Great holiday home with 5 bedrooms located only 50 meters from a lake. The holiday home is only 50 m from Huvtjønn, which in turn is connected to the lakes Breilivatn and Holmvatn. A 12-foot aluminum boat is included in the price for fishing in the lakes, remember to purchase a fishing license. Swimming is possible in all the lakes, in addition there is a nice beach in Kyrkjebygda by Nisser. In Kyrkjebygda, there is also a football field, skate ramp and playground. From the entrance, there is a hallway with heating cables in the floor and wardrobe shelves and pegs. From the hallway, you enter an open room with doors to 3 bedrooms as well as bathroom and toilets. The holiday house has a great living room/kitchen in an open layout and with stairs to the first floor. Doors to the spacious terrace with a great view of the lake. On the first floor, you find the 2 largest bedrooms divided by a corridor. Great hiking opportunities with several marked hiking trails in the area around the cabin. From August, you can freely pick mulberries, blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms. If you want to take car trips from the cabin, a round trip around Nisser using Norway's smallest cable ferry, Fjoneferja, is recommended. Swimwear is a must on such a trip, as there are many beautiful beaches on the Fjone side.
