Welcome to a beautifully decorated and well-maintained house with a huge balcony overlooking the Väddö canal in Stockholm's northern archipelago. A large table on the balcony provides space for lovely evenings out and barbecue dinners. The house has three bedrooms, an open floor plan with kitchen and living room in one. A lovely glazed veranda with room for many is good for windy days, it leads out to the balcony. If you want to take a bath, you take the path down to the large jetty and jump in. A small rowing boat is included, cozy with a little rowing trip and maybe pull up a couple of perch for dinner. The plot is huge, you share it with the house 48537 next door, if you are two families you can rent both houses and have a good time together but still live in each house. You have your own beach and jetty to swim at, but there are plenty of bathing spots on the mainland or on Väddö, just cross the bridge and swim in the salty waves of the Åland Sea. There is a lot to do and see on Väddö, have an ice cream in a cozy cafe, buy flatbread in Tomta, or wander around the summer town of Grisslehamn.

Welcome to a cozy house in Stavsnäs on Värmdö, the house is located high on a natural plot, with the water below the mountain, just a couple of minutes walk from the house. At the beach there is a bathing islet with beach, jetties and a football field with a boules court. The house has three bedrooms, one double and two single rooms. An open new kitchen with living room and dining area, with access to the terrace with several seats and sun lounger. The terrace runs between front and back, at the front there is a grill, which you can easily move to the back if you want. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet is in the house. The water in the house is used for dishes and showers, but should not be drunk, there is delicious drinking water to be fetched in a pump in the area. In Stavsnäs and the surrounding area there is a lot to do, Stavsnäs village is cozy, with café, restaurant and shop, there is only a short walk. Many boats out to the islands in the archipelago leave from Stavsnäs, take a day trip to Sandhamn or to another of the lovely nearby islands.

On the beautiful Rådmansö in Norrtälje you live comfortably in this newly built modern house, with all amenities, close to swimming and nature. The house was built in 2021, so everything is new and fresh. One double bed is upstairs and one on the ground floor. Upstairs there are exercise equipment for those who want to stay in shape. The kitchen has an open floor plan to the living room and doors to the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, for pleasant evenings out. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, WC and washing machine. The plot is nice and level for games and play. Just a few hundred meters from the house is Åkeröbadet, a shallow sandy beach with jetty, flat lawn and benches. If you want to take a trip to Norrtälje, the bus goes about 100 meters from the house. The summer town of Norrtälje is beautifully situated by the water, where there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars, there are also a lot of activities in the summer. If you want to take a day trip to Åland, the Åland boat leaves from Kapellskär, which is close by. In the immediate area there is a cozy café that also serves simple food. On Rådmansö, this cottage is located on a natural plot with a large terrace. The plot is hilly and there are parts of the plot that are not adapted for smaller children. The nature around the cottage is typical of Roslagen and the archipelago with a lot of coniferous forest. In the hall there is a hanging area for clothes and also life jackets to loan. Living room, dining area and kitchen are in an open floor plan. On a rough evening, you can light a fire in the wood-burning stove to enjoy. You can spend sunny days out on the large terrace where there is a large brick barbecue where you can grill the evening dinner. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom has a bed with a pull-out part, which becomes a comfortable sleeping place for two people. The bathroom is equipped with both washer and dryer. The guest house is located on the hill behind the cottage with a lovely view of the area and there are stairs to climb. In the guest house there is a bunk bed and outside there is a small terrace where you can enjoy the sun. There is no electricity in the annex. A short walk on a gravel road through the area is the beach with large lawns, piers and a smaller beach and for the younger children there is a playground. Welcome to lovely Ingarö, near Stockholm with its pulse, entertainment and restaurants, but also close to beautiful nature, nice coves, cliffs and mushroom forests. The house has a nice bathing bay nearby and a large plot for play and games. Just outside the plot there is a large lawn if you want to play football. The house is original, simple but charming and cozy, with a living room at an angle with a fireplace for rough evenings. A veranda with glass windows leads out to the terrace, where you are welcome to set your breakfast in the morning sun, sunbathe or grill your dinner. There is water in the house, but when you wash the dishes or brush your teeth, you have to pour water into a tub from the faucet, but then throw the water out at the back of the house. However, the shower works as usual. Fully modern 1 year old incinerator toilet. There are two bedrooms in the house, a family bunk bed in one with a wider base, and two single beds in the other. On the plot there is a guest house that contains a single bed and a bunk bed if you want to live a little for yourself. From the guest house you also have a glimpse of the sea. Just over 10 km from the cottage is Björkvik's sea bath, with a lovely long beach and shallow water, where you are happy to spend a whole day with a packed lunch.

The house has an open floor plan, a small nice kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a fresh and newly renovated bathroom. Washing machine is available from the cottage owners if you need to wash. In the spring, a large terrace will be built around the house, for wonderful sunny days and pleasant barbecue evenings with the family. If you rent bed linen, towels are also included. The house is located on the same plot as cottage 8907, so if there are many, you can rent both houses at the same time, for a wonderful family holiday! There is a lot to spend the free days with.
