Spacious and well-equipped holiday home located on a natural plot in a lovely holiday home area in Højslev. The cottage contains a combined living room/kitchen with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has modern facilities. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and wine fridge in the house. The house has 6 bedrooms. In 3 of the bedrooms there are 2 90x200 beds, which can be used as single or double beds. In 2 rooms there are 2 80x200 beds. In the last room, where there are also activities, there is a 140x200 bed. There is a cot in one of the rooms. There are two bathrooms, one with underfloor heating and a hot tub. The house is hypoallergenic with a heat pump, which makes it cheap and comfortable to live in the house all year round. The house is continuously renovated and is very well maintained. Time can be spent playing Wii games console, air hockey, table football, swing and sandpit. There is fibre internet for unlimited data. There is also a fire pit where you can sit in the evening and grill sausages or rolls. From Easter to week 42 there is an outdoor trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). In July and August there are 3 restaurants to choose from at the harbour in Virksund, as well as access to an outdoor swimming pool and mini golf. The nearest big city is Viborg with countless speciality shops. Consumables, cleaning and rented linen are paid directly on site. A deposit of DKK 1500.00 must be paid on arrival at Christmas/New Year. Free access to KCS Badeland in Skive.
