Welcome to a nice summer place on Värmdö, which accommodates two families. The houses are located on an open, bright and flat garden plot with some glimpses of the lake over Skärmaröviken, so this is close to the water. The main building is 85 square meters. It consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The nicely renovated bathroom with WC and shower has tiled walls and tiles on the floor. Centrally located in the house is a spacious kitchen with a larger dining table. In the kitchen there is a stove with convection oven, a small wood stove, fan, full-height fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a pleasant family room with a fireplace with a wood-burning stove and windows in three directions, which creates a nice light let-in and a sense of space. From the family room you come out to the paved patio where there is also a fireplace. There is a winterized guest house of 65 square meters, both houses have a shower and toilet, in the bathroom of the guest house there is a washing machine. The guest house has a family bunk bed for three people and a single bed. On the large flat plot there are both fruit trees and berry bushes. It is only 100m to the bus if you want to get around and discover the area without a car. A good swimming pool with a sandy beach and jetties is about 2 km from the house.

Welcome to a sun-drenched plot on Värmdö, with a nice spacious house for a pleasant holiday. The house has three bedrooms, a double room where you can also set up a junior bed if you have a little one who wants to sleep in the same room. The junior bed can also share a room with the single bed if two children want to share a room. In addition, there is a single room with a 120-bed. A spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and pleasant seating and a dining table for socializing. There is a sunny glazed conservatory with a large dining table. The kitchen has modern appliances and nice wooden benches if you cook inside, a good espresso machine is also available. If you want to grill, there is a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture outside the gable of the house. The bathroom is new and fully tiled with a shower and a combined washing machine and dryer. WC is located separately next door. Next to the house is the guest cottage with a double bed, suitable for multi-generational living. There are two bicycles and a bicycle trailer for two children to borrow for bicycle excursions. The beach is reached either via a shorter forest walk along the water, or via a gravel or paved road. You can also cycle/drive there in a few minutes. Towels are included in the price of bed linen.
