Welcome to Hästholmen, a real gem along the shore of Lake Vättern. During the summer, the beautiful area and the harbor are filled with life. Why not take a dip in Lake Vättern, 500 meters from the house down towards the harbor is the swimming area which has a jetty and a nice little sandy beach. On the way down to the harbour, you can stop at 31's ice cream & kitchen and taste award-winning ice cream made in-house. The house is located in a picturesque residential area and has a large plot with several patios for socializing and playing. The house consists of two floors where bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds are on the upper floor including the large bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. On the entrance floor is the kitchen, living room and an open dining area with a lovely view over the back of the yard. There are two TV screens with Chromecast. For those who want to discover scenic surroundings, experiences, activities or shopping, there are many places close by. The well-known Ekoparken Omberg with its fantastic nature and its wide range of activities makes the place an attractive visitor destination all year round. Here you can hike, cycle, paddle, take part in guided hikes and exciting activities. There are also several rain and wind shelters, rest areas and fire places to take advantage of. Along Omberg's mountain slopes you will be met by beautiful views and exciting caves that are just waiting to be explored. If you have a need for speed, we recommend that you take a look at Omberg's Zipline courses, which are located near Stocklycke in Omberg. There are also two high-altitude courses here for those who want to challenge themselves. 6 kilometers away is Ombergs Golf Resort, which offers high-quality food and can boast of having Östergötland's best golf course! For those of you who like fishing, you can fish with a fishing rod from the stone pier outside the guest harbour. But not from the bathing area and the harbor basin where docks and boats are located. Paddling on Lake Vättern is a very special feeling. In Hästholmen harbor you can book a kayak via Vätternkajak. Hästholmen and restaurant Vätternskutan here you can both eat and drink well while enjoying the fantastic view. 20 minutes away by car is Väderstad, which is an idyll with well-known pastry shops and shopping in cozy shops. Worth a visit is Gränna, a Swedish idyll with beautiful wooden houses, gardens and cobbled streets. Welcome to a sun-drenched plot on Värmdö, with a nice spacious house for a pleasant holiday. The house has three bedrooms, a double room where you can also set up a junior bed if you have a little one who wants to sleep in the same room. The junior bed can also share a room with the single bed if two children want to share a room. In addition, there is a single room with a 120-bed. A spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and pleasant seating and a dining table for socializing. There is a sunny glazed conservatory with a large dining table. The kitchen has modern appliances and nice wooden benches if you cook inside, a good espresso machine is also available. If you want to grill, there is a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture outside the gable of the house. The bathroom is new and fully tiled with a shower and a combined washing machine and dryer. WC is located separately next door. Next to the house is the guest cottage with a double bed, suitable for multi-generational living. There are two bicycles and a bicycle trailer for two children to borrow for bicycle excursions. The beach is reached either via a shorter forest walk along the water, or via a gravel or paved road. You can also cycle/drive there in a few minutes. Towels are included in the price of bed linen.

Summer in the Småland countryside is something very special. And here you have a charming cozy cabin that gives exactly the right feeling. Furnished by the owners to maintain the cottage's charm, you live here in lovely surroundings with a small lake only a stone's throw from the cottage. Stroll down from the cottage and take a dip in the small lake Hössjön or drive about 3 km to the bathing spot Tolestorp. You have a view of the lake from the cottage and the garden with outdoor furniture facing the lake. The cottage has a small but functional kitchen, large spacious rooms to hang out in. Bathroom is on floor 2 but the shower is downstairs on floor one. There is a bedroom on floor 1 with a single bed in it. Then there is 1 bedroom on floor 2 with a single bed in it and a large bedroom with a cot, junior bed and a double bed in it. So a total of 6 beds, of which 2 for children and one for infants (up to approx. 2) The cabin does not have the heating (elements) running during the summer as it is not needed, if you would still like to have the heating running, you can order it at an extra cost. You always have what you need for lazy days in the Småland countryside here in the cabin, but should you want to venture out, you have Växjö with shopping, restaurants and cafes about 25 km away. Excursion destinations such as Glasriket and Åsnens national are also about 1 hour's drive away for those who want to experience Småland with them.

The living room has lovely seating furniture and a large modern TV and a warming wood stove. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. The house has free wifi. Your part of the lush, lovely garden has a patio in the gazebo and a larger part with lawn that is suitable for all your activities. You have access to a lovely outdoor pool in consultation with the owner. The pool is heated from week 20 and throughout the month of August. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. Ängelholm's Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, resting and eating areas here. For those interested in fishing, there is a wide variety of sport fishing in Rönne å and Västersjön. Fishing license required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Bjäre golf club. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As a guest, you have access to the pool every morning until 1:00 p.m. and every other afternoon. On the afternoons that you do not have access to the pool, the homeowner will use it. The homeowner lives on another part of the plot. Your garden is separated from theirs and is located on the other side of the house, which means that you will not see or be disturbed by each other.

A warm welcome to Sämsholm in Västra Götaland and this homely cottage with a nice view towards Norra Säm. Here you live comfortably and beautifully in a nice cottage area with both holiday homes and permanent residences. Here you have a lovely holiday with a very good standard where bed linen is included in the price. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160) and the other with a Hemnes sofa bed (90+90). Adults can sleep in it, but it is perhaps best suited for children and young people. Bed linen is included for the guests. Social living room adjacent to the fresh and practical kitchen. Smaller bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Lovely balcony of approx. 150 square meters where you can follow the sun's course across the sky and enjoy the fantastic view towards the lake. Welcome to this rural idyll. Here you live in a charming older house on a lively farm, with a view of Lake Yngern. Near the house are pastures, where the farm's goats and cows graze. In the morning you are greeted by the song of the birds and the silence of nature. The house is on two floors. On the entrance floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a comfortable seating area and a glass veranda with a dining area, which adjoins a patio with a seating area and barbecue. Grape vines climb around the patio and you have a view out over pastures that go right down to the lake. There is also a TV corner (with chromecast) and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are the house's three bedrooms, of which two of the rooms are equipped with double beds and the third room has two single beds. Both rooms with double beds have balconies (but not child-proof railings) Between the bedrooms there is an open common room with a sofa. The bathroom, upstairs adjoins a spacious laundry room. If you need a cot, please let Stugsommar know this in advance. Good to know! The railing around the stairs on the upper floor is low and therefore not childproof. It is not permitted to burn in the tiled stoves or in the fireplace. While you live close to nature with access to swimming, fishing and hiking trails, there are many nice excursion destinations nearby. Some examples are Taxinge Castle, also known as "Kakslottet". In Nykvarn there is boxcar land, which is a must for all vehicle-crazy children between the ages of 3 and 9. In Nykvarn there is also Hökmossebadet with a sandy beach and café. In Mariefred you will find, among other things, Gripsholm Castle and Museum Östra Södermanland's Railway. If you want to visit Stockholm, take the train from Nykvarn, which takes 30 minutes to Stockholm C. Enjoy the proximity to water, a natural beach by one of Sweden's cleanest lakes. The place, which is secluded, is shared with the host family. The bottom closest to land is soft, but further out the bottom is firm and the water is clear. It is also possible to borrow a rowing boat, for swimming and fishing excursions. There are several small islands nearby, idyllic for those who like to swim alone. The host family also lives on the farm with their cats and two friendly Leonberger dogs. Although the house is close to the host family's house, there is a sense of privacy, as the patio faces the paddocks and not the farm. Here you also have the opportunity to buy locally produced products directly from the farmer/landlord. The range varies during the year. Bed linen can be rented from the landlord. Welcome to a high-situated house in the deep beech forest on the border with Skåne. Here there is time for recovery and quality time in the lush garden surrounded by horse paddocks. Here there is the opportunity to disconnect from everyday stress with a good book on the balcony, compose today's lunch in the outdoor kitchen, get active on the trampoline or take a walk in one of the nature reserves, Djupa dal or Skinsagylte which are located very close by. Wood-burning sauna in a separate house on the plot. The house is functional but simply furnished in an older style. Inside the small hallway, the kitchen takes over with an adjacent sink area which is very practical. The cooking facilities are good and a small table with chairs is available to sit at while cooking and frying on the stove. In the living room with a larger table and accompanying sofa, there is room for everyone to eat meals together and space for fellowship in front of the fireplace and TV for streaming your own channel selection. A bedroom downstairs with a double bed also has a junior bed and a cot available but which can be placed in another room if needed. From here you can also go out onto the balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower and a washing machine. A narrow staircase leads you up to the upper floor which has 2 more bedrooms with two single beds in each. One of them, however, has an extra bed next to the real bed. Up here there is also a children's and youth room with books, games and the opportunity to relax on the mattresses on the floor. The house has many nooks and crannies that arouse curiosity, excitement and imagination about its history. The easiest way to get to this house is by car, but from here it is not far to the beaches in Karlshamn and the Pukavik area. From Nogersund, at the far end of Listerlandet's cape, you can go on a day trip by boat over to beautiful Hanö. For those interested in music, there are several festivals and events in the area and in Hällevik you can watch Allsvenskan football at Strandvallen.

Welcome to lovely Möja, one of the larger islands in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is located high among pines and mountains with only 200 meters down to the bath. Here you can take an archipelago boat from Stockholm or Sollenkroka on Djurö. The house has many beds and is spacious, so it is perfect for two families. An open plan living room / kitchen with a bar counter between the kitchen and living room. A large terrace is located along the house for cozy summer evenings. There are two rooms with double beds, two with bunk beds and one room with a single bed. In one room with bunk beds there is also a thick mattress if you want to sleep three children in that room. To this house it is nice to bring bicycles, it is four kilometers to the grocery store, you can also walk or you take the archipelago boat to the store. There is also a cosy restaurant. The large resort of the island; Berg, is located 8 km from the house, where there are agents for pharmacies and liquor stores as well as grocery stores. In a separate house are the toilets, an incineration toilet for number two and a separate toilet for number 1. There is Wifi and Apple TV in the house, if the weather is rough it is cozy to watch a movie and light a fire in the fireplace.

As the icing on the cake, there are two larger conservatories, perfect for slightly chilly evenings. The wood burning stove in the house must not be used. If you feel like you want something more than all this on your holiday, you can easily get to Landskrona to take the boat over to the cozy island of Hven where you can cycle around and eat well. You are also very close to Helsingborg and here you can visit Sofiero's castle and Kärnan. If you want to take a trip with the ferry, it also goes from here directly to cozy Helsingör in Denmark. If you want an even greater range of shopping and culture, Malmö is about 40 minutes away by car. You have plenty of lakes and wonderful excursion spots throughout Scania and down towards Österlen. This also makes this accommodation a good place if you are going fishing. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö.
