice promenade to Gustafsberg. Gustafsberg is beautiful with the historic cold bath house and the café Snäckan. If you want more big city, it is easy to get to Uddevalla center, Torp shopping center or to beautiful Gothenburg with Liseberg and everything the west coast has to offer. Welcome!

Welcome to beautiful historic Gustavsberg with the sea inside. The cottage is hidden among greenery and a little secluded with a high position and sea views from the plot. The plot is well hilly and you get there with a staircase up to the top where the accommodation is located. There is an incredible view with its own vantage point over the sea with a bench. The house is combined with simpler style and with more modern elements. You enter the back by the comfortable terrace. There is a dining table for dinners in the shade when the sun is on. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and the kitchen area is since 2021 with induction stove. The house has summer water with hot and cold water. The living room is brightly furnished with pleasant style. Here is a cozy stove that makes the season longer and that crackles well if you want to come here in spring or autumn. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a seating pouf. Next door is a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. You can glimpse the sea from the window. Straight out there are large windows with sliding doors where you can open up and go straight out into the garden and to the comfortable seating area. The stairs are inviting to a cup of coffee in the morning. In the living room there is a small flap table for breakfast if you do not want to eat it outdoors. The red fine ladder up leads you to the loft. Here those with older children can live and they can hang out by themselves. There is no railing and the ladder is steep. Up there you can see the sea from the comfortable sofa that you can also sleep in. A perfect corner to read in. In the opposite direction, a single bed stands facing the forest. There is no bathroom which makes the house a simpler accommodation with a charm. Outside the entrance is a washing corner, as in the past where you take water out of the kitchen and wash off. The shower is an outdoor shower with a garden hose that is plugged in and there is both hot and cold water. Nice relaxation with nature next door. The toilet is an honest water toilet located in the small red house next door. It looks like an outing but is a regular toilet. In the space next door are all cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and more. The garden is lush green and the accommodation suits those who want the simple and charming with proximity to swimming, sea and everything that the west coast has to offer. Perfect for the small party with about 3-4 people, this is a very cozy accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly, not for those with difficulty walking or for those with really young children as it is close to mountains. The house is located high on a mountain but if you have children are happy to supervise them when they walk to the view, for example. Below is a nice swimming spot and you can go out on the island to get more privacy. In the historic Gustavsberg is the cold bath house with a fine sandy beach and grassy areas. Take the opportunity to have coffee at café Snäckan and take the promenade to Uddevalla. There are about 45 by car to most things, to Gothenburg, to Smögen to Lysekil and much more. If you want to swim in the pool, the cottage is very close to Lanbadet. Here you swim in outdoor pools and are a very popular and appreciated outdoor recreation area. Here you can swim in pools during the summer months, including a 50-meter pool with 8 lanes, a play and teaching pool, a splash pool for the smallest and heating showers and changing rooms. In the area there is a large green area that invites you to play and run, playground, badminton net and a sun deck where you can play giant outdoor chess and giant picketinn or read a book in the outdoor library. Next to Landbadet is the beach volleyball court, which is equipped with grandstand seats. A warm welcome. This house is not for businesses or youth groups.

Welcome to this charming holiday home set in the countryside outside of Ljungskile. This is an old-fashioned style cottage with wooden walls which create a cosy atmosphere. The area is child-friendly and the house offers a beautiful view of the fields and the woodlands. On the bottom floor you will find a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a WC, washbasin, shower. On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms and a comfortable living room with a TV. The washing machine is in a separate building. The landlord lives on s separate plot of land, about 30 metres from your holiday home. Ljungskile is a wonderful coastal town and a popular holiday resort. There are plenty of lovely bathing spots and beaches, for instance Ulvön, Restenäsön, Strandön, Saxenhof,Kungsparken and Lyckorna. Don't miss the dock, Lyckornas brygga, with a marina and a restaurant. There are many concerts here during the summer, with some of Sweden's most famous artists. Why not take a walk on the delightful promenade or catch a boat from the harbour and admire the beautiful archipelago. There's a lovely lake only 1500 metres from the house. Stenevad 100 - Uddevalla Welcome to the country with proximity to sun, salty baths and rocks. Here at your cottage you can hear the birds singing and it is a perfect accommodation for a peaceful holiday not far from shopping and swimming in the sea. With only 10 minutes north from the cottage you come to Saltkällan with a beautiful bathing place from the cliffs. If you go 10 minutes south of the cottage to Unda camping, you will come to a more family-friendly place. You also live very close to Torp's shopping center with IKEA or why not just enjoy the tranquility of the garden. The house is located up a small hill and has a terrace with afternoon and evening sun. You are welcomed into a bright hall with bathroom / shower / toilet straight ahead. There is also a washing machine. Directly to the right is the kitchen which is brightly furnished and integrated living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa that can be made into a bed if needed. Next to it is a sleeping alcove with a double bed 160cm wide. Upstairs you have a large living room with 2 single beds 90cm and also a simpler extra bed. In this large room there are two good armchairs, an old lathe from the past and in the corner is an older small June rose bed that you can pull out to the desired length. The house is charmingly decorated with light furniture where the old has been preserved and combined with new. The kitchen has a round kitchen table for 4-6 people and the kitchen has everything you could need. A perfect accommodation for those who want a little of everything. Holidays with swimming, proximity to golf, shopping or big city. If you want to see moose take the opportunity to visit the moose park which is less than 10 minutes from the house. If you are lucky, you can see red deer grazing freely out in the meadow and also some game.
