You are close to swimming in several lakes around, one by the church about 5 minutes by car. You are welcomed into a smaller hall. The kitchen is newly renovated in 2023 with light and warm country style. Adjacent is the living room with comfortable sofa, armchairs and TV corner. The kitchen has everything to offer. Large fridge and freezer if you find fishing luck in any of the lakes. A fishing license is required, which can be bought in Munkedal or Färgelanda. The staircase is bright and the older charm remains. Next to this is a small bathroom with washing machine wc, sink and small shower area. The stairs up lead you to the bedrooms with a large bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm. The living room has a desk and a bunk bed for 2 beds. The house is perfect for the family of 4 people or the group of 2-4 people. There has been a cat in the home and there is a cat living in the yard. There is a great chance to see Sweden's wild animals roaming the grounds such as deer, hares, foxes and, if you are lucky, even moose. The house is from the 1960s, beautifully situated in an idyllic setting with approx. 10 minutes' walk to salty dips from the jetty with bathing ladder. You can get there with a free car ferry that runs regularly every hour and a half. Large, lovely plot with both a lawn for play and games as well as a garden area. Two balconies, one of which is under a protective roof. A perfect house for a family with children or a group that wants to vacation in a genuine Bohuslän environment. The house is on one level and contains a living room, with a TV corner and a dining area, as well as an exit to the one balcony. Simpler kitchen with dining area and three bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and one with an adjustable single bed (motor driven). Bathroom with shower cubicle. Only approx. 500 m to the community's pier (shared with neighbors) with bathing ladder and outdoor furniture. Here you can spend the whole day or if you choose to start the day with a refreshing morning dip or finish with a lovely evening dip. You have access to 5GB wi-fi per week. Lyr, or Lyrön, is an island south of Orust. The island has been inhabited since the Stone Age, but today mostly summer residents live here. Here are chieftains' graves and burial mounds from the Bronze Age for those interested in history. The island has no shop, but there is a very good fish shop & restaurant Bryggvingen, approx. 3 km away. Don't miss a visit here! They have their own fishing boat that lands their catch below the restaurant, so it couldn't be fresher. The island is to some extent a nature reserve and a lovely island to walk or cycle on. If you get tired of your own jetty, there are good bathing opportunities in several places, both beach bathing and cliff bathing. On the island you can also play mini golf, the course is 1.5 km from your house. Around Lyrön there are also fantastic waters for kayaking. A few kilometers away are the three charming archipelago communities Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Nösund. In Hälleviksstrand, you should not miss a visit to Sjöbodscafét, which serves delicious sandwiches and pastries in a fantastic environment, in the middle of piers and boats. In Mollösund there are several good restaurants, cobbled streets with beautiful old houses and also a grocery store. Nösund has two fine bathing areas and the historic Nösund Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. Also, don't miss taking the ferry to the beautiful islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. To service and grocery store in Varekil or Ellös approx. 15-17km. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter in the middle of Orust with the bargain store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly known as "Lilla Ullared". The house is newly renovated with a warm homely interior and tasteful style. The balcony outside offers good dinners with both morning and evening sun. You are welcomed into the hall where the dining room opens up. It has a high ceiling, up to the ridge with attractive beams with spotlights in the ceiling. On the right is the kitchen area where nothing is missing. There is an induction cooker, large fridge and freezer. The older doors that were originally for the old house have become a nice detail for a massive pantry/cupboard. The living room is bright with several comfortable seats for good evenings. TV has a wide range of channels and there is also wifi. Inside there are armchairs and a comfortable sofa bed that is 160 cm wide. Follow the spiral staircase up and you will reach the sleeping loft with a large, wide bed of 180 cm. The bathroom is between the kitchen and the living room. This is also bright, nice and with a shower cubicle, sink and wc. This is a very nice accommodation for families with children who want peace and quiet, proximity to swimming and a perfect starting point for nice outings in the fika town of Alingsås or if you want to take a day for the big city life in Gothenburg. The house is located on a farm run by the house owners. They live in the larger house in front of the cottage. On the farm there are animals that belong to the land, including horses, cats and the homeowners' two dogs that roam freely on the farm. Only 500m away is the bathing area Lygnared's camping and bathing area. There is ice cream, coffee shop and café here. A well-visited swimming area with docks, jumping tower, kayak rental and more. There is a golf course with a restaurant about 1 km away. A real Smultron place, Swedish idyll in the countryside with a red house with white knots. The house has been completely renovated with a lot of flair. In the large country kitchen you will find all comforts but also a cozy and warming wood stove. The living room next to the kitchen has plenty of space for socializing and also a large dining area. On chilly evenings, you can light the stove and enjoy the glow of the fire. Only a short drive to the nice bathing spot Jogen (4 km) or to Åsunden (13 km). Ulricehamn offers food, shopping and promenades along the lake. Visit Lassalyckan (14 km) with many fun activities such as mountain bike trails, paddling and soccer fields. Only a short path takes you to the long sandy beach. You have excellent cycle routes both to Båstad and Mellbystrand. Perfect for a couple or the small family. At the cabin's entrance, you have a glazed conservatory with both a dining table and outdoor furniture. The central room of the cottage is a living room with an open kitchen. Here you will find all the equipment and a TV with several channels. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Up a steep flight of stairs there is a sleeping loft with three single beds in the form of comfortable spring mattresses, popular among children and young people. Outside the cottage there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue and on the open lawn there is both a trampoline and swings. A little further away is the "barn", a common room that you can use in consultation with the owner. There is a room with a large dining table, comfortable seating and TV. There are also toilets and showers next door. The cabin is next to a campsite and you have free access to their playground etc. There is also a summer restaurant and a small shop here. The swimming beach stretches from central Båstad to Mellbystrand. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. A short distance away is the railway station. There is also a gym and paddle tennis courts here. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here the river Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Popular fishing can be found in Hällesjöarna and Emån, where you can buy a fishing license. There are restaurants in Högsby. You also have transport to Oskarshamn and the coast.
