Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla are nice places for those who want to shop, eat well or just walk around. If you like food, definitely pay a visit to Byn Crêperie in Vollsjö or why not try the famous Scanian egg cake at Brösarps Gästis. A little further away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. For those who appreciate playing golf, there are many golf courses within 30-45 minutes distance.

Here you live in a rural environment where the cows graze near the cottage in the middle of Selma Lagerlöf country with an open landscape and blue mountains in the background. Sunne, which is located about 4 km to the south, has a good range of both attractions and stores as well as shopping. Mårbacka, Rottneros and Tossebergsklätten are well-known places that are close to you from the cabin. The cottage is located on a larger plot and is on one level with a nice patio equipped with a barbecue. Indoors, you have a good working kitchen and a common room where there is room for both a substantial dining area and a cozy sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for two people at night. If it's a chilly evening, it can be nice to light the wood stove, which spreads a lovely warmth. There are two separate bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the smaller room has a bunk bed with a wider lower shelf. A bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet and a small washing machine complete your stay in the cabin. If you are a person who likes to swim, there is a good swimming area with a sandy beach down by Fryken, which is about 1300 meters from the cabin. In the municipality, there are no less than 1,000 lakes and plenty of hiking trails, so even the most active person can get their fill. Forest and land have a large population of wild animals, so don't be surprised if you happen to meet the king of the forest, the elk, when you're out hiking. Border shopping amuses some. The closest border trade to Norway is Charlottenberg approx. 70 km from Sunne via Arvika, where Arvika is also a nice community to stop at. The distance to the border trade Töcksfors/Årjäng is 110 km. If you are a guest in the area at the end of September, we can recommend the historic Årjäng market, one of Sweden's largest and oldest markets.

A cozy accommodation, a peaceful place for relaxation and recreation in Älvdalen with beautiful nature, Idre is a fantastic place to experience during the summer months. Experience the magnificent nature up close, nature experiences such as hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing and lots of other activities. Hike to the sound of the rapids, cycle on different trails with the mountain as a view, or a ride with Icelandic horses. For the more daring, you can try rafting or the high-altitude track. The nice cottage of 68m2 with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with WC, shower. There is also a laundry room with dryer and washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two 140 cm wide and a single bed, in the corner there is a wood burning stove that you can light a fire in if you wish. The kitchen has a dining group and everything you need to prepare a good dinner in good company. In the bedroom there are two single beds that can be put together to make a double bed. A large terrace with pergola, barbecue, 2 seating areas for socializing and good dinners. Wifi is available and TV with several channels. Worth a visit, Njupeskär is Sweden's highest waterfall and is located in the Fulufjället National Park just outside Idre. Klingforsen, one of Storån's beautiful rapids, is located 170 meters from the house, here you can study terns, sandpipers and white terns. With a little luck, you can see otters. On the rocks around the rapids, cat's foot, cat's-ear, and at the water's edge grow cat's-foot. If you want to swim and take a cooling dip, Sundbäcke is approx. 3 kilometers away. In the summer, there is an outdoor pool at Idre Fjäll with a water slide. In Idre there is fishing for beginners and the family as well as for the more experienced fisherman. At Idre fjäll you can buy fishing licenses that are valid on most waterways around. Not least Idre is known for its excellent fly fishing. Mountain hiking can be a wonderful and relaxing experience, but it is important to have the right equipment with you. Nippfjället is opposite Städjan and is a popular excursion destination and attraction. When you reach the top of Nipfjället, you have a magical view towards Städjan. In the other direction you see the wilderness and the Norwegian mountains in the background. Idre center, walking distance from the house here are shops for shopping and you can buy food. Idre has many nice restaurants to visit nearby. You will find Idre's newest restaurant at Idre Himmelfjäll. Renen & Älgen is the whole family's restaurant with food and drink for all tastes and Pernilla Wiberg's restaurant. Bicycles and two inflatable canoes are available for rent from the owner, information is in the guest folder and you pay directly to the owner. Welcome to Östergötland, a house with a beautiful lake view and lake plot right next to Svinstadsjön. The house is beautifully situated with scenic surroundings, very peaceful and quiet. From the residential building, it is 25 meters to the beach below the house, a staircase that leads you down and right next to the beach is the annex with a terrace out into the water and a small lounge area for cozy moments. The annex has a large glass section with sliding doors that open up and you are greeted by a lovely view, there is lounge furniture and a sauna with a shower. Here you can sit under the roof of the house and look out over the still waters of the lake and enjoy the silence. The beach has a lawn and a jetty, you either take a dip from the jetty or land, it is a bit rocky next to the beach so bring swimming shoes for those who wish. The garden is built on different floor levels and there are several places for socializing and relaxing. Dining groups, deckchairs and terraces in several places, the large terrace belonging to the main house has good seating, barbecue and fireplace, the terrace is under cover. At the entrance there is a sitting area with a nice sunny position. The house has Wifi and our four-legged friends are very welcome. There are two floors, a living room with a fireplace, a small kitchen with a dining area right next to it, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom on the entrance floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A smaller common room with sofa and TV, a good area for those who want to watch TV in peace and quiet. There is a lake view from two bedrooms and living room, a patio door leads you out onto the terrace. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf clubs in Linköping and the surrounding area, 20 minutes' drive to Linköping City where you can experience shopping and good food with several restaurants after Stångån, for those interested in culture a visit to the beautiful quarters by the cathedral and Linköping's castle & cathedral museum is a must. In the middle of the city, there is also the garden association, a city park with ponds and sports facilities as well as a greenhouse with a garden shop and a restaurant. Also visit Gamla Linköping, which is one of Östergötland's biggest tourist destinations. Here, history comes alive and you can experience the city, countryside and forest as it was a hundred years ago, also visit their cozy shops and cafes. Kolmården's zoo is 65 kilometers north and Astrid Lindgren's world is 100 kilometers south of Linköping. On the same day, you can visit Villa Villekulla, Katthult, and Törnrosdalen, several theater performances and lots of other fun for the children. Popular tourist attraction Bergs slussar, Göta Kanal's largest lock staircase. You come here to see boats going through the locks, eat good ice cream or rent a bicycle or take a cooling bath. On the way home, you can visit the air force museum, a modern, cultural history museum. Here you and your friends or family can enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by scenic surroundings and amenities.

Here there are several nice restaurants to visit and a nice walk along the Göta River. Seeing Gothenburg's neighborhoods from the water is a must, and from here the Älvsnabben ferries go to both Klippan and Lilla Bommen. Downstairs is the main bedroom with a comfortable double bed. You only have 6km to Hultsfred, here you can find a grocery store, restaurants, swimming area etc. There are plenty of swimming lakes in the area, Hesjön 6km away has a wonderful swimming area with a beach, jetties, jumping tower, beach volleyball court and barbecue area. The Hammarsjö area (6km) with its 25 lakes is known for its fine fishing. The short-fishing area offers high-class rainbow fishing. There are also bathing areas with both sandy beaches and cliffs, hiking trails and a nature spa with sauna and hot tub for rent. In Målilla you can see speedway, a given folk festival you don't want to miss. There is also an elk park here. You don't have far to the coast, where in Västervik you can take boat trips out into the archipelago and in Oskarshamn take the ferry over to Norra Öland.
