A house with an absolutely magical location right at the mouth of Lagan in Laholm. You have a magnificent view of Lagans wide, unique water outlet, called Lagaoset. The house is high above the beach. The path takes you to the jetty on the reed-covered beach. Both canoe and boat are available here for both enjoyment and fishing trips. A short walk takes you to the shallow beautiful beach and the nature reserve. A spacious house that is excellent for several families or larger groups. From the entrance in the small hall you come to the open and well-equipped kitchen and living room with dining area, comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and another living room with a sofa bed and a modern Apple TV. Free wifi in the house. The bathroom has both a bathtub, shower and washing machine and there is a smaller guest toilet. Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a living room with a simpler sofa bed. Next to the house is a guest cabin (not isolated for winter use) with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The guest house cannot be used during the winter. Then the number of people is limited to 8. The large, lovely plot has a patio with spacious outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The cottage is private. The plot is steep down towards Lagan. A path leads you to a jetty embedded in the reeds. There is a boat for rent here. The canoe is included in the rent. From a boat and in the sea, no fishing license is required. From your holiday home, a lovely nature reserve stretches all the way to the beautiful, lovely sandy beach. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. At a comfortable distance is Laholm, which has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. A short drive away is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and small shops and restaurants. To the south, the development transitions to Skummeslövstrand with a summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. The nearest golf course is Tönnersjö Gk.

Welcome to Skutskär, here you live within cycling distance to the many lovely sandy beaches and rock baths around Gävle bay and the Baltic Sea. Here, there is plenty of room even for a larger group as you have access to three separate cabins. The larger house has an open floor plan with a cozy living room where you can curl up on the sofas and watch TV, and at the same time there is a kitchen and dining area close by. In addition, there are two separate bedrooms with double beds and a freshly renovated bathroom. On the farm you have two guest houses, one of which contains a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Here, two people sleep well in the double bed. In the second guest house there is a separate sleeping area with two comfortable beds and a sauna area with an adjoining bathroom. Outdoors you have two perfect dining areas with room for the whole gang and of course there is a good grill available to prepare delicious meals. If you cycle, you have about 20 minutes to the seaside. There are, among other things, Brämsands Havsbad and Rullsands Havsbad with kilometer-long sandy beaches that also have a restaurant with simpler dishes and you can rent Stand Up Padel, play mini golf, etc. Feel free to visit Furuviksparken, which is an animal and amusement park in Furuvik just outside Gävle. If you want to try your luck at fishing, you can go to Älvkarleby's sport fishing for tips and advice on, for example, salmon fishing. The Gropholmarna nature reserve has many fine hiking trails where you can also pick mushrooms and berries. If you want to go shopping or eat at a restaurant, you can go to Skutskär or Gävle or why not take a day trip to Uppsala.

Welcome to a rural red house in a quiet area. There are plenty of swimming spots nearby and the house also includes a canoe for those who want to go paddling. The house has an older charm. The interior is warm and personal where new meets old in classic Swedish style. The garden outside is large. At the back of the house you can sit completely undisturbed and there is plenty of room for the children to run around. The entrance to the house is at the back. You enter a smaller hall. Straight ahead is the bathroom that was renovated in 2020. Fully tiled with sink/wc and shower. On the left is the heart of the house - the kitchen. There is a dining area for 4–6 people. The advantage of this house is that there are doors and passage to every room so the house feels spacious. There are also fireplaces in two of the rooms on the lower level. Very charming. There is also a new stove in the kitchen, which warms up well on chilly evenings. You buy firewood in the nearest store. Behind a door is also a washing machine. Very good to have if you are traveling with smaller children or want to stay longer. The house's one bedroom is directly to the left with a double bed (160 cm). In the living room there is plenty of seating for the whole group. There is also a stove and TV here. The house owners love to read books, which you can borrow but return after your stay. To the right is the house's second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. There is an armchair here if you want to read and retreat. Straight ahead is the old main entrance which is a glazed veranda. Super cozy here to enjoy the evening sun for a long time or lit candles after dark. The stairs up lead to the upper floor of the house. Here you have to watch out so you don't hit your head and the stairs are a bit steep. Directly to the right is the house's third bedroom with a 160 cm bed. There is also an armchair and a desk. Solid timber walls painted in a light blue shade. The house is older with a homely feel. The railing to the stairs can feel loose due to that it can be removed, when taking furniture up and down, be careful. The rest on the upper level is storage and for private use only. Here you can live comfortably if you are a larger family of 4–6 people. There is a lot to do for those who want to enjoy good food and beautiful nature experiences. The forest can be reached directly outside the plot boundary and there are several hiking trails in the municipality, including the beautiful Jälmåleden. The canoe is located in Lagmanshagasjön (4 km) with a 300 meter long fine sandy beach and smaller beaches that can only be reached by canoe. In Limmared (17 km) there is Glasets hus with a good lunch buffet and there are also many shops that sell antique furniture and furnishings. The house is framed by a green hedge with nice grass areas for play and lazy days. You are welcomed onto the small dirt road and you can park right by the entrance. On the grounds there is plenty of space to play and the garden is very cozy. The cabin is older but the interior is lovely with a mix of new, old and rustic furnishings. Once inside, the living room opens up with a welcoming dining area for 6 people. Directly to the left is the heart of the house, the kitchen with massive features. The solid bench is a table where you can sit 4 people or serve dinner on. The kitchen has everything you could need with country charm. Next to the kitchen is the house's bathroom, which is spacious. Inside there is a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a washing machine. Perfect when traveling with small children or want to stay longer and enjoy the surroundings. The family room of the house is the dining area and the TV corner. Here is a comfortable sofa with an armchair. Straight ahead is the house's one bedroom with a double bed. They have their own fishing boat that lands their catch below the restaurant, so it couldn't be fresher. The island is to some extent a nature reserve and a lovely island to walk or cycle on. If you get tired of your own jetty, there are good bathing opportunities in several places, both beach bathing and cliff bathing. On the island you can also play mini golf, the course is 1.5 km from your house. Around Lyrön there are also fantastic waters for kayaking. A few kilometers away are the three charming archipelago communities Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Nösund. In Hälleviksstrand, you should not miss a visit to Sjöbodscafét, which serves delicious sandwiches and pastries in a fantastic environment, in the middle of piers and boats. In Mollösund there are several good restaurants, cobbled streets with beautiful old houses and also a grocery store. Nösund has two fine bathing areas and the historic Nösund Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses in the area. It is a short distance to Flädje Ullared's fine golf course. The nearest town is Svenljunga and the nice summer town of Varberg and the sea are about ajn hour away. About an hjour away are also Isaberg's fine ski slopes with 10 pistes.
