Access to a large patio where you can enjoy the sun and cool off in the shade under an awning. Here you'll find outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying pleasant dinners while overlooking the lovely natural garden with lawn and play equipment inviting you to play! The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and storage space in the wardrobe. In the other room, there's a family bunk bed where the lower bunk is wider (120 cm). In the living room, there's a sofa bed for two people, along with a TV screen with the option to stream from your own phone. Stylish bathroom with a lovely ceiling height also equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine. For those who wish to sleep separately from the others in the party, there's a guesthouse with two extra beds in a sofa bed. The guest cottage has no electricity and is partially insulated, but it provides an alternative sleeping arrangement for those who desire it! With fantastic proximity to the sea and the lake, you can start your day here with a swim from the bathing ladder just a few minutes away on the footbridge. Via this footbridge, you can also reach Norra Tynningö on a short walk where you can take the boat to Vaxholm, which flourishes during the summer! It’s equipped with everything you need – a functional kitchen with hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and coffee maker, a stylish bathroom, and a living area with a dining table, sofa, and two single beds that offer a comfortable night’s sleep. Two guests stay comfortably in the cottage, and there are two fold-out extra beds available for up to four guests. Outside, you can enjoy a delicious meal or a good cup of coffee while listening to the birdsong, seated at the cozy outdoor furniture and using the grill. In this cute little K-marked 18th century house you get an unbeatable proximity and views of the beach and water, a lovely large natural plot. On the beach there are piers, volleyball nets and large grassy areas. The sleeping areas are divided, double bed in the living room, double bed in the guest house and 2 campingbeds on the sleeping loft. The loft has a steep staircase, so it is suitable for larger children. To reach the beds in the attic you walk through a space that is used as storage. A fully renovated fresh bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer makes the stay pleasant. The kitchen is small but there is everything you need for a cozy holiday. A large terrace with barbecue and furniture overlooking the sea for cozy barbecues or a drink. A canoe for two is included in the rent, flýt vests are available. Resarö is an island near Vaxholm which is a lovely summer town, close to water everywhere, lovely nature for walks and the proximity to Vaxholm with cozy restaurants and archipelago boats both to Stockholm and further out in the archipelago's many islands. Just 600m from the house there is a bus stop that goes both to Vaxholm and Stockholm.
