The holiday home has a large furnished terrace which is perfect for lovely barbecues, where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake and beach. Where you will find fine bathing and fishing opportunities, and if you only want to enjoy the moment you can find peace and relaxation at the furnished pier at the beach. The surrounding area is calm and perfect for pleasant boat trips. Just a few km away you can find some of the best golf courses in the whole of Sweden. There is a riding school located about 1km away from the holiday home. During the winter period there is opportunity to go skating and skiing. There is a cross country ski trail as well ski slope with lift, not far away from the holiday home. The grund is joint, but separate.

Thehouse was built in the early 1800’s and features a large kitchen with a wood burning stove and an electric stove. The house has been maintained in it’s original style but features a modern kitchen and a tiled bathroom.The bedroom features a Wood stove and a double bed with a beautiful 19th century headboard. The landning on the upper floor is furnished and suitable for relaxing and spending time together. The garden is large and includes garden furniture. There is also a wood fuelled sauna. The lake is only fifty metres from the house, the sea is one kilometre from the house and both offer fishing opportunities. The owner has a rowing boat that you can book and the owner also provides five life vests. There are several beautiful golf courses in Uppland. The closest ones are Väddö golf course, only four kilometres away, and Hallstavik, fifteen kilometres away. Älmsta, 3 kilometres away, offers two golf courses, one with gravel and one that is paved.

You also have the option of your own private beach only 150 meters from the accommodation. On beautiful island Vätö, just outside Norrtälje, you will find this wonderful place, a large house with fantastic space and high ceilings, tastefully decorated and lovely plot with direct exit to the forest. Bathing areas are located everywhere on the island, including a lake with jetty. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan with kitchen island, plenty of seating areas, cozy corner, dining area and sofa, a glazed patio with direct exit from the living room, here everyone can socialize and still have their own space if you want. Beautiful floors that come from an old church, cover the entire living room. There's a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with comfortable double beds in two of the rooms and a bunk bed in the smaller. There are two bathing facilities, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a walk-in shower by the laundry room, and a guest toilet by one of the double rooms. A spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available. Please not that it's not permitted to charge your electric car on the plot. The plot is a little higher and has no direct neighbors, so it is free from transparency. A meadow is located in front of the house, where you can spot both moose and deer until the evening. A few km from the house there is a center with shops for the essentials, but it is not far to Norrtälje for larger shopping. The bus goes up on the main road, about 200m to go. Bullerbyns boende cottage number 1 Welcome to a lovely two-story house on the outskirts of Grisslehamn. This is a prime and beautiful location in northern Roslagen. The house has been completely renovated yet it keeps its historical charm. The plot is shared with the owner, but there's plenty of private space in front of the house. You'll have garden furnitures and a grill, perfect for lovely outdoor cooking. If you want to explore your surroundings there's plenty of attractions close by. There is a lot to spend the days off with. How about a day trip by bus or why not rent a bike for 50 SEK/day or 100 SEK/week and discover the cottage's surrounding area? If you want to relax after the excursion, the wood-fired sauna is available to book. The owners also offer the opportunity to book breakfast or barbecue packages for self-catering. Then sour herring sessions can also be arranged if there is interest. There is also a restaurant just 50 m from the cottage, Folk & Fä, where you can book both breakfast and dinner, subject to availability. The restaurant has full rights. For example: cafés, restaurants and grocery stores, museums, day cruises to Åland Island, or just a lovely hike in the scenic nature.
