The villa area borders Kungshamn's sports and playground area with skateboard ramps, cable cars, climbing frames, football fields, etc. The villa's location is also perfect for those who want to live near salt baths and the center of Kungshamn. It is within walking distance to several baths, piers and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs, at Tången's bathing area there is also a disabled ramp. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area there are several fishing and stonemason communities with swimming areas as well as coastal paths and roads with views of the Bohuslän archipelago. The house is large enough to accommodate two families; here are 3 bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds. The house has two floors, upstairs there is a double room and a room with two single beds, the other bedrooms are on the ground floor. Here there are large living areas, a large modern kitchen and an adjacent dining room. A spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two sinks, washing machine and dryer. If it is chilly inside you can light the large soapstone stove which quickly provides a cozy warmth in the house. The large living room with cozy sofas and TV is next to the door to the large balcony. On the balcony there is a hot tub that you can cool off on hot summer days, or heat up with wood if it is cold in the air. On the terrace, which goes around the house, there are both loungers and dining tables and various cozy places to sit if you want to have some time to yourself. Dalarö is a lively summer resort with a bakery, restaurants and bars, nice swimming and archipelago boats. Welcome to lovely Ingarö in the Stockholm archipelago, easily accessible by car, but still close to nice swimming and nice excursions. The house has a bedroom with a bunk bed that is 200 cm long and 80 cm wide and the living room has a sofa bed for two that is 140 cm wide. The living room has large windows facing nature and a nice fireplace for chilly days. There is a TV and plenty of games for socializing indoors. A kitchen with a small dining table is available. The raw brick walls give a rustic impression. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with a dining table and grill and a couple of loungers. A pergola is a little further down the plot, where you can also sit in the evenings. The plot has a small lawn and is surrounded by nature and trees. Just 50 meters from the house there is a bus, both into Stockholm, or Gustavsberg with plenty of shops, or further out on Ingarö to the best sea bathing in the archipelago, Björkvik. There is a nice nature reserve for nice hikes. Near the house there is a nice lake if you want to swim near the house.

In the area there are good hiking opportunities with views of the fjord and river such as Maltes stig. A trip with the Munkedals museum railway can be an exciting and interesting experience or Torreby golf course which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park. Proximity to the E6 makes it easy to get to other nice excursion destinations in northern Bohuslän's coast or inland environments. The cottage with a sunny location surrounded by nice grassy areas is located in a small villa area that borders the railway towards Strömstad with a few daily crossings. Inside the kitchen is the cottage's dining room and living room with a large comfortable sofa group and TV. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor with two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds, this room has a partition against the hall that provides a certain privacy. On the second floor there is also a small balcony with seating furniture. From the entrance hall, a staircase also leads down to the basement level where the cottage's bathroom is found, the bathroom is equipped with a separate toilet, bathtub and washing machine and dryer. At the cottage there is a patio with summer furniture and a grill, a nice place to grill a good piece of food and enjoy wonderful meals while the sun slowly sets in the northwest. The cottage has WiFi connection. Munkedal municipality has very varied and worth visiting natural areas, everything from sea and fjord environments to deep forests with lakes and rivers. From Kaserna canoe center, an approximately 40-kilometer long canoeing trail runs through lakes and waterways, a fantastic opportunity to explore a beautiful part of the local area. From the cottage you can also easily reach other municipalities and worth visiting excursion destinations, for example, take the local road past Saltkällan, Skredsvik, Rotviksbro and stop at "Två Fröknar" which is a cozy shop with both interior design and clothing. Next door is the restaurant Stallgården which also sells organic produce in the shop "Stallgårdens skafferi". Then continue with some shopping at Torp Shopping Center or why not a visit to Bohusläns Museum. From the cottage you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and skut communities in the northern part of Bohuslän.
