Welcome to a nice summer place on Värmdö, which accommodates two families. The houses are located on an open, bright and flat garden plot with some glimpses of the lake over Skärmaröviken, so this is close to the water. The main building is 85 square meters. It consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The nicely renovated bathroom with WC and shower has tiled walls and tiles on the floor. Centrally located in the house is a spacious kitchen with a larger dining table. In the kitchen there is a stove with convection oven, a small wood stove, fan, full-height fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a pleasant family room with a fireplace with a wood-burning stove and windows in three directions, which creates a nice light let-in and a sense of space. From the family room you come out to the paved patio where there is also a fireplace. There is a winterized guest house of 65 square meters, both houses have a shower and toilet, in the bathroom of the guest house there is a washing machine. The guest house has a family bunk bed for three people and a single bed. On the large flat plot there are both fruit trees and berry bushes. It is only 100m to the bus if you want to get around and discover the area without a car. A good swimming pool with a sandy beach and jetties is about 2 km from the house.

Welcome to a wonderfully restful house with a magical lake view! The house has a large balcony with a view of the lake and a balcony on the other side, so you can get sun all day if you want. The house has all the amenities for a comfortable holiday, dishwasher, washing machine and a wood burning stove in the living room for chilly evenings or just for the cozy factor. There are two bedrooms with single beds, one is 140 and the other is 80 cm. In the double room, which is very large, there is also a single bed. Good for parents who want a child in the same room. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The guest cabin on the plot is not rented out, but you are welcome to use the outdoor areas. The lake below is only 150 m from the house and is good for a morning or evening dip, but has no beach. Just 300 m from the house in the other direction is the Baltic Sea and there you can enjoy salty baths, there is also a jetty that belongs to the property, so if you have your own boat it is fine to moor it there. The house has wi-fi with a limited surf pot on 100gb per month. In the immediate area there are several fine golf courses, Fågelbro and Värmdö Golf & Country Club. Both have good restaurants. Down by the Baltic Sea there is a nice restaurant with a view of the water. There are plenty of pleasant walking and cycling routes on Värmdö. There is an archipelago boat from Stavsnäs if you want to go further out into the archipelago, there is plenty of parking there. If you want to experience the big city, the bus runs 150 m from the house. You will enjoy yourself here, welcome!

Welcome to cozy Strömma on Värmdö, here you live close to the lake with a nice view of Strömma canal. The house is located high up with a nice balcony with an unobstructed view of the water. The house has been completely renovated and has a modern kitchen with new appliances, a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two, here there is also an air heat pump for heating or cooling. The living room/kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, on the balcony there is also a dining table for four. An electric grill is available on the balcony. The plot has the forest on its side, and both moose and deer live there from time to time. If you want to pick blueberries, just go up behind the house. Strömma canal is a narrow old canal that runs between Fågebrolandet and Värmdö and here boats lock to quickly get out on Nämdöfjärden. It's nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the boats pass by. If you want to take a morning or evening dip, it's fine at the owners' private jetty, but if you want a full day at the beach, Grisslinge sea bath is recommended, with several jetties, long shallows and jumping tower. There is also a nice cafe and a restaurant. It only takes 15 minutes by bus. If you fancy a bite to eat, there is a restaurant just 75 meters from the house. Summer guests and permanent residents gather here to eat well in the sun or just have a cold drink. Buses run frequently, both to Djurö, Stavsnäs and into Stockholm. You can also take the archipelago boat from Strömma into Stockholm, it will be a nice boat trip through the archipelago. The owners offer to book bed linen, towels and final cleaning, so you can just enjoy being here. Four-legged guests are welcome here and there are plenty of nice walking trails in the area. If you play golf, there are several good golf courses in the immediate area.

Welcome to a sun-drenched plot on Värmdö, with a nice spacious house for a pleasant holiday. The house has three bedrooms, a double room where you can also set up a junior bed if you have a little one who wants to sleep in the same room. The junior bed can also share a room with the single bed if two children want to share a room. In addition, there is a single room with a 120-bed. A spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and pleasant seating and a dining table for socializing. There is a sunny glazed conservatory with a large dining table. The kitchen has modern appliances and nice wooden benches if you cook inside, a good espresso machine is also available. If you want to grill, there is a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture outside the gable of the house. The bathroom is new and fully tiled with a shower and a combined washing machine and dryer. WC is located separately next door. Next to the house is the guest cottage with a double bed, suitable for multi-generational living. There are two bicycles and a bicycle trailer for two children to borrow for bicycle excursions. The beach is reached either via a shorter forest walk along the water, or via a gravel or paved road. You can also cycle/drive there in a few minutes. Towels are included in the price of bed linen.

Welcome to a cozy house on beautiful Värmdö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is beautifully nestled in greenery overlooking the Baltic Sea. Here the big ships glide towards Stockholm, a pleasant sight when you sit on the terrace and relax. If you want to take a morning dip or sunbathe on the rocks, just follow the path a few minutes down. The rocks have evening sun, pack a picnic basket and take dinner down to the water and enjoy. The house is modernly furnished, it was built in 2013, has a separate bedroom with two beds that can be put together into a double, the living room has a double bed and a sofa bed. The living room has a door to the nice terrace which is built in terraces so you can sit on the steps with your coffee cup in the morning, or at the table if you prefer. A modern bathroom complements the house. A lawn is available at the entrance to the house for some play and games. You share land with the owner, but have your own area. If you want to go into Stockholm and experience the city, there is a bus that goes into Slussen, there is also a car ferry to Vaxholm via Rindö, that ferry goes only a few km from the house. Vaxholm is a lovely summer town, with plenty of restaurants and shops. A cozy quay runs along the city, stroll there or take the ferry over to Vaxholm's castle, an old defense castle from the middle of the 19th century with period furnishings about military remains.

The house is comfortably furnished, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a sofa group on the upper floor. On the lower floor there is a modern and pleasant kitchen, living room and a glazed conservatory, with access to the sun deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Just inside the entrance door is a WC and wash basin. From the kitchen you reach the shower room, equipped with curtains for privacy. The homeowner lives in a separate part of the house. The green plot has an additional patio and a pond for extra enjoyment. The house is located in Hemmesta, where it is close to golf courses and sea bathing with both beaches and cliffs. If you want to take a day trip with an archipelago boat, you can easily get further out to the archipelago's many islands. There is a bus into Stockholm if you want to go sightseeing there. The buses basically run around the clock. New in the area are water buffaloes at Hemmesta Sjöäng, which you can go and see. The house includes cleaning which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the holiday a little extra. Bed linen and towels can be pre-ordered.
