Around the front of the cottage there is a large lovely terrace of 50 sqm that houses both a spa bath, sun loungers and a dining area under a roof where also the gas grill is waiting for the next grill master. You can end the day with a sauna and enjoy the tranquility out by Väsbyviken. The cottage has a living room with an open plan kitchen where you have a bed armchair that becomes a comfortable bed at night. The kitchen is equipped with a small hob, microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and an old iron stove that raises the cosiness factor. Dining area with table and chairs is found outdoors. There are two sleeping lofts, one of which has a double bed and the other has a single bed. Note that there are ladders up to the sleeping lofts, not suitable for small children. You also have a tastefully decorated bathroom with shower and a sauna with seating for up to 6 people that has windows facing the terrace. Everything built with quality and a sense of design. The surroundings around Väsbyviken offer a lot for you who want an active holiday. If you bring your own canoe or kayak, you can easily launch these below the cottage. Just a bit away from the cottage is a small bathing area with a small sandy beach and a jetty. A little further away is Mälarbaden which has a well-known swimming area, golf course with restaurant and paddle courses. If hiking is something that interests you, you can easily connect to for example the Gyllenhielmska Trail down by Torshälla canal, the trail is 36 km and ends at Sundbyholms Slott. A visit to Väsby Magasin which is within walking distance is recommended, here is a small deli, furnishings, flowers and clothes. The plot is shared with the homeowner. Towels are included in the rental of bed linen.

On the plot there is a 25 m2 annex equipped with a wood-burning sauna, shower and a gym with TRX system, dumbbells, barbell, pilates balls and music system by docking an iPhone. The villa is located in a wonderful natural area with nice pastures, hiking and cycling trails. by the lake there is a sandy beach and jetty with a bathing ladder for those of you who like to swim. The private boat with associated electric motor is also moored here. Fishing is free in a certain part of lake Malsnaren, for fishing in other nearby watercourses a fishing license is required. Bicycles can be rented from the owner for a fee, information can be found in the guest folder. Entertainment, attractions and shopping can be reached in most cities within a comfortable distance. Pretty holiday home located on a beach plot,with a panoramic view over the lake Hjälmaren. This charming house with a log guest cabin is secluded on a cape, just 15 metres from the beach. There is a patio with a roof on the south side of the house, overlooking the lake. The wooden house contains a large living room with an adjacent open kitchen. Next to the patio there is a sauna which seats four people. The guest cabin has two beds. The plot includes a private sand beach of 100 metres. There are plenty of islands within rowing distance. Pole fishing is permitted, as is mushroom picking in the nearby forest. The house is located 160 kilometres from Stockholm.

In the Djupvik area you will find a holiday idyll where you can see Lake Mälaren beyond the trees. Enjoy the lovely surroundings around Djupvik that offer a fantastic nature, the proximity to Lake Mälaren and why not take the opportunity to visit Stockholm which is just over an hour's drive away. The cottage is located on a high plot that gives you a nice view from the terrace. The plot slopes but there is also a part of the lawn that is well suited for play and games. The entrance is directly from the terrace and leads into the cottage's living room where the kitchen is in open plan with dining area by the window. A TV corner with sofa and there is also the house fireplace that you can light a fire if the evenings are a bit chilly. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine. Out on the terrace, which is predominantly covered, there is plenty of room for diners and a hearty barbecue. Here you can enjoy summer evenings and let your eyes rest on nature and follow the sun's decline. Djupvik's bathing area is about 400 meters walk from the house and offers large grassy areas and bathing piers. It is also convenient for those of you who come by car to park it in the carport. In Skärlinge leisure village is this small cozy summer cottage with the forest close by. The cottage was built in 1968 and has undergone some ongoing maintenance but has retained its original feel. On 55 sqm you will find three small bedrooms, a living room with dining area for 6 people and a small sofa corner as well as an open-plan kitchen, toilet and a separate shower room and a corner for washing machine / tumble dryer. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with neighbors on the sides and forest at the back. At the back of the house you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun and at the front of the house there is a porch with a roof. Skärlinge leisure village is located on Lisö in Stockholm's southwestern archipelago. Despite its name, Lisön is now only a peninsula with a road all the way out. It is located about 15 km south of Sorunda in Nynäshamn municipality. There are plenty of islands around. Here is a popular bathing spot with bathing jetties, diving towers and sandy beach. On the beach there is also a nice barbecue and a place with campfires and perches. As popular on New Year's Eve as any summer evening. Here in the community, popular midsummer celebrations and pub nights are arranged with singing. The nearest town is Sorunda and here you will find e.g. a. a grocery store and restaurant. During the summer, there is a water shortage in the area. Because of this, the water is turned off between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Feel free to collect the water in a can, bucket if necessary during this time. Nynäshamn is the nearest largest town. Körunda Golf and Conference is just over 20 km away. The nature and proximity to the sea invites to beautiful walks and salty baths. Should you get tired of it, Stockholm is less than an hour's drive away. Good to know: During the summer months, the water is turned off every night from 22:00/10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This applies to the entire area due to water shortages. Make sure to tap up water in water bottles if you need water during the night. Please note that the toliet can not be flushed during these hours.
