The living room / kitchen area has high ceilings up to the ridge which makes the room airy and large. The large bay window with glass sections provides nice light and views of the sea. The bay window also has direct access to the large (approx. 40 sqm) terrace, which will probably be a favorite place both on beautiful mornings and evenings. There is outdoor furniture, parasols and sea views. The house also includes a carport for secure parking of the car. About 30 m from the house on the best vantage point is the glazed gazebo that you have access to. See the whole nice fjord below with a lot of boat traffic during the summer. Perhaps the best of all is that here you also have access to the large (5x10 m) solar-heated pool which is open under the summer weeks. Everything very well maintained and in perfect condition. The house also has a slightly simpler bar / pub in a separate building that you can access. The house has shared plot and garden adjacent to the owner. All around it is relatively hilly and with some forest behind. To the popular hiking trail around Valdemarsviken it is only 50 m. Down to Valdemarsviks center with shops, restaurants, cafes, harbor and tourist info it is only about 300 m. The nearest municipal bathing place is Grännäs and it is about 2 km, here is a sandy beach, piers, lawns and play equipment, all very family-friendly. As day trips, it is certainly suitable to book boat trips out to the outermost sea band. The boats leave from the small coastal community Fyrudden and it is about 20 km. Close by, you can also rent kayaks, boats and Canadians to explore islands, cobs and skerries on your own. Nearby are also the picturesque towns of Västervik and Söderköping with many attractions and events during the summer. Both about 30-60 km away. Around Valdemarsvik there is magnificent nature with forests, many lakes and small nice communities and villages. A must for the slightly younger ones is probably a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby and it is about 80 km. Welcome to a nice house with wonderful sea views and pool!

Welcome to Virsjödal, just outside the beautiful coastal community of Figeholm! The entrance to the house goes through the cozy and mostly glazed porch. The house contains a living room with a comfortable large sofa and flat screen TV with many channels via Viasat. Nice, fresh kitchen with small dining area. Two bedrooms, one slightly larger with two single beds and the other slightly smaller with a single bed. Inside the house there is a fully tiled fresh WC. Wall to wall with WC is a large shower area with washing machine which is accessed via a separate entrance from the end of the house. Also here in the shower area there is a separate WC. The cottage is thoroughly renovated and everything is well maintained and nice. The patios will surely be favorites, partly one glazed at the entrance with sun deck in front and certainly the other at the back of the house. Here is large outdoor furniture, ball grill and absolutely wonderful views out over the beautiful small spring lake that lies below. This is probably the place for early breakfast and lovely balmy evenings with dinner and sunset. Around the house there are large open lawns for play and games. To the well-kept and family beach it is about 1.5 km on the other side of road E22. Small nice village roads lead down to lovely sandy beach, bathing jetties with bathing ladder, jumping tower, barbecue area and toilets. If you want to swim in the Baltic Sea, it is about 6 km and here too a nice and nice beach. It is 6 km to the town of Figeholm and here is a shop, restaurants, service and tourist info and to the city of Oskarshamn, about 13 km south and there are many events in summer, shopping centers, restaurants and a genuine city center. Around the area there are large forests, many small lakes, hiking trails and nice bike paths. Bicycles can be rented directly by the homeowner on site. Early mornings and evenings you can often see animals such as moose, deer, roe deer, etc. To see moose up close, Virum's moose park is only about 60 km away. Well worth a visit. If you want to do day trips, there is a lot to both see and do. You can visit the coastal town of Västervik (the pearl of the East Coast) with a lot of boat traffic, picturesque city center, many events, shopping, etc. Or take the boat from Oskarshamn to Sweden's second largest island Öland and then continue by car across the bridge, see the city of Kalmar and then home. The Swedish "glass kingdom" with several glassworks and ceramic production is very close. For the youngest, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is probably at least 60 km away. The cottage is incredibly nicely surrounded by historic sites, pilgrimage trails and beautiful views. The cottage was renovated in 2015 with new wallpaper and with bright decor and maintains a very good standard. The house is on one floor and here is a bedroom, living room, kitchen and shower with toilet. Inside the toilet there is also a washing machine. You are welcomed into a large hall and directly to the left you enter the kitchen. Spacious kitchen with large dining area for at least 6 people. Next to the kitchen is the bedroom with a bunk bed, 140 cm wide lower part and 80 cm wide upper part. Exit directly from the bedroom to the lovely terrace but views of green pastures and grazing cows. Next to the bedroom you will find a bright large living room with comfortable sofa bed 140 cm wide and TV in the room for cool summer evenings. About 10 minutes from the cottage is Husaby church and the diocese's castle ruins. Next to the church there is a spring, where according to legend Olof Skötkonung around the year 1000 was baptized as the kingdom's first Christian king. Just outside the cottage is also a pilgrimage trail so is very popular. The city of Skövde is 40 minutes by car from the house, otherwise there is a lot to offer in Kinnekulle, historic churches and amazing rock carvings in Götene. The owner lives on his own plot about 20 m from your house but the cottage's entrance is separated. A great opportunity for those who want to live in the country with the proximity of friends' shallow beaches, historic environments and to be able to enjoy and relax!

There are lots of events and attractions for the entire family during summer time. Lysekil is a town abundant in beautiful sandy shallow beaches, perfect for the entire family.

The house has a wonderful view of the lake and comes with its own boat dock, complete with a small rowing boat. There are opportunities to go fishing as well, though a fishing license is required, further information can be found within the house. The large, roofed terrace offers a lovely view of the lake. This is the perfect place to relax and grill dinner after a day of activities. Please feel free to use the grill! The house has a large living room area, including a TV, complete with Viasat channels. A perfect room for spending time together at the end of a day out on the lake, or in the local town of Osby. Very well maintained, modern and fresh smaller cabin with a fantastic location for excursions near and far. Your cabin consists of a combined living room/kitchen and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a toilet/shower. In addition, there is a large covered terrace next to the living room where you can sit really comfortably and look out over the surroundings. The entire cabin has been renovated and it is completely "tip-top" with modern furniture, bright and fresh. In the living room is the sofa bed intended for 2 people, it is 120 cm wide. A walk or drive down the hill will take you after about 800 metres beautiful lake Bunn where your boat is ready to take you on exciting fishing trips (fishing license) for pike, pike and perch, a fishing that is admittedly good. If you want to swim, you can do it from the jetty or take another couple of hundred meters to a good swimming spot. You live undisturbed with only one neighbor nearby and it's easy here relax and enjoy the time off. Outside the cottage there are large fine grassy areas, perfect for play and games. The area by the lake and the community of Bunn is very popular and in this wonderful environment, time passes too quickly for those of you who enjoy nature, the lake and the forest! If you still want to go on an excursion, you have Gränna about 10 km away and Jönköping 15-20 minutes further by car. If you want to go on slightly longer car trips, it is quite possible to take day trips to attractions such as Kolmården Zoo or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby and in the other direction all the way to the west coast and Gothenburg. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed in this cabin. The electricity fee is paid on site with Swish or cash! But most of all, you stay safely at home if you choose this fresh little cottage and love peace, quiet and nature together with your family!

The big city of Göteborg is 64 kilometres away, a distance that takes about an hour to drive. Göteborg offers shopping and entertainment, as well as the big amusement park Liseberg, and the museum Universeum. If you enjoy bargain shopping, the town of Ullared is also within driving distance. Ullared is famous for it's shopping centre Gekå's. People travel from all over the country to shop there. In fact Gekå's is so famous it even has it's own reality TV-show!
