From here you have thirty km to the sea and Gamleby. The cottage has an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area and living room. You have four beds in the house divided into two single beds that can be combined into a double bed and a bunk bed in two bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. Two lovely terraces, where one of the terraces is covered with a roof, one on each side of the house ensures that you can find your perfect place regardless of the time of day. As the cottage is the last house on the road, you have an unobstructed view of meadows in one direction and lake Åsunden in the other direction. You bring your own bed linen and towels. The house has an old charm with both modern and old details, like in the kitchen with an old iron stove that you can make a fire in. This holiday home is very unique and is located within an amazing scenic area with private lake, where you can fish or bathe. The surrounding area is private and with a lovely untouched forest. Here you will live very comfortably and pleasant, with the large plot with buildings who got a wonderful view over the lake. Only 20m from the holiday home is a private beach, where you can start some lovely trips on the lake with the rowing boat or canoe which is included. The fishing opportunities are good, but a fishing license is required. The main building has a cozy kitchen with dining area, bathtub with shower, bedroom and a large living room which is located near the conservatory with fireplace (partly isolated), dining table and several sofas. From the conservatory you can admire the fine view over the lake. The guest house has three bedrooms and where one has a bunk bed for one person along with bathtub and shower. The world of Astrid Lindgren is a famous attraction for both children and adults and is approximately 100km away. If you would like to visit Stockholm, you can get there with a 2 ½ hour car ride. Many different activities are available like golf, mini golf, tennis among other things. The fish purge place is a severed tree next to the lake. Smoking is not allowed!

This lovely house is located in the countryside as a grand piano building to the owner's house. The house was built in 2010 and very fresh with open plan with kitchenette, living room / bedroom and a large bathroom. Outside a cozy little patio with tables and chairs to sit by and breathe in fresh country air and maybe hear the horses' gnats grazing a bit away, or watch the bird life which is rich here. On the way down to the lake which is only 175m from the house, you walk past the owner's farms with flowers and vegetables that you can get to know if you talk to the owner. Down by the lake there is a jetty, where you can take lovely morning and evening dips, there is also an oak that you can use and calm out a quiet evening and maybe lucky with the fishing happiness, fishing licenses are available to buy at the station in Rimforsa. What a location! Here just outside the city of Söderköping on the Baltic Sea's Sankt Anna archipelago is this fantastic house with a wonderful sea view. A welcoming entrance with a large covered porch with a small seating area and table. The house largely has a completely open floor plan with a kitchen, family room and dining area in a row. The kitchen is newly renovated and very tasteful with a substantial dining area, dishwasher, small TV for early news and a magnificent sea view. Adjacent is the family room and the separate dining room with comfortable and large dining furniture. Even from these two rooms the sea view is fantastic. From the dining room there is an exit to the glass-enclosed conservatory, this will probably be a favorite spot both early mornings and warm pleasant evenings with dinner and entertaining boat traffic on the lake. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a little smaller with a bunk bed. Large fresh WC/shower area where there is also a washing machine. You also have a guest house with a terrace on the property equipped with a 120cm bed and a bathroom with toilet and sink. Around almost the entire house there is a large patio deck where much is under cover and some is open for lovely days in the sun, there is also outdoor furniture and a ball grill. High chair and cot can be borrowed from the owner if needed. The whole house is in top condition and only 200 meters to the sea with the best sea view imaginable. The large, well-kept plot has both plantings and lawns for play and games. Please note that you are not allowed to use the fireplace. The familiar sandy beach of Husbyvik is about 6 km away, where there are bathing jetties, a barbecue area with benches and grassy areas. If you want to try your luck at fishing, it's fine from the beach, fishing is free in the entire Baltic Sea. The nearest town/city is Söderköping, a charming small-town idyll with the Göta canal running through the city, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor, a very picturesque city center, well worth a visit. Starting in Söderköping, there are fine separate cycle paths along Sweden's well-known Göta canal with many locks. As a day trip, a visit to Arkösund at the far end of the sea belt is also suitable, here there is a lot of boat traffic, many events, restaurants and tour boats that can be booked to see the outermost sea belt with cobbles and skerries. Along the entire coast following Stegeborg, there are many small villages and towns that are worth seeing and suitable for excursions. For the youngest, it is perhaps a must to visit Kolmårdens Zoo, which is only about 20 km on the other side of the bay, or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, which is about 80 km. What a location! Just outside the coastal town of Valdemarsvik's center is this nice house with magnificent views of the Valdemarsfjord. Welcoming porch twig under roof. The house is on one floor with a loft furnished for a bedroom with two single beds. Downstairs has another charming bedroom with two single beds. Large living room in open plan with the kitchen. The kitchen area has all amenities including dishwasher. The living area has a combined corner sofa and dining table in rustic wood. There is also a nice wood stove if any day would feel a little chilly. Large flat screen TV with German channels. Fully tiled fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room / kitchen area has high ceilings up to the ridge which makes the room airy and large. The large bay window with glass sections provides nice light and views of the sea. The bay window also has direct access to the large (approx. 40 sqm) terrace, which will probably be a favorite place both on beautiful mornings and evenings. There is outdoor furniture, parasols and sea views. The house also includes a carport for secure parking of the car. About 30 m from the house on the best vantage point is the glazed gazebo that you have access to. See the whole nice fjord below with a lot of boat traffic during the summer. Perhaps the best of all is that here you also have access to the large (5x10 m) solar-heated pool which is open under the summer weeks. Everything very well maintained and in perfect condition. The house also has a slightly simpler bar / pub in a separate building that you can access. The house has shared plot and garden adjacent to the owner. All around it is relatively hilly and with some forest behind. To the popular hiking trail around Valdemarsviken it is only 50 m. Down to Valdemarsviks center with shops, restaurants, cafes, harbor and tourist info it is only about 300 m. The nearest municipal bathing place is Grännäs and it is about 2 km, here is a sandy beach, piers, lawns and play equipment, all very family-friendly. As day trips, it is certainly suitable to book boat trips out to the outermost sea band. The boats leave from the small coastal community Fyrudden and it is about 20 km. Close by, you can also rent kayaks, boats and Canadians to explore islands, cobs and skerries on your own. Nearby are also the picturesque towns of Västervik and Söderköping with many attractions and events during the summer. Both about 30-60 km away. Around Valdemarsvik there is magnificent nature with forests, many lakes and small nice communities and villages.
