Welcome to a nice summer place on Värmdö, which accommodates two families. The houses are located on an open, bright and flat garden plot with some glimpses of the lake over Skärmaröviken, so this is close to the water. The main building is 85 square meters. It consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The nicely renovated bathroom with WC and shower has tiled walls and tiles on the floor. Centrally located in the house is a spacious kitchen with a larger dining table. In the kitchen there is a stove with convection oven, a small wood stove, fan, full-height fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a pleasant family room with a fireplace with a wood-burning stove and windows in three directions, which creates a nice light let-in and a sense of space. From the family room you come out to the paved patio where there is also a fireplace. There is a winterized guest house of 65 square meters, both houses have a shower and toilet, in the bathroom of the guest house there is a washing machine. The guest house has a family bunk bed for three people and a single bed. On the large flat plot there are both fruit trees and berry bushes. It is only 100m to the bus if you want to get around and discover the area without a car. A good swimming pool with a sandy beach and jetties is about 2 km from the house.

Welcome to an idyll in the countryside outside Södertälje in southern Stockholm, close to both bathing lake, forest and big city. The site consists of a large and flat lawn, perfect for games and play. The plot has many fruit trees and berry bushes, just to pick and eat. The house has a lovely balcony, part of which is open, one with a roof, and a glazed conservatory where it is cozy to sit during chilly evenings. The house is a charming and well-furnished summer house, with a spacious living room with a day bed that becomes a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a small kitchen and dining area. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a kettle, microwave and coffee maker. On the grounds there is a small guest house with two single beds, there is also a microwave, TV with DVD-player and kettle. There is also a mini fridge. In a separate house there is a spacious wood-burning sauna with a shower. A separate room is in a cozy toilet house next door. All the houses are close to each other and are completely hidden from view due to large trees and hedges. Parking is available next to the hedge. If you want to take a morning dip or an evening dip in the nearby lake, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk. There is both a jetty and a small sandy beach. A wonderful cozy house!

Here, you'll live on a farm where the owners have free-range chickens and also run a summer café, where on some evenings, various events are held that guests are welcome to attend. In a barn, the owners have built a large gathering space/bar in Viking style. The cottage is charming and has a simple kitchen for cooking, with hot and cold water in the kitchen, as well as a dining area that also includes a sofa bed for two people. In the living room/bedroom, there are two separate single beds. In a separate building, there is an electric toilet in a fresh building and a separate outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A private patio with a charcoal grill is available for you as a guest on the farm, charcoal for the grill can be purchased at a gas station or a larger grocery store. If you're traveling with a dog, you're welcome to bring your friend to the cottage; just remember to keep your dog on a leash. From Nykvarn, you can easily take the train into Stockholm if you want to experience the city for a day, and there are parking spaces available at the train station. In the area around Nykvarn, there are large forests where you can hike, pick berries and mushrooms, or simply go out and enjoy the tranquility. If you want to take a dip in one of the nearby lakes, you can do so, it's about a 10-minute drive to a couple of alternative areas where you can find both sandy beaches and swimmings piers. The large and beautiful beach of Gösjön with a jetty and diving tower is 13km away. There is also mini-golf and a kiosk. Please note that the house is located near Highway 34, so please keep an eye on children as there are no fences. In the large garden, there are various outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The house has a large living room with an open ceiling to the ridge, where you can lean back in the sofa or armchair. There is also a writing desk for those who wish. You are close to more lakes and the coast. In Oskarshamn, you can enjoy sea bathing and a wider range of activities. You can take a day trip with the ferry to Byxelkrok on Öland. Even Oknö has beautiful sea baths. More Kastell, Smålands Grand Canyon with its 8 km long ravine is worth a visit. At the nature reserve Aboda Klint, there is a restaurant. You have two popular cafes in Berga that are worth visiting, Café Tre Århundraden and Elsabo Herrgårdsscafé. Elk park is in Målilla. You are also close to Glasriket and Vimmerby where you have Astrid Lindgren's World. Smaller grocery stores can be found in Ruda, while larger ones can be found in Högsby or Fliseryd.

Welcome to a small and simple, but cozy accommodation in a fantastic part of Småland. Here you get a lovely red cottage in rural surroundings. The cottage consists of a large room divided into a small kitchen area that has a coffee maker and refrigerator, a dining area, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Shower, toilet and kitchen are in a service building about 30 meters away. A slightly larger cabin, no. 57673 at Stugsommar, is some 600 meters away and can advantageously be rented together. Upon request and availability, rowing boat and canoe can be borrowed. Bicycles are available to borrow (sort based on availability) So take the opportunity to explore the area both at sea and on land. For fishing enthusiasts there is much to look forward to in Tingsryd municipality, here there are a number of beautiful lakes and waterways for fishing. One of the most famous fishing waters in the area is Lake Tiken, which is known for its rich stock of perch, zander, pike and whitefish. Lake Åsnen is also a popular destination for fishermen, especially for zander fishing, and here you also have the opportunity to rent a boat for your fishing adventures. For cycling enthusiasts, there are fine cycle paths in the area. Bring your bike and go on an adventure along picturesque roads while enjoying the beautiful nature. Åsnen is a unique lake archipelago with more than a thousand islands and is Sweden's newest national park. This beautiful house is from the 1890s but was renovated as recently as 2013, but they have chosen to keep the feeling in the renovation and interior design. Here you have the red wooden house that brings to mind Astrid Lindgren's fairy tales. It is a large spacious house, with a large living room, spacious kitchen, new fresh bathroom and a bright, nice bedroom on the ground floor. Up the stairs, which is steep in its slope, you will find 2 more bedrooms, a large spacious one with a double bed, and a slightly smaller one with two single beds. The large family can easily fit here, and the lovely garden invites you to cozy meals just outside the house under the shade of the trees or on the balcony that is adjacent to the barn diagonally opposite. Boat and canoe, if rented, are at the house on a trailer and are taken down to the lake when in use. If you want to go on an adventure, for example, all the places to visit in the Kingdom of Glass are about 1 hour away by car, about 45 km away is Växjö with shopping, restaurants and cafes. The previously mentioned Åsnen national park has a lot to experience a little more in the immediate area. And 50km south you reach Karlshamn and the sea if you fancy a day at the beach.
