Beautiful house in a nice location practically in the middle of the village. Supermarket, ice cream parlor, some shops and a friterie within walking distance. The super friendly owner received us in a spotless house.

Friendly reception. Beautiful cozy house in a good central location. With the car is very much that is worth in a radius of 30 minutes. Good to do without a car. You walk from the platform of Hamoir station in 5 minutes to the front door. The supermarket and the VVV are also within a 5-minute walk. We have made a few nice walks directly from the house (routes from the VVV). Never so little car driven during a holiday.

The house was very lovely. Very clean and well equiped. Hamoir is a nice town. The location of the house was less ideal because of the road and train station, but we knew this in advance. Nonetheless, we had a very nice stay. A point of improvement might be a more comfortable place to sit, instead of just a picnic table.

Large, cozy house. Plenty of space inside. For us it was a pity that the garden was above a main road and therefore not so peaceful to sit in.

We had a wonderful midweek, despite two days of incessant rain. Emmanuel, the very affable owner, you can always call if anything, bade us welcome and show us around the main house with 7 beds. Through the backyard you stand 2 minutes to the supermarket at the door or at the station. We brought because of the rain relatively much time in the house that was quite nice. We visited the caves in Comblain au Pont, are there on the mystical cemetery was on top of the mountain and have cycled through many small (hilly) villages to the nice town of Durbuy. Other attractions near the caves of Hotton and kayaking. Hamoir is a small, quiet village on the Ourthe, with a beautiful church and several restaurants. The pizzeria I can wholeheartedly recommend. We have had a fantastic holiday!

Particular house, very nice from the outside, the decor is dated, but the old tile floors in kitchen and hallway, and the many different rooms, it is still a warm and sunny house. The area has plenty to do lots of nice walks from the village along the river and through the hills and Spa trips to the caves and Durbuy. A good restaurant in Hamoirlaan Le Clos Vieux Mayeur. Unfortunately, in the home, the beds are not the ideal mattresses and bases of the two single beds and bags through the bunk bed is fine. The supermarket is very close and from home overlooking oarustig train station and down the hills and the village. Nice owner who speaks both French and English.

Beautiful house. Near Emptying station sometimes causes noise, especially if there are repairs committed on early Sunday. The road which runs along is pretty busy. Furthermore, the house and its surroundings is a must.

We spent a week in the house with four people and a baby of 2 years. What I noticed is that the house is elevated and the garden is pretty steep, a child of 2 do not be so quick to play for older children is a nice place. We have just returned and the whole week was loeiwarm, we slept with the windows open. Keep in mind that the house is located opposite the station. The passenger trains make little noise but "rumbles night there regularly a freight along. This station is located in the valley and thus echoes well in the bedrooms. The solstice not really. The children's bedroom is located at the rear so they have less affected. All in all, the holiday much "true " for the money and is highly recommended for a holiday.

With the friendly welcome from the host (Emmanuel) was the weekend already well begun. Had a wonderful weekend with friends in the beautiful and well maintained home. Beautifully cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed the beautiful view. Very useful is also the supermarket which is accessible via the garden within walking distance. Furthermore, the village of Durbuy really recommend to watch any questions Emmanuel was always accessible and responded helpfully. A perfect host.

Spacious, comfortable and cozy home. Nice clean, well maintained, nice beds. Friendly and extremely hospitable owner, who also speaks English. The house is within walking distance of the village with supermarket and restaurants. Clearly much more to do in the summer than in the winter (we were there mid-February). Area is ideal for hiking, cultural tours, etc. Highly recommended, even with children, who can play in the garden.

The villa is less rural situated than the photo "s suggest, but beautifully situated with beautiful views, close to the center of the village Hamoir. Inside, everything is very spacious, well kept and clean. The owner is very friendly and regulates matters quickly . You have to know some French, because they do not speak Dutch. Near the house you can find beautiful hiking and kayaking.
