On the lower level there are two bedrooms, large cabin with kitchenette, sauna, shower, WC, drying cabinet, cable TV and balcony. In the loft there are two separate bedrooms and a WC. Homely furnished living room with sofa group and TV (with cable TV). Cozy kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster and dishwasher. The accommodation has two bedrooms on the lower level; one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed. Attic stairs to sleeping loft with two separate bedrooms with a single bed and a double bed in each bedroom. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with WC, shower and sauna.. Extra WC in the loft. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. Balcony west and south. Possibility to also rent the neighboring house, Vargen 28B, and open up between the apartments, for even larger accommodation. SUP is easily rented at the swimming area below the mountain. A popular activity within close driving distance is to build a raft and take a ride on the Klarälven. There is a swimming area in Likenäs, behind the ICA store in a pond with fresh water from a stream. Another swimming area is down in Branäs, in the clear river (with a beach). Far away from noise is this cottage, beautifully surrounded by both animals and nature. When you roll up onto the owners' front yard, your body is filled with calm and harmony. Beautifully located past the farm, you will find the cottage. On one side of the cottage you have a huge lawn perfect for various games, on the other side a horse enclosed pasture and nice forest. The large room consists of a kitchen, dining area and sofa group. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave and fridge and freezer compartment. The dining area accommodates the whole party for a pleasant dinner together. You can sit comfortably in the living room. There is also a cozy warming stove here (firewood included). The sofa can also be used as a bed (2 people). The bedroom is in the room next door (2 single beds). From here you also reach the cabin's bathroom with WC and shower. If you have managed to build yourself a mountain of laundry, it is fine to knock on the owners door. If they are at home, you can borrow their washing machine. The balcony has a good view of the lawn and the forest. Here you can sit at all hours of the day and just relax, read a book or why not take out a board game and challenge each other. There are free-range chickens on the farm and the enclosed pasture behind the house. Perfect for all animal lovers! Around the area there is much to discover. The bathing area at Mangeln, a short drive away, is a given destination on hot summer days. Here you can find everything from changing rooms and barbecue facilities to a sandy beach and jetty. Both Kristinehamn and Karlstad are within easy driving distance. If you want to shop, the store is about 15 km away. There are plenty of golf courses in the area and for those interested in fishing, there are opportunities for this a short drive away in one of the lakes. Welcome!

Live in Gustavian style with a lake view of Lake Värmeln! Park easily next to the cabin, with the possibility to charge the electric car. When you put the keys in the lock, you are greeted by a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Straight ahead you have the house's WC and shower. Through the corridor you get to the rest of the house. In the living room you are greeted by a stylish interior in Gustavian style. The feeling of having come home arrives! Here in the living room you have a large dining table, TV and a warming stove. In the wardrobe next door, you can easily stow away all your packing and hang up your clothes. Wall to wall we have the cottage's first bedroom (2 single beds). When you continue into the cabin, you will find the cabin's second bedroom (1 double bed) and the third bedroom (bunk bed + an extra bed). All the cabin's regular beds are of high quality in terms of comfort. You will use the balcony next to the bedrooms extensively on rain-free days. From here you have a beautiful view of lake Värmeln. Start the grill, sit in one of the pieces of furniture and listen to the silence. The owners live on the plot next door. There they cultivate fish in the pond next to the house and the farm sale Lin'dA, women's clothing in natural materials. There is much to see in the area. Several cozy flea markets, Klässbol Linneväveri (court suppliers), Arvika and many fine hiking trails. For those interested in fishing, it is very close to several lakes, especially Värmeln.

Cozy cottage with fabulous views! When you turn off road 240 and drive through the cozy cottage area, you quickly notice how the view becomes more and more beautiful. Once at the cottage, the meadows and the lake pour out and you get a wow feeling about its location. The plot is large and can barefoot go down to the lake for the morning swim. Both the front and back of the house offer abundant sun. At the back you can enjoy late summer evenings on the terrace and look out over the lake in one of the nice lounge furniture. When you enter the cottage you are greeted by an open floor plan, the house's bathroom on your left, the kitchen on your right side and the large living room straight ahead. Also from here you have a mighty view of both meadows and the lake, perfect for late evenings or rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are located through the corridor. The first bedroom has a double bed and TV, the second bedroom has 2 adult beds + 1 baby cot. The third room is today a children's room. From here it is close to Sunnemo where there is a shop and if you want a larger selection, both Hagfors and Munkfors are within close driving distance. Värmland has a rich cultural life and the list goes on of everything there is to do around here.

Welcome to a stay in this nice cottage with its annex in Hovfjället, which belongs to Torsby municipality. The yellow cottage has a terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the morning breakfast or grill the evening dinner. The cottage with one floor consists of a welcoming bright hall, a warming wood burning stove, an open kitchen with living room that has a table with an extension top so that 6 people can sit around it. There are two bedrooms with a bunk bed in each room, the beds have a width of 90 cm, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. With only 5 meters from the cottage, you will find the annex which is brand new with two single beds of 90 cm, a table with two chairs, a kettle, and a small bathroom with a Separett (no water toilet). The annex has no running water, water bottle/tank is available. The house is located in a small cottage village and a footpath to the beautiful nature reserve Hovfjället and wonderful views are near the cottage, but you can also take the car up the mountain. Many attractions of various kinds, such as finn farms, studios, museums and opportunities for other activities in the area. Feel free to visit one of the many cozy cafés that you will find in the small communities, when you want to have a nice coffee break and just sit down for a while.
